We stayed here while driving to Southern California and this hotel was amazing!The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and checking in and out was super easy.Highly recommend!
Really nice hotel. Very clean, it smells nice, and the staff is great. The breakfast is very well stocked, and they make you fresh eggs if you want. As well as french toast. There is oatmeal and lots of fruit. If you want vegetarian options or vegan options. And the coffee is pretty good! I highly recommend it if youre looking for a place to stay in Sacramento.
This hotel deserves 10 stars. First the rooms are super clean and also they are pet friendly! The hotel is very fancy and they have pool and a very cute patio, and gym. 100% recommended.

Everything was great except elevators were not functioning corrected and had to be escorted to and off floors by staff members. Breakfast was great.

Completely overpriced, 2 non-working elevators with no idea when they will be fixed but still charging over $200 a night, ridiculous, a great example of a Marriott property not giving a flip about its guests
Great hotel! We love how new and clean it is. The staff was friendly and professional. The mini kitchenette was perfect. The sheets were good (I mean, we have yet to see super soft sheets like we have at home but these were decent). The pillows and comforters were perfect. The bathroom was big and spacious. I know this sounds dumb, but we always rate a hotel room by the shower head and water displacement/velocity. This shower head was amazing! 6 stars! Lol! The only minor thing I would change are the towels. They were a bit cardboard-ish. Other than that, the hotel definitely serves 5 stars! Would definitely recommend to others!
Excellent hotel and room. Loved the full kitchen to used! The place was stylish, up-to-date, and the ambience was great. The area was safe and close to the place of work I was traveling to. The front desk ladies were nice as well. I didnt partake in the continental breakfast, but I did enjoy the free coffee each morning. It looked as though someone was there to make you various things as well. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again.
8/24/22: This hotel is top notch! No room upgrade, because the hotel 🛏️ 🛍️ was full. The room was very nice though. The room & this hotel look & feel brand new, modern, & clean. Spacious. The bed & bedding were comfortable. The room bathroom 🪥🧼 was spotless. The in-room safe is a classy feature. This hotel changes your towels & sweeps your room daily. Hair blow-dryer in the 🛁🚿 🚽 🪠 bathroom 🪥🧼 . The staff uniforms are professional looking. All the staff were polite & professional. The 🆓 breakfast 🍳 🥐 🥞 & 🆓 evening snacks & 🍻 🍷were tasty 😋 & enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting, & they had fun table games in their lounge. 2/8/22: This stay was a mixed bag. They put me in a handicapped room & did not upgrade me. Then, the thermostat did not work & neither did the dryer.
Nice hotel with amenities. The hotel offers mobile key card via your phone. It never worked and the front desk was not sure how to fix it. Had to get the regular key card. Not a big deal but if it doesn’t work don’t offer it. The room was clean and very nice. Blackout drapes were excellent. Shower lighting was falling down and sink had a slow drain. Again not a big deal and I shared with the staff the next morning. The biggest issue was breakfast. The staff were nice and very responsive when food items ran out. The turkey sausage was so dry it was tough to eat. The breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock on one side from sitting on the heating plate. Yogurt station was nice but the tings to get the fruit was very difficult. They should just use a spoon. Gluten free toast was a nice touch.
Really enjoyed my 1 night stay here. Impeccably clean, super nice service/staff, and their breakfast selection is amazing. Really liked the yogurt bar.
It was a good experience staying here. Nothing amazing but everything and staff were just in order. Breakfast was good but a bit slow because there were only one person cooking and prepping. Will stay there again if ever in the area.

