Diane is the best! We recently moved our boat here and Diane made us feel so welcome. She made everything easy for us and have just been an absolute delight. Facilities are great and super clean. Parking is easy, and there’s a fun kids playground, and the green spaces are well looked after.The city is practically next door, the boating opportunities in the bay are great for sightseeing and fishing. The food scene in Emeryville / Oakland is diverse and fun, and there’s walking / biking paths all around and as an added bonus there’s a public park at the end of the peninsula.This is the kind of place where people come for a jog in the morning to get away from the city.People are friendly, other boaters but also folks generally visiting the area.

Fully renovated private marina - new dock board, locker rooms and laundry. You can rent or buy a slip which is a great option. Located next to historic Trader Vics, easy access to freeway/Bay Bridge, complementary Emery shuttle, walkability to shops and restaurants. I live aboard a boat and park my vehicle at ECYH. I feel safe and secure regardless of day or night. Many reports of crime at marinas in Alameda and Oakland...I encouage boat owners to consider ECYH. Great views of SF skyline and quick access to the bay waters.

Beautiful, well-kept marina. The bath house and conference center were impeccable! The berths provide ample space to get in & out with ease, and The Harbourmaster took great care of us!

Wow, this is a nice marina. We stopped here in our way down the coast from Bellingham, WA. Very nice laundry facilities. The docks are clean and have convenient water and power hook ups. The shower facility seemed brand new, it was clean, modern and comfortable - really excellent showers! Diane, the manager, is super knowledgeable and accommodated our schedule easily. There’s a couple restaurants in walking distance and the marina is in the local, free shuttle line. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Took my 3 year old to the playground by the marina. Playground equipment was perfect for her size. (No high slides, no big sets of stairs) and its all gated in so parents can breathe easy while the kids blow off steam. Beautiful views of the Bay Bridge and outlookonf the Bay towards Richmond.

This is a nice marina. Docks seem very new. Power seems new, leakers beware. Bathrooms and showers are immaculate and free. Prices for dock space is very reasonable. Downside is each slip has a dock on both sides which makes docking a real pain in the rear when there are any environmental inputs, such as strong wind and tidal current. Also, deep draft boats can only leave at high tide. There are dredgers in the marina constantly working to keep the boats floating. If I was to return to the Bay, I would definitely stay here again

One of two yacht harbors in the area, it is protected by a wave wall rendering it safe. The units, however, are small for newer bigger boats. Theres a huge variety of boats moored, mostly small to medium and fairly old ones although theres a few big and new ones.It is conveniently located just across the Bay Bridge so going out from this harbor provides a stunning view of the Bay Area, with Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge and the new Bay Bridge in full view. Additionally, Treasure Island and Angel Island can be seen. I will give 5 stars just for the location.

In February i will have lived here a year. The facilities are so nice (bathrooms / laundry) the marina is safe and clean and a great location. Diane is the best has been so helpful and kind, mike is awesome. Cannot fault this marina.

They did a nice job, upgrading the to the new docks, with soft blue lighting after the sun goes down. The place was all torn up for a whole year, but 100% back together now, with some great new landscaping on the hiking path through the property.
