I purchased a custom-printed canopy and table cover through Extreme Canopy, and I would highly recommend them. They were very easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate my needs and wants. The end product was delivered ahead of schedule, and looked fantastic! The actual canopy frame was also very easy to set up, and super sturdy. Interestingly, there was another vendor at the farmers market that I show at that has the same set up, and he was raving about how much he loved his Extreme Canopy. Also worth mentioning, if youre going to be setting this up every weekend, the extra money you spend on this vs a cheaper alternative is going to pay off in spades.

This canopy is really well built and quality material. It’s sturdy and the assembly of the walls onto the canopy is easy. We use this canopy for so many different things and events with our Rescue squad.The only issue we have had was with the included instructions. They were clear and easy to read, however they were for the next size down canopy than what we have. Perhaps we received the wrong instructions in our shipment, but it would have been nice to have set up instructions specific to our size canopy as we bought the largest size and we discovered the set up was slightly more involved than other smaller sizes. It was however easy enough to figure it out on our own after a little playing with it.If I ever need another quality canopy I will buy this brand again.

These are not your normal pop ups purchased at local department stores. I purchased a 10x10 unit. These are heavy duty and made to withstand various conditions. Be prepared as you will find them to be very heavy. They recommend two people to put them up. I did this by myself but two would be much better. Also because of the weight, the one recommendation would be to provide an option of a wider wheel base when trying to move this. It is very unstable if you try to roll the unit. You will most likely have to carry it. Otherwise a great product. I like all the options of back and side panels. These go on easily with velcro and make for a much more professional look.

Our experience has been unique. The beautiful custom canopy arrived was first set up August 3 at The Wall That Heals event here in Chillicothe MO. Sunday morning a micro burst storm hit the event and our frame was destroyed. We are very happy with the Canopy we ordered. We got the X7 with a custom printed top. The ordering process was very easy and the Extreme Canopy team was very helpful and quick to respond. We needed to get the canopy pretty quick and they made that happen for us. As for the canopy where we live it gets very windy and we also use the canopy weekly. To help with the wind we ordered the metal weights which are easy to use and stackable. The canopy is quick to set up and is very good in the wind. Last week the wind was pretty strong and we had zero issues. We are so glad we went with Extreme Canopy. I highly recommend them.

This is the second canopy custom 10x10 canopy we have purchased from Extreme. The first one is 4 years old with lots of use and little sign of wear and tear. The colors are still vibrant and the frame is sturdy. Easy to set up and just love the case; the wheels make it easy to move.We also purchased the lights this time. Only used once so far but they are nicely bright. As an astronomy outreach, we LOVE the ability to turn down the brightness.

AMAZING quality canopy tent. Solid construction and the design makes for effortless setup and breakdown. We are able to leave the canopy in the frame and pack it up that way.The only negative/critique I have, is the bag. For storage and packing, the bag is perfect. Just wish the wheels weren’t so close to the sides of the bag. Also, wish the wheels were a touch bigger, as it would make rolling it around a little easier. And possibly reinforcing the handles a bit more, as there is a lot of tension being put on them when transporting.

The Frame of my canopy is overbuilt and sturdy just like I wanted. Unfortunately there is threading three inches long that was not properly done in the middle top edge of one of the canopy panels. Price was high on the canopy but I wasnt going to compromise the gear I needed. What I feel was really over priced was there steel weights, but its windy here and felt they would keep my investment more secure when set up on asphalt. So for and additional $720 dollars I bought 8 - 33lb weights. So thats my review. Ill keep it neutral.

I searched for a canopy for our girls HS tennis team. I reached out to a local company and got no return after calling them twice. I also reached out to another online company and they said they would get an estimate to me right away (by the time I got the estimate I had already received our canopy tent from Extreme Canopy and their bid was for much more). When I received our 10x10 canopy one of the bolts for a wheel on the storage bag had a notch in it and it wouldn’t thread completely. Your company very quickly sent a replacement. This canopy is sturdy so the wheeled bag is a must!!The quality of the canopy and the hardware is outstanding. The boys HS tennis team has commented more than once how much sturdier ours canopy is compared to the one they have.You can’t go wrong going with this company. Well Customer service is great, had an issue with FED EX as always sent to the wrong address, so company Mgr sent out another one over night my canopy since i was opening a show in 2 days...Got it late next evening just in time to leave next morning to a food show.. They did what they said and its not easy finding a company who stands there grounds to see customers happy.. I highly recommend them for all needs for shows and just for private usage....