Great hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. Good size rooms and very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the Wednesday happy hour; very good beers. Breakfast were good, especially the cooked items which were different each day. The room, hotel, and grounds were very clean. Very nice patio, with fire puts, to enjoy the evening.
Stayed here on a road trip stopover. Given the location, it’s more of a business hotel; however, it is adjacent to a large shopping complex so there are a lot of chain options around. The room was a little bit smaller than some other Elements I’ve visited, but the whole hotel was very clean and new. Room AC functioned without hassles; and, there are total blackout shades which is a real plus. There is a made-to-order hot breakfast which was decent (eggs and grains), but not a lot of other breakfast options besides baked goods. Overall a good brief stay.
Fantastic stay at the Element Sacramento. The room was functional and well appointed. Extremely clean throughout. The best was incredibly comfortable; better than some five star hotels I’ve stayed at. Great gym and outdoor space.
This hotel has a lot of amenities such as a free breakfast a great gym and a pool. Also theres a laundromat if you need to do your laundry. The rooms are really modern and simple but very comfortable and even the single King rooms have a small kitchenette in them. The decor is really modern and you can buy food and alcohol in the store in the front. I find the location to be perfect especially if you live off of I-80 and its one of my favorite hotels in Sacramento. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because they have some housekeeping issues lately.
This hotel is so comfortable. Its wide open with light colors and tall ceilings. The atmosphere is calming and so appreciated after the travel and crazy schedules I have to keep. I wish there were more than 2 Element hotels in California. The beds always feel like theyre brand new and the rooms, no matter which one you pick, always feels massive with their tall ceilings and minimalist decor. Trust me, Ive stayed in so many different hotels up and down the state and by far, this one is the most comfortable place to stay and every room has a full kitchen, too!
My wife and I went on a mini staycation, and this was by far the best choice we could have made. The staff was friendly and overall amazing. They were helpful, and courteous. They had a chef on Sunday that cooked omelette’s for the guests of their choice. The up keep and cleanliness was at an all time high as it was impeccable. It was so clean in this hotel, you could eat off of the floors. The building is phenomenal from the art work to the design and layout. Did I mention that the location is everything. Close to everything, I mean everything. We have definitely found our new home away from home. I have never been more satisfied with an hotel stay.
Great place to stay. The hotel is pretty new so the rooms were nice.I love the kitchen in the room (not that I used it to cook). It’s nice to have the extra space to put stuff.The hotel/staff was accommodating when we asked to switch to a full feather free room.
SOLID 4 stars! Would’ve given 5 stars had there been more attention to ELITE MEMBER benefits- no thanks for being an ELITE MEMBER or bottled water upon check in (10/17-10/19). PLEASE NOTE: they do offer a under-sink water filtration in the executive king room. Shocked…and appreciated! ♻️ Bought a couple bottles from market and re-filled -was able to chill and keep cold in the full size fridge. 👍 After my less than stellar welcome I wanted to not like this place, if I’m being honest. NOT THE CASE- everyone has been SUPER FRIENDLY. Smiling and greeting me…even in passing. 👍 Executive king is very spacious- I stayed in 322, which is close to elevator. Corner room w/lots of light. Very nice touches throughout- motion sensing lights in closet. Lots of nice hangers. Back-lit mirror in bathroom. Shower actually has a full (and closing ) glass enclosure. Kitchen equipped with nice modern dishes and and decent utensils. Excellent LOCATION! Close to shopping (walking distance to Target shopping center) and lots of chain restaurants. 👍Do expect a little highway noise if stying in corner room as it’s on the end with windows that face freeway. I recommend a “white noise” app or ear plugs. I had zero issue with noise using “white noise app.” This will be my home away from home while in Sacramento area!! Hope to see more focus on their ELITE MEMBERS for future stay. I’ll report back! Definitely a great property! 👍
This place is a hidden gem in the Natomas Sacramento area! I had no idea that this hotel was so close to me. My bathroom shower at my apartment was getting repaired so we decided to book a 2 queen bed studio here. The hotel is super clean, looks very new, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was beautiful and bright! It was nice having a kitchenette with dishes and silverware. Nice 50-55 inch tv. The beds were so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Their complimentary breakfast is the best I ever had. It is so worth it here and I can’t wait to stay here again.
Highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers - clean, modern and spacious room, great pool and helpful staff. As someone who travels regularly for work, the low noise level was refreshing. I stayed for a week and was able to sleep well each night of my stay.

