We enjoyed dinner after a movie. This was during the “soft opening” as they worked to get the kinks out of their systems.At the door, we were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess.The ambience was upbeat and inviting with a great decor.Our server was friendly and helpful, recommending several different dishes.Once the food arrived, I dug right in, before I remembered to take pictures.Fresh, hot tortilla chips and a spicy homemade salsa helped make it easier to wait for the entree.The chicken tortilla soup was delicious, deep flavor and just the right amount of heat.The fish tacos were also delicious.Plate presentation was appealing and the price was reasonable for the area.

We have eaten at 3 different Mexican restaurants in his exact spot and in this case the 3rd times the charm! First the hostess was darling. We were greeted with a smile and assured we’d be taken care of right away and we were. This was great considering it was day 2 of their soft opening. Our server was courteous and immediately ready to offer us a drink. The ribeye burrito was tender and flavorful. The Birria Tacos were amongst my favorite. I had two of the bartender Hunter’s cocktail creations. Both unbelievably good. The environment has clearly been redone with a lot of thought and care. The neutral tones create a calming and comfortable environment. The staff was so friendly and excited about the opening. We will be returning often!

Im torn on this as it was mostly bad but the assistant manager Justin really redeemed the entire experience. We went on grand opening evening and have to say it was a cluster. We arrived at 6:45, the inside was pretty packed but the balcony was open so we sat there. They were out of quite a few items already, and wait staff were trying to keep up with the crush. That might be expected at a grand opening but they had been open 3 weeks already so??? At 8:15 I canceled 2/3 of our order after a very frustrating 1.5 hrs, or waitress literally disappeared, wed asked for plates 3 times & the molcajate was...eh. Justin came over and was very understanding & concerned about the situation, explaining the mishaps & assuring theyre taking all the feedback to the top, which I appreciate & applaud. So not 5 stars that night but the recovery was great & we will go back after theyve worked thru the hiccups.

It was my first time at Encanto, Great Service and food. I will be back for more. Highly recommend. The Manager Erik was top tier

Great cocktails, beautiful atmosphere, and fantastic food! Highly recommend the table side guacamole and molcajete!

Good food, great atmosphere and great service. Everyone was nice and the restaurant was very clean.