We ordered a tent for our local triathlon club. Looking forward to getting it set up for 2024 and future events. The team was easy to work with and very responsive to emails. The tent cover looks very durable and more robust than our previous tent. Same can be said for the frame; looks quite sturdy. The travel case with wheels will be very nice when we have to use it. Only downside was 2 shipping orders that were weeks apart. BUT, we are not in season so it didnt matter. (Id work with them on any future orders to make sure things would be delivered at relatively the same time.) Other than, fantastic service, communications, and durable materials.

I have 4 custom printed Extreme Canopys there are great the printing still looks amazing i have 3 10x10s that are 3 years old and i have a 10x20 that is 4 years old. the 10x20 went trough a tornado 2 years ago and was the only tent standing we we got up in the morning! there were busted tent everywhere and it even ripped the awning mounted on the side of the rv, but are extreme Canopy with it set at its lowest setting and the big heavy steel weights on the 6 legs stayed in its place and weather the storm!!! THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY

The quality of the canopy is exceptional. Very strong and very well designed. My only issue is using Fedex for the delivery. We have had many issues with them. The bag for the canopy was delivered on time, but the delivery person said they were not able to load the canopy because of the weight. It sat at their local delivery location for right at two weeks before they delivered the canopy. I would use UPS. Much more dependable.

I am an artist and need to set up a tent and wall display for my art work. Using the Extreme 7 tent was a fantastic experience. It saved me at least one hour in setup andbreakdown at each show. The tent is sturdy and the canopy allows a lot of light. Very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of setting up the other tents for shows. Ordered a 10 x 20 canopy, they sent be the stand for 10 x 20 but the canopy was for a 10 x 10. They sent be the correct canopy when I notified them of the mistake. Then offered to let me keep the 10 x 10 but had to buy the stand for the 10 x 10. Stand arrived but the bag for the stand was missing the wheels. Ended spending almost additional $1000.

OK. I have had my Extreme Canopy for a while now and wanted to wait to review it. I bought the 10X15 in black. I was trying to decide between this type of tent and a permanent structure maybe made out of steel. The benefit with the canopy is the ability to move it. Anyway, I previously had a Quiktent that went through all kinds of torture. It was only 8x8 but went through the hurricane that was Thanksgiving in Los Angeles. We had wind gusts over 70mph. Handled it just fine, but I wanted something larger and these less complex tents sometimes needed to be brought down in the wind (at least my new 10x10 didnt like the wind. So, enter the Extreme Canopy. I am using it as my outdoor office and living room - what??? Yep!!! This thing is AMAZING. It has gone through all the Santa Anas the San Fernando Valley can throw at it. Still standing. Went through a rain storm that dropped 2 inches in just a few hours. Everything was dry. I kept working through the storm and enjoyed the sound of the rain on the tent. Its a really solid structure and I bought the heavy weights for each leg. We added curtains - the dogs couldnt figure out the walls on the other tent so havent tried them again. The curtains are soft material waterproof bath curtains. Bought in grey and dark grey. We rigged a dowel system to hold the curtains using bath curtain rings. Took 10 curtains and if it is rainy, I use soft paper binder clips to hold the curtains together and I have an entirely enclosed workspace. Or, I can close the curtains I need to to customize the space for privacy or to block the sun. Works beautifully. Also have some room darkening curtains on the east end of the tent when the sun is bright in the morning. This size tent allowed for a huge desk as well as a full outdoor sectional sofa and ottomans. Have a solar light for the evenings. Its over 100 outside right now and it is 89 in the tent. Nice breeze blowing. I couldnt be happier with this selection. I was told it could handle 40mph winds, no problem. It did and still does. We also have the ability to lower it if the winds get out of control - 60mph or above. Thats just because I panic, I think it will be fine. I have a weather station that alerts us of high wind gusts. This canopy is functional, pretty, strong and does the job I needed it to. We love our X7 26 x 13 canopy tent so much that we added another 13 x 13 for 2022. They had our color theme and design on file so the ordering process was done in no time. We travel across America to several events a year. Some outside, some inside and our X7 has never let us down, even in some extreme weather conditions. Canopy frame is durable and well-made. It is very heavy, and the storage bag is longer than most bags making it difficult for one person to move around.It comes with set-up instructions that are easy to follow. However, does recommend the bag be stored and transported in a vertical/upright position. Which would be OK if you were shipping by 3rd party truck, but most personal vehicles used to transport the canopy to local events you have to lay it down and the handles on the bag are on the roller side - making it hard to get in/out of your vehicle.The graphic department was great to work with and the finished artwork was perfect.