Friendly, professional, and overly accommodating, is a great way to describe staying at the Sacramento Element. Management and staff are very tuned into the needs of their guests. Your Marriott status is duly acknowledged and staff bends over backwards to insure a great stay. The location is close to shopping and numerous restaurants.A special Thanks to Oksana for getting us great rooms and really caring about us. Sierra, the manager, likewise, sought to make sure we had great accommodations and was able to negotiate a great company rate with our corporation.These two Ladies were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very nice and very professional.
We stayed in the 2 queen suite and wished we could have stayed for more than one night. The room was big and spacious with vaulted ceilings and everything we needed for our stay. The bed was so comfortable! We both loved the pillows and comforters too. And Im a pillow snob, I always bring my own pillow, so that is saying a lot! The bathroom was also spacious with a great walk in shower. This was literally the nicest hotel room that I have ever stayed at and I cant wait to return!
Ive stayed at this hotel a few time. I kept coming back because of how professional and accommodating they were. This Visit at the hotel change my mind a bit. I am not a high maintenance person. I only request basic things when I made simple request such as cleaning my room,or a different choice of foods because Im a vegetarian it seemed to irritate them. I hardly ever see anyone at the front desk always in the back. Or at the front desk talking with security.it seems like when you asked a question that your irritating or bothering them very disappointed in my stay this time at the hotel. PS I feel that management needs training on people skills.
We were passing through town picking up a puppy, and needed a last minute, pet friendly hotel and picked Element. The price was very reasonable for how large the room was, the location, how nice the hotel is, and booking the hotel only hours before we arrived. The front desk staff was extremely cheerful and helpful, and there was a great little area to purchase snacks and drink (including wine and beer!). The rooms were large and very comfortable for two adults, two young kids and a puppy to not feel crowded after a 15 hour day in the car. Everything about the hotel felt very clean, and it was easy to find from the freeway.
This is my new favorite hotel. We arrived early, and worked on our laptops outside on the shaded back patio until a room was ready for early check in. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Once inside our room, we very much appreciated the loveliness of the space and how it is arranged, and we were impressed with all of the amenities, including a full kitchen. The bed! So comfortable! I was not aware that these beds are a thing, but once I was home and looked them up, I discovered that not only does the Westin store sell them, so does Pottery Barn! We slept well, and did not hear any airport noise. In the morning we went to the lobby where the chef was preparing hot meals by request, such as eggs, sausage, bacon, and breakfast sandwiches. There were so many additional items to choose from, including delicious coffee and tea, bagels, yogurt and toppings, cereal and milk, fresh fruit, fresh baked muffins, and more. Additional benefits - plenty of on site parking, a market to purchase food, snacks, and drinks, and a 12 pm checkout time. Because we were there for only one night, we did not have time to enjoy the pool, the workout room, the bicycles for rent, and the nearby shops and restaurants, but we will the next time we are in town!
After driving 5.5 hours (in a commute that usually takes no more than 2.5 hours) in unprecedented stop-and-go traffic, we arrived at your hotel and (despite the logo on the van outside offering a warm welcome) were greeted by a front desk person, who questioned the existence of our reservation. Fortunately for us, her co-worker pointed out my name on the screen. The front desk person, who had seemed on the verge of denying us access to the hotel, justified her mistake by indicating I had mispronounced my own name. Other than our experience with the first front desk person, the only other complaints we had were the low water pressure and the lack of sound proofing. The hotel itself and the rooms were clean, well equipped, and spacious, and the location was very convenient.
Staff that checked me in and out were so friendly and nice. They just seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were so clean and the bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Didnt really get to go out and explore, but in my uber ride I noticed lots of shopping and eaterys.
We totally enjoyed our stay at Element by Westin Sacramento. Kelsey at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and above all made us feel at home. The supervisor, Oksana, came out and spoke to us. She helped us with a nice room upgrade to room 300 and 301. She is an excellent example of why we love the Westin properties. Oksana made us feel like family, like we were home. She is a fantastic representative of the Westin family.
I really enjoyed this hotel. Great room, although could use some more drawer space. Great food & beverage options in the lobby, both for happy hour and 24-hour. Also can walk a few feet to the steakhouse next door. All around great. My west coast office is nearby, so I will return.
The main reason for staying in Sacramento was to visit IKEA and Daiso Japan. Hotel is in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, decent size. The bed was very comfortable and when we stayed we had a surprisingly quiet night. Usually we get noisy neighbors but this time was pleasant. I would definitely recommend hotel to family and friends if they were planning a trip to Sacramento.

Highly recommend if you need a place to stay with a kitchen available. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils and tableware available. Full fridge with freezer. Dishwasher. Very impressed.
I really appreciate the staff here. They go above and beyond to accommodate guests, maintain a safe environment while still providing breakfast in morning. They maintain building for guests to use areas of pool and gym. Always friendly. I am a regular customer and look forward to having a great place to rest when I’m here. As a travel nurse during this time, I cannot thank them enough for providing and being there for me.
This hotel is very modern and clean… the room had a full small kitchen. Love the shower. We did have someone knock very loudly on our door and run off so we called the front desk and security was very fast in checking out the floor and checking on us. I would definitely stay here again if I am in need of a hotel in this area
Nicest hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room was spotless and very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was well appointed. Both members of the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The shower also reached a nice, hot temperature. A top notch experience all around.
I’m here in Sacramento on official business with the Army and booked with the element for the government rate. Upon arrival I was given a 1bedroom suite. Everything was perfectly fine for my stay. Housekeeping was amazing and nice. It’s the people at the front desk. Specifically the General manager Oksana Vyndyuk. Once I took a deeper look at my receipt I noticed I was charged 3 different room rates. Brought it to her attention and was refused the government rate due to the kind of room I was in. I let her know that it was not my fault I was given the 1bedroom. You guys knew I was in the army and requesting the government rate. I didn’t ask for any upgrades. I let her know that anything over the rate I would have to come out of pocket for. She told me in order to give me that rate I need to move rooms because the hotel is losing money with me being in the 1bedroom. I felt like it was unprofessional and rude to tell me, a paying customer, that I am making the hotel lose out on money. So I told her I will move out of the hotel completely. We agreed and I packed all my things and quickly moved to another hotel. I didn’t feel welcomed by her and if I continued to stay there it would make me feel uncomfortable. While I was leaving, the front desk was unoccupied for over 30min so I left for work and called the hotel to ask Oksana for a updated copy of my receipt with the fixed rates. She refused to make any changes and even tried charging me a $500 early check out fee. Marriott should take a deeper look with who they allow to manage their hotels. Every mission I have been on, I’ve always stayed at a Marriott hotel. Never have I been refused the rate or experienced anyone like Oksana. If there was any issues with the rate, they would just fix them it to reflect the government rate. Maybe she has something against the military or maybe she hates her job, all I know is, I expect more from Marriott. I didn’t ask for any room upgrades or special treatment, but was forced to pay for something I never wanted to begin with. Customer service training classes should be mandatory for this team, I think it’s time for a refresher.
It wasn’t that we wanted to stay here, it’s because we needed a good property to stay at between our old and new home. As a Weston and a Marriott, it had be good. It was. Nice room (Queen Suite) full kitchen and a great guest pantry, it makes for a good stay. We were around 5+ weeks. If you have to stay at a hotel bettered houses there is no better place to stay.

This hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The rooms are modern and very nice. The complimentary breakfast was different every morning and never let me down.
I stayed here on a driving trip with my two dogs and the hotel was great for us. The room was quiet so the dogs were not on alert all night. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a little kitchen.
This property was beautiful! Clean, modern, chic and still new. My only issue was being told I was given an “upgrade” (as I’m a platinum elite member) in which I felt was more of a downgrade. I booked two queens as I was traveling with my sister, mother and grandmother. They “upgraded” me to a one bedroom king suite which was basically a king bed and a pullout couch. When I called to be moved to another room with two queens, as I booked, I was told they sold out of that room type. Very upsetting as we drove 2 hours and all we wanted was to sleep comfortably. Maybe next time I’ll have to call and confirm, even though I did a mobile check in to ensure I got 2 queen beds.
I have been on a long-term stay at the Element hotel in Natomas, and I cant say enough good things about the property, rooms, and staff.The hotel is less than a year old, so everything inside and out is new, which is rare. The hotel is not huge but has everything including a very nice pool, patio with BBQ grills and well equipped gym. The rooms are well furnished with full kitchen, including plates, silver, pots & pans, and cooking utensils. Very nice bathroom with a shower you hate to turn off. Shopping for almost anything just a few minutes away, and a short drive down I-5 to the airport. I believe the hotel runs a shuttle.And the hotel staff are great at what they do, making your stay a pleasure.If you are in the area and are looking for a nice hotel and very reasonable rates in a great location with a wonderful staff, this is the place!
The bed was amazing, best sleep. Love the breakfast option and the breakfast attendants were great. Night Auditor and PM staff were great, super nice and friendly. There was never an AM person at the desk though. But overall hotel stay was great.
I love staying at this location due to the proximity to my customer location, the airport, multiple restaurants, and highway access. The complimentary breakfast options are great. It is the best in the area. If you can turn off the automatic lights in the bathroom, this is a 10 out 10 hotel stay!
I recently completed a 5 week stay at this hotel and as an extended stay property, it is top notch. As a one or two night stay, its ok as they will most likely put you in a small area access room. With the 5 week stay my spouse and I had two queens and a full kitchen. Very comfortable if 5 weeks in a hotel while your house is getting ready is still a challenge.Breakfast is still under Covid-19 restrictions isnt much but its free so I guess ok.If I need a hotel in Sac again, this is the hotel of choice..
We had a good stay at The Element Sacramento Aiport Hotel. Our stay was a total of six days. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good, and the outdoor and indoor seating areas were a great place to meet with family and friends. My only recommendation is to improve the coffee selection. Please contract with Starbucks like other Westin/Marriott properties and provide a more quality coffee option.
I stayed at the element along with my two teenage sons. The layout of the room provided privacy for myself and also allowed my sons to have their own space and television. The kitchen area was a huge bonus and allows you to prepare your own meals if need be. There is a stove top, dishwasher and full size fridge.
The stay overall was ok. We had an incident happen. We had our do not disturb sign up on our door while we were out and still had someone come into our room to replace a mirror. We did not request the repair or break the mirror. It is a complete violation of privacy to have had someone come into our room and ignore the do not disturb sign. I brought it to the attention of the person working that night 7/31 and he blew it off and said he would tell the manager when he came in in the morning. I spoke to the operations manager the next morning and he had no idea this had happened and truly didn’t care. After overhearing me telling a friend we were traveling with what had happened he walked over to me and said he would credit some BonVoy points. It’s been a week and there have still not been any BonVoy points added (I wasn’t even totally sure I had a BonVoy card until I called and spoke to Marriott about this situation). It just left a really bad taste in my mouth the way the entire situation happened. Do not disturb clearly means do not enter the room. We wanted privacy and our right to privacy was violated.
Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check out late which was very helpful after we ran our marathon and we got delayed coming back to the hotel. Also the kitchen and big refrigerator in the room was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious! The staff are as friendly as can be and work hard ti make sure your stay is a pleasant one. I look forward to my next stay already.

