I’ll start by saying that I LOVE the veggie ramen here. I think it’s one of the best in the valley. Problem is they are horribly understaffed. I never know if I’ll get my food quickly and correctly. It’s a toss up. Most of the time there’s just one person running the whole place. Today, it took 45 minutes for our food to come out, and it was wrong. The chef was super nice about it but that didn’t help that I was late to work because of it. They NEED MORE STAFF badly. Especially for the cost. I don’t mind paying for the tasty food but it’s soured by the inconsistent service and overall vibe. It was about $45 for two ramens and a gyoza. Also not sure why the veggie ramen is more expensive than regular?Where’s the manager? Owner? Anyone competent? Someone needs to step up so this place can stay around!

Great food, but small place. Ordered the black ramen, spicy cheese ramen, and spicy tuna roll. Spicy tuna cake out first. Had uneven cuts, but it tasted good enough. Black ramen was great, but i wanted more garlic and onion and they were glad to provide. Pork cuts were slightly sweet and smoky, and a nice fatty layer. Wife was happy with the spicy cheese ramen. Service is mix of ordering for yourself at the front with the screen, and personal delivery. A bit tight for indoor eating especially since its starting to get cold outside. Probably could fit 4 groups of 2 or 3. They were pretty busy for Friday night. Plenty of take out orders.

I worked at this restaurant for 6 days and I saw more health code violations in that kitchen than any other kitchen I every worked in and I have 13 years of experience in the food industry. They serve raw fish which they assemble one foot away from their dish pit and they store raw fish on top of cooked pork belly. It’s only a matter of time until someone gets seriously ill.

Love that they have the self kiosk where you can order on the screen and customize your ramen the way you like it. Its a small place but its very cozy and the ramen there is sooooo good. This place is top tier and the service is amazing.

Love this place. Been coming here for a while and it never ceases to amaze me. Theyre not cheap on the meat, noodles or broth (which is AMAZING).For takeout they package the broth and noodles separately. Can order by phone, Postmates or in person.

This has to be one of my favorite Poke places of all the poke places I’ve had, and I LOVE poke so I eat it quite a bit. Their ramen is awesome as well! You see them make everything, the staff is very friendly and helpful! This place has sauces for the poke I haven’t seen anywhere else that I LOVE. They have a horseradish cream sauce that I’m obsessed with, and now whenever I want poke I will pick this place when I can go and if they’re not too busy, cause they are that good that they can get busy! HIGHLY recommend this spot!🤗💖

This happened to me a few years back...The first and last time I went to this place was with my cousin. She introduced me to this restaurant saying they had the best ramen she had ever had, and I was pretty excited since I love ramen. I got my ramen bowl and there was so many toppings that I had to dig for the noodles. Many people would argue that lots of toppings is a good thing, but for me my stomach couldnt handle it, and I had an upset stomach the entire day. I had to cut my outing short since I was going to the restroom every few minutes. Ive never had this experience before with ramen.Later that same month, I found out that my boyfriends friends had the same exact experience as me and also had upset stomachs after eating at this place. My cousin really likes this place, so it just depends on what your stomachs can handle. All I know is that I never want to feel that way with ramen again.

First time trying this place by accident, was trying to get to a different poke place and my gps took me here. Staff was extremely friendly and poke was amazing! Best in town for sure! (I’ve tried many) Portions, quality and service - all 5 Stars! This is definitely my new place. Plus their ramen looked insane. They were preparing someone else’s order while I was there and you could just tell they take pride in making the food.

I really wanted to like this place! The location is great and the place itself is really cute. To be fair, I only tried the poke and most of the good reviews seem to be talking about the ramen. However, I just ordered a simple poke bowl with spicy tuna and all I can say is that it was fine. The biggest thing for me was that it was $20 total. Most places Ive been, I can get that for $11-$14. I do want to come back to try the ramen, but these are my thoughts so far!

Wanted to eat here, Im used to going to other Poke places with more options and less money just as good. With add ons you end up spending about 25dlls per bowl. The interface for the app is hard to use especially when ordering more than 2 bowls. The computer in store is even more confusing seeing as its hard to use and as soon as you make a selection it unselects it. You cant really do it quickly and it takes longer to order than I think it should. I wouldnt come back, 8oz poke is even better I think, its cheaper and the spicy tuna is a lot tastier than here. Probably wont come back.

The best poke in the area. They use big chunks of fish and very fresh ingredients. The ramens are amazing too; the black ramen is so flavorful and comforting. The red ramen is pretty spicy so definitely recommended for those who want a lot of heat, and the flavor is really good. They even have a veggie ramen that’s kind of sweet but delicious. I haven’t had anything I did not like here.

