I ordered bbq chicken kebab yesterday.The lady wears a gloves while preparing the food.I am not sure that she wears the gloves to protect her hands or for customer safety.She did BBQ while wearing it and same time pick up the salad from container in ref. with gloves and handling everything else with same gloves.Is it how to wear a same gloves for whole day.BesidesI bought a Sadaf kosher Litte pickles.It was spoiled and smelled.I came back this afternoon to the store and told the owner.He said he is not taking it back.Call Sadat.I told him why I call Sadaf, I bought from you.He said they leave products here for sale, not his problem.I said ok, wonderful serviceI told him that I am not coming back here anymoreHe saidHave a good day.

Amazing weekly saving!The owner is very kind and friendly. He always greets customers and ask for their feedback to improve their service. I looked all glatt kosher markets for cow tongue for rosh hashanah and ever fresh has the freshest one with an amazing price! Having glatt kosher food, sushi, meat and chicken department and fresh fruits and vegetables makes my shopping much easier. Highly recommend Ever Fresh market!!!!

Booger than it appears. Lots of grocery and fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat in the back with some cooked food. Nice market plenty of parking.

The hot prepared food is great, just make sure to check out your receipt for big orders because of accidental overcharge.

Just a rip off/health and safety issues business,.I ordered 1barg kabob with extra chicken kabob . I believe her name is Fahimeh wrote on the receipt 1 Barg and 1 chicken . 2 different orders . Ok I did not say a word since I was not feeling well. Paid and what I received is : 1 barg kabob with extra chicken in COLD FOOD CONTAINERS, CLEAR PLASTIC . The hot kabob melted the plastic . When I mentioned to the manager, he smiled and said Oh Everyone loves her?!!! I didnt waist more and left . Ripping off customers with no concerns about peoples health. Sadly very bad experience

Amazing and convenient supermarket right on the corner of a shopping center. Plenty of parking. They have a huge variety of Israeli and Persian products. Their kitchen also expanded since the new ownership and they have a bunch of yummy dips I like to put out for Shabbat lunch. I also get their Moroccan fish and cholent and it’s always a hit. New owner is very friendly and helpful. Always greeting customers. My go to market!

Great market,Nice staff, very clean and well organized.They have great variety of products from Israel.Its a small market, but it has everything you will need. Fresh fruit and vegetables, large bread section, cookies cakes, snacks, frozen food, cooked food (very delicious).Cleaning agents, dairy section (cholov israel).Owner is very nice and welcoming.Prices are on the average side.

It’s been awesome to find a local market in Encino with Israeli products as well as organic options. What I especially like about this place is the unique selection of rare, authentic Italian products. Also, the market is Glatt kosher. Very clean and friendly customer service have made my visits here refreshing and enjoyable. Glad to have this new market in my neighborhood. Happy to be a regular here.

I had the worst customer service with this store. The owner of the store was claiming that he has 4 other stores and been in business for over 40 years. But when I approach the management of store regarding overcharging me almost double by adding items that I didn ‘t shop which was added to my receipt instead of being apologized and taking care of the customer their concern was my system is not working and “I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEM FIRST”. I definitely will not go back to that store, besides that you always have to check your receipt for the correct price for sale items and not add extra items to your bill. Also not being polite with customers at all times.