My first time staying at an Element hotel but it wont be my last! This hotel has all the convenience of an extended stay hotel but the feel of a studio suite. They serve a good breakfast with a cook available to make eggs your way or make you a waffle.
This hotel is great! Only my second stay so far, but both have been easy, clean and rewarding from a quiet and comfortable experience. I really appreciate the quick pivot to Covid and how the hotel has developed alternatives to the breakfast service each morning. Keep up the great work!
The hotel over all is well taken care off. The complimentary breakfast is really good and I didn’t get his name but the cook does an amazing job. Very close to shopping/ restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying here and most Marriotts. During Covid times we have had to stay in hotels and Marriott have been the best. Clean, staff has been safe, pets welcome(for a fee which is reasonable) beds are comfortable, to go breakfast.
Kelsie Gaitan, Chris, and Desiree specifically made me want to choose you again for my stay. I travel often and you offering the shuttle, and park and ride was what made me choose you and literally cancel my booking with another hotel, but it’s your staff that will keep my business. You want to make sure you show your appreciation to your staff because they are the real backbone of a successful business. Do what is necessary to make sure they know they’re valued, appreciated and compensated accurately.
I will always book here when in the area. My company recently had a three day meeting located at another hotel with a group rate... I still chose to stay at the element and drive a few extra miles each day. Its in a convenient location, friendly and professional staff, very clean comfortable beds and great HVAC. Its also pet friendly so my dogs also feel at home when they join me.