I had not gone to this place since the pandemic started.But i was very disappointed with it. I ordered black garlic tonkotsu ramen via an online take out. My order was missing all the extra items i payed for. (Except the side dish pork belly)Sadly, it was my fault since I didnt check for them until I got home. Once i noticed the mistake... i didnt feel like doing another 40 minute drive just for 7 dollars worth of extras.I thought well at least theres the pork belly... But it was tough.Im used to having this from the restaurant and the meat practically falls apart in your mouth. But this was overcooked and just chewy. It wasnt terrible, it still tasted good... But it just wasnt the quality Ive come to expect from this place.I havent given up on them just yet. The day of this order i certainly wanted to. But one bad experience compared to many great ones...TL:DR When you order take out, always check that all your items are included.

I love this place. Their bowls are great, and so is their ramen. My favorite thing to order is the DIY bowl and a roll of sushi. Dining-in is limited, but its still cozy. The people there are friendly and nice. 10/10. I would be a regular if I could make it there before it they close every night.

My favorite Poke place in the area! My other favorite is in Simi Valley but since I live closer to this one I go here often and every time I crave poke. They make it just right with their DYI options!! 🐠Food portions Are also a reason why this is my go to pokey place because always fills me up with it it’s portion size just right. Enjoy Ramen and pokey bowls has been doing a phenomenal job and providing the community with outstanding quality food since they opened I have yet to try their Ramen noodles but they look fantastic as well.

I used to love coming here before the pandemic and seeing both the Vegas working on my order.This is my first time to return since the pandemic started. They forgot all the extras i ordered and payed for in my ramen. Though that would have been forgivable to a degree if it wasnt for the subpar job they did with roasting the pork belly side dish. It used to come out started to perfect but would still fall apart in my mouth. Now its just overcooked and rather unappetizing which is really sad.

Very small establishment, but the ramen specifically is well worth the money you will spend there. They have inside seating and outside seating. The pork (chasu) is so juicy and flavorful, its the best chasu in ramen that Ive tasted in the area. The red ramen (what I ordered) isnt overly spicy and could be considered mild but its a massive serving and very tasty.I also ordered the gyoza, and although the gyoza itself tasted decent (not the best) the sauce served with it didnt really taste good to me.All in all, big serving, tasty and flavorful ramen with chasu is highly recommended, the only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the mildness of the ramen and the sauce served with the gyoza.

Really good ramen. Little restaurant that you would think nothing of. Once you step inside, you order at the counter and then find a seat. Menu is small, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. Poke bowls looks really good too. I had the black garlic ramen and my girlfriend had the hot ramen. Both were awesome. Chefs were nice and water is free with cucumber infusion. I really enjoyed this place and will definitely be returning whenever I am in the area!

Terrible Ramen. They go more for visual appeal and not for taste. But then again, take my review with a grain of salt. I personally could make better ramen but I know others who really enjoyed this place. I cant recommend this place but that doesnt mean you wont enjoy it. To me this place is a typical highly Korean influenced Ramen place with no creativity from the chef. I tried every ramen dish before I came to this conclusion so unless they change up the menu drastically, I will not return unfortunately.

Ordering was easy. Questions about the menu were promptly and clearly answered. I ordered the veggie ramen without corn. The soft tofu topping was cold while the broth was hot, the bok choy was in large, unwieldy pieces, and there was still corn. As a whole, the veggie dish lacked depth of flavor. The noodles were well cooked and the serving size was decent but I wish the dish had more flavor.

Good food, bad experience. Came to this place, on food truck night. Three of us ordered food but one of us had a small snack size food from a Korean truck. I bought a build your own poke, a ramen and a pork belly with a side of rice. We asked for permission if we can have the outside food in. The cashier had let us eat it but we have to throw the trash out. We saw the sign which we missed initially. Anyway, my son was already eating halfway of his food when suddenly we noticed the cashier and an old guy at the back arguing. Then the guy told us no outside food and he pointed out the sign rudely. We complied to his rude request because we dont want them to mess with our food, but I was pissed. Poke and the ramen were good(maybe I was hungry). As we were finishing our purchased meal, there was a white couple that left before us and the staff said thank you to them. As we were going to leave, the staff and the guy never bothered to say thank you to us. They were Koreans and were Filipino and Thai. Remind you that there were no confrontation or arguments. We just felt like its our obligation to eat there. I can go to a better poke bowl place with cheaper price than to eat at an over priced poke bowl and be treated like a none paying customer.

Still more or less in shock at this find of a restaurant. If you blink, you would miss it walking by. Nothing in the area suggests that a top-tier ramen restaurant would be nestled in a strip mall. My coworkers and I got the poke and red ramen bowls. The broth here beats most locations in downtown LA. Portions are, in a word, large. The poke bowl offers vegetable noodles, which is a refreshing option for those looking to avoid carbs. Quick wait time and overall incredible experience.

Gross broth. Disgusting pork. There were literal chunks of fat floating on the broth, the kind that shows up when you freeze and reuse old broth. It breaks my heart to have to change my review. Theres been a kind of steady decline for several months for what used to be my go to ramen shop in SFV. I think theres new management and theyre either changing things to be cost effective or they dont know what theyre doing. Everything about what made this place special is gone. No bathroom inside.