I had a reservation that was booked in advance, only to be told the day of check- in, I could not be accommodated with my state rate and were overbooked. I had no where else to go. They offered to move my reservation to Staybridge Suites that houses the Homeless etc and that hotel isnt even a Marriott. Very unprofessional to say the least. Luckily I live in town and knew the area. So I managed to locate a better Marriot that could accommodate me safely.I will also let my department know to take them off the list of preferred hotels
Our recent stay at the Element was nothing less than perfect. Kelsie at the front desk, as well as Oksana, Aachel, Emilio were all attentive to our needs and requests. The gym was great, and had everything we liked to use in our workouts. One of the best parts was the filtered water available on tap in our room! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit the Sacramento area!
I booked my reservation through a 3rd party website. It was very late in the evening. They weren’t prompt enough to push my reservation to hotel. Desirae was very patient and took the initiative to assist me. Although I was a bit upset with the delay with Expedia. Desirae continued to assist me! Very thankful as I was only staying for a family funeral the next morning.
Excellent experience staying at the Element hotel in Sacramento! Very clean and well-kept facilities and staff is an outstanding example of hospitality services. Good value, nice facilities which include a well taken care of pool (no spa jacuzzi), awesome fitness gym, outdoor indoor workspaces, dog friendly walking areas for service animals and pets in general. Element is a newer hotel and so far I give it 5- Stars! Everything was overall great! Everyday there was a nice selection of breakfast included, Jose cooking in the morning has great enthusiasm and hospitality skills! Beds are extremely Westin Heavenly comfortable, nice bath body wash/shampoo, clean smelling towels. Visible security checking the parking lot often. Carts to bring your luggage up and down from your room are available. Work desk and comfortable chair. There is a very small round side table for one person to eat meals. However in my opinion the room could use a little larger table for eating since there’s a kitchen, at least for 2 persons with chairs would be ideal. Clean good water flow shower (no tub in my room) Well equipped full kitchen in room and bbq areas outdoor provide options for cooking and eating. A small convenience snack,food,ice cream and drink store is in the lobby. Plenty of seating choices indoor and outdoor, plus two fire pits to sit around at night. Friendly and attentive Management (Oksana) went above and beyond including service interactions with overall facility operations (Richard) / FD (Rami,Desiree) and housekeeping facilities staff. My choice of stay at Element was because my service animal needed to go to nearby UC Davis Vet Hospital for a surgery and while there I received additional unexpectedly bad news that he has CKD which will require future visits to UC Davis Vet. It was nice to have a a relaxing environment with good amenities away from home. GM Oksana and majority of staff were so nice and inquired about how my dog was healing and feeling throughout my stay and after we returned home. We discovered a billing issue which was eventually resolved by regional management. We will likely stay there again because of the overall favorable and accommodating experiences.
Discovered this property offered a park and fly option and you can leave your vehicle parked on their property up to 14 days to avoid ridiculous airport fees. I would definitely use this hotel for that purpose alone in the future. The hotel staff was nice and even set up a taxi reservation for me to get to the airport very early in the morning.
Great hotel with exceptional customer service thats in a great location. The beds and pillows are the best I have had at any hotel. Staff is amazing and if you are a frequent guest they remember your name and make you feel at home.
Friendly staff, who try hard to make things work. But automatic shades, TVs, etc. all not working in the room. Very convenient location to get to airport. But given the price, there must be better options available that dont have so many problems in the rooms.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Breakfast selection was wonderful with freshly baked muffins and great food choices. Coffee was better than Starbucks.
The hotel is super clean and they have all the amenities(the gym is nice). In the morning, they offer a variety of breakfast foods(yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereals, fruit, breakfast sandwich, potatoes, hot links, etc). This is my “go to” hotel whenever I am in Sacramento. I love this hotel.
First impression, called because my mobile key wasnt coming through. Night desk person picked up by saying, Element; Hold please. No comment, no greeting. And I waited on hold 7 minutes until I finally hung up.Second impression, same front desk person who clearly did not want to be there. Did not greet, was not welcoming, did not offer directions. To the question Do you have any cutlery, she replied, no. we dont have that, when I gestured to the to go food area and said, you dont have a fork available? She replied forks are in the room. I stay in hotels across the country. Have loyalty with Kimpton, Marriott and Hilton. This was probably the worst experience Ive had. Ill give her credit, no one wants to work NYE, but its a pandemic sweetie, I dont want to be in an airport hotel in Sacramento on NYE either. Room was fine, neighbors were noisy, but after my experience with the desk person, I wasnt going to try to complain. It was NYE after all and 2020 sucked, live a little. I will just go back to my normal spots in Sacramento.PRO: pet friendly (but if your pet has aversion to airport noise, this is NOT the spot for you.)
I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is beautiful l, clean and modern. Full free breakfast that is Covid friendly. Coffee was decent too. They have a little store in case you need anything.
Bedding was super hot, but we had to get up super early and wasnt going to mess with it. Room is actually one of the most useful we have stayed at in years!
This is a nice looking new hotel that opened in July 2020 during the pandemic lockdown. Clean and basic design and furnishings reminiscent of Ikea and Scandinavian tastes. I liked that it was only half carpeted in the room and the windows were covered with screens instead of fabric curtains to minimize collection of dust for ease of cleaning. There were plenty of outlets, including multiple USB jacks to charge phones and electronics. What I didnt like were the thin walls and insufficient window insulation that forced me to hear neighbors TV noise and the hum of music and chatter from people gathered around the pool and lounge area below my room. The hotel has speakers blasting music with vocals 24 hours in the outdoor pool, bbq and lounge area which I could hear from my room!
One of my favorites. Whenever I’m in Sacramento this is the place I always stay. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained. The bed it’s one of the most comfortable I have slept in a long time. Lotta shopping and restaurants nearby.
Loved it. Rooms are new and clean. Very minimalist with no clutter. Hotels offers Free Charging for EVs. Offers Level 2 charging for Teslas. Great location with surrounding shops and restaurants, no doubt we coming back.
My family I gathered to celebrate the Life of a wife, mother, sister and friend. As we navigated through our sorrows. We felt like we were staying with extended family at the Element. There aren’t enough words to express our appreciation to Oksana ( Manager) and the Front Desk staff : Desiree, Swasy, Christopher, and Kelsey. Always courteous and attentive. My family from Texas really fell in love with the Element, and they’re making plans to return and stay whenever they’re in town.
Recently we stayed at this beautiful hotel for a couple days. Special thank you to Aachal Kumar, frond desk personal. She provided excellent customer service. She made our stay well welcoming. The room was spotless and very modern, and new looking. We definitely enjoyed convenience of small Kitchenette. Definitely big thank you to Oksana Vyndyuk, General manager, she is doing great job keeping this elegant hotel very welcoming. My husband and I travel a lot and we are very picky on quality of hotels and this one is definitely 5 starts. Next time we definitely staying here, again.
Very stressful airport shuttle and parking stay. The day staff didnt communicate with night and morning staff about the need for a shuttle driver to the airport. No driver, no staff except the breakfast person to deal with situation. She made many calls to be instructed to just call us a cab. Making us barely making our flight. Management needs to lead a better team therefore having better communication amongst staff.
Great hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is right next to a steak restaurant. On Wednesday its customer appreciation night. Free beers and wine from 5:30-6:30 pm.
We stayed here on a road trip to visit family in Southern California. We loved the size of the rooms and the simple, clean decor. The complimentary breakfast was great too!
Wonderful staff very courteous, rooms are very, very nice. Have to say the King suite, the bed is super, super comfy, and just nice to chill for a night, especially after traveling most of the day. Thank you!
The hotel itself was nice but someone set off the fire alarm after midnight, no apologies and the next morning called 10 min before checked and said are you leaving or staying another night, wouldnt offer extra time to stay to check out despite the incident. Free breakfast is old rotten fruits and some cereals. Disappointing

Nice new hotel with free parking. It was pretty quick when I was there. Check in was super easy. Chose to stay here vs downtown as they charge for parking.
The entire time our floor and room smelled of weed. Extremely rude other guests that staff did nothing to control or fine. High levels of noise in the middle of the night. Gold Elite status get you nothing. Slept awful as a result. Worse stay ever!
The Element Sacramento is a newer hotel with very clean rooms. We loved our room. It is located near several strip malls. The front desk staff is cold and unfriendly though. The free breakfast is old and stale. Gave an excellent rating because of the room cleanliness.
Horrible stay. I rented the 4 bedroom suites for my daughters 16th birthday where I had my kids and nieces and nephews got harassed the whole night ruined my Daughters sweet sixteen never will stay here again spent all this money for a perfect surprise to be ruined by staff Im so disappointed 0 stars for me!
Our stay has been awesome considering our situation. Our truck broke down for about a week and the staff has been helpful and has accommodated to our needs! Would highly recommend this hotel!
Writing this review very upset. I was charged twice upon check in and when I called them on it, front desk person told me well youll get your money back when you check out. What if I needed that money? Never stay there. Incompetent and rude.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Even the least expensive room(which I booked then extended for 2 more days) is modern, stylish and has ample amounts of everything you need. Soap, shampoo, towels, dishes, dish soap, laundry bag, and a microwave and refridgerator.Thats is just the room! The property has a beautiful, secluded by a brick fence pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a common area with gas bar-b-ques and seating with gas fire pits.If you are energetic, the gym heee is better than the one i pay 10 bucks a month for at Planet Fitness.Thoughfully designed with style in every nook and cranny, thus place will be hopping once the covid restrictions are lifted. If you want a fantastic value for a stylish hotel whos owners have truly thought of everything, then this is the place.Hands down, the best hotel in Sacramento!Sorry for the typos . I am not wearing my glasses.
We had a wonderful stay at the ELEMENT Sacramento. Beautiful decor, comfortable room, great staff, location etc. Highly recommend! One glitch though. The website says the parking lot features EV CHARGERS. I even phoned ahead to confirm this... well they do have EV chargers, three of them, but they are TESLA-specific, which is not great for any other EV like our Chevy Bolt. Staff and website need to be specific Fortunately the mall had Electrify America fast chargers about two blocks away. That would be my only complaint.

I could not stay awake, so I pulled into The Element at 10:30 on a weekend night for a room. Front desk attendant had a room, could not negotiate a AA or Govt rate, was housed across from ICE MACHINE with tremendous amount of noise and continental breakfast was closed due to staffing - no notice given.
I was frustrated with the fact that I paid extra to have the room with a stove top that did not work, the thermostat pannel was not functioning, and no one wore masks, nor was the rule enforced. Finally, even though I put out my do not disturb sign, I came back to my room door open . . .
I booked a room at this hotel but when I called the hotel number it rang & rang then hung up (i.e. no auto forwarding to Marriott customer service etc.). I complained to Marriott customer service 2x... and the 2nd time the message got thru... the hotel manager called me.She said that she hopes the hotel phone number will be setup on July 6 and that the hotel will be opening on July 8th.I asked her about the signature rise complimentary breakfast... she said that during normal conditions a chef will make food but due to COVID there will be a bag of breakfast items (fruit, yogurt, bagel).
Awesome front desk crew from Kelsie to Jennifer on her first day, to Aachel and Ron. They were all very nice kind people, making the hotel having a great atmosphere. Nice job guys will be coming back.
Liked the hotel and staff a lot. Location was close to.dining and shopping but not very close to airport or downtown areas. Breakfast was cooked to.order and tasty but no other food service in hotel.

We had to spend our night with our 11 month old baby on the floor because this hotel refuse to provide baby crib without some licensed or assigned person to set it up him self. They had crib at their facility but staff says its because of some incident with baby dying from poorly installed crib. Well.. How about people sleeping with their baby without baby crib and or baby falling from bed or stuff falling over baby by sleeping on the floor? I just dont understand this kind of management. Even if there was unfortunate incident... Baby cribs are made for safety purpose. They didnt even let us rent and install it. Simply not providing crib is just ridiculous.
Great place! The breakfast is so nice, unlike most breakfasts served. It has eggs, potatoes, etc. They also sanitize surfaces.
Hello, I’ve been staying at the Element Sacramento Airport for roughly a week, This morning I had Oxana call my room before check out time asking if I was leaving followed by telling her “NO”I was reserving another night.Then two members of the hotel came to knock on my door demanding they search my room. I AS A LATINA COLORED WOMAN felt extremely racially profiledSeeing as though I’ve spent lots of money staying the hotel in question.I asked to speak to supervisor after doing so I received two different stories first being it’s because I’m extending day by day and another being it’s their “policy”I listened to see if anyone else had gotten any “wellness checks” on the same floor and I was the only one on the whole floor.I felt extremely racially profiled BY OXANA
Noisy. Heat did not work. Could not turn off the loud fan in bathroom Staff did not wear masks. Bonvoy loyalty not recognized. Fox News in the lobby was insulting. Will not return.
Very disappointed that there was no airport shuttle. Website says there is...which is the reason I wanted to stay there. The hotel and especially the staff were absolutely outstanding. Many thanks to Ronald for going out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction.

The window pane next to our bed was severely fractured. Management knew about the window but rented the room anyway. They wouldnt give us another room and treated our safety concern as an annoyance. We are Marriott Gold members and made reservations three weeks prior.

The worst experience, I was there a month ago and they charge me twice and when I called them they said they have no recollection of my credit card. That’s weird because you should charge me for it. The manager is incompetent cannot give me an answer.DO NOT DTSY HERE!!

Staff were generally great.Complimentary breakfast is plentiful, hot & tasty!However, should be open until 11am, considering there are no other options at the hotel.My only complaint was the shower pressure was abysmal. Needs updating.Perfect otherwise.Highly recommended!

The complimentary breakfast wasnt bad either.The location is a bit away from the Sac airport, but the free shuttle gets you there on-time and ready to go. Good food options in walking distance, and also a pet friendly Marriott property.Would definitely recommend!

2023-10-17 16:35:34The rooms are very nice, they have a large fridge, cooktop, dishwasher - beds were comfortable - few issuesAsked for pillows and a comforter for the pull out around 4pm when we left for the evening - got back around 10pm ish and they were never brought up - called front desk said about 30 min 45 min later - called back and finally got themCalled Sunday morning for toilet paper as only 1 roll in the room for 3 people - left for the day got back around 10pm (gone since 10 am) and toilet paper was never delivered - had to go to the front desk to get some.They had some nice rooms but need to work on the guest needs.

On Wednesday evenings they offer complimentary snacks and drinks, which I came down to the lobby for, only to realize it was a Thursday… the DOS & receptionist immediately offered to get me some snacks (muffin, fruit bar and trail mix). Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants with a shuttle to the airport. I was very impressed with this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

2023-09-06 21:42:24This is our favorite hotel for countless reasons. It’s the cleanest place with the nicest staff. They remember me and my family with each visit and always go way above and beyond with customer service. For example, during this trip, Ana went out of her way to get fruit loops, or as my daughter calls them “rainbow cheerios.” Additionally, Ana gave our daughter some fun activities that she personally had. Things like this are just the normal day to day there. The entire staff has always been the absolute best. We will continue coming here for these reasons. Thank you to the entire staff for always being so amazing!

2023-10-14 09:53:0310 days i rented this place they gave me the suckiest room on the ground level that smelled like dogs and the floor is super dirty! they know where to give the nice rooms! im asian so they know i wont complain much! A manager called me saying Im banned on their hotel because of payment of the room that I didnt even stayed they cant charge my card but just checking my bank it went through!! Used to love this hotel but not anymore!!

It had all the amenities of a studio apartment which slept 4 people.All of the employees from the desk staff to housekeeping was top notch it made you feel like family walking through the door.If you ever go into the Sacramento area staying at the element is a must. You will not be disappointed.Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable.

2023-06-02 02:03:03This place is sweet! Very clean, great staff, beds are way comfy! They even gave us wine and cheese! We have stayed at several places in the Sacramento area, and this is by far the most modern and clean. My only complaint, which I wont remove a star for, is that their Tesla Charging was out of order. There are superchargers around the corner, so no big deal, but it would have been nice to charge at the hotel. The place is really great, and we will definitely be back!