We only used this one time at a craft show. It is well designed with no excess material to flap in the wind, nice and tight! Well put it to use next week as we visit the southern shores. Cody was most helpful and responded quickly to questions as to hows and whys.Compared to our old canopy this one (same size) this one is a bit heavier due to better and more substantial framework and cover. The tote bag is a bit weighty as well. Whereas before I would just sling our old canopy up on my shoulder (when crossing over loose sand), this new one will require some different procedures. The workmanship and quality of materials make this difference in weight immaterial in light of the security well have for long life and withstanding the elements. It is something to bear in mind. Of course Im 70 years old and there a some things that dont seem as easy as before.

Great Product! On a recent trip in my motorhome, I purchased a canopy from Walmart, which looked like it would do the job, but unfortunately failed within a few days in a rainstorm. The unit collapsed completely, as a number of the cheap aluminum struts had snapped in half! I took it back and got a replacement, which did exactly the same thing the first night I used it! I researched a number of alternative canopies until I came across Extreme Canopy. The information provided on their website convinced me to make the purchase and when it arrived a few days later, I was very impressed by the overall design and quality. Although it was much more expensive than the Walmart option ($500 vs $150), its not going to be bothered by a little rainstorm! Although this was purchased for my motorhome, Ive got it set up in my back yard shading me from the Texas sun! The downside of this canopy is the weight and bulk of it, plus its a two-man operation to erect it (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Aside from that, this was a good purchase, and we look forward to using it for years to come.

- Price - Towards the higher end- Canopy Quality - 10x10 Canopy fabric and frame are reflective of the price- “Free Canopy Frame Bag” absolutely terrible. It’s a one size fail all bad that requires bungee cords towards the wheels to keep the frame in line with the footing lip. Then there’s the added bonus of the pull handles being on the wrong side of the bag. That bag should not be used as a “deal offer” because it’s ineffective.- Feather Flag Quality - image and materials look sharp and feel solid- Pull up banner Quality - Image quality is great but the tube auto retracting frame is flimsy. Close to being a white glove treatment requirement when setting up, packing down, and especially storing. Cheaply made in China… I saw the shipping label.- Delivery - Equipment came in sections and at different paces. The pull up banner had to be replaced because the product was crushed in the box. Packing fail at the source and dealing with FedEx is not real savings.- Overall customer service performance - above what was mentioned above, I spent too much time chasing updates and waiting for promised call backs, chats or emails. Front office staff, design, and warehouse team seem to be on top of it but they are not the POC. Overcommunication is underrated when it comes to customer service. I want to feel confident a company I just spent thousands on now and potentially in the future actually appreciates my business. Sales team need to step it up (lack of ownership). Sending an email, text, or making a phone call requires very little effort and that was a big fail during this transaction.

I could not be happier with my experience! I purchased three canopies last year for my company and we love them so much we bought two more this year. The canopies and frames are so high-quality and the prices are on par as other companies with inferior models. Every person Ive encountered through the entire process has been so helpful, kind, and quick to respond. A part on one of our canopies arrived broken this year. Easy to set up. I have used them at our high school for Graduation and a senior banquet. They look like they will hold up for years to come. After the first year of use a big wind storm flipped our canopy, because we did not secure it correctly. Their customer service identified the broken part. We ordered it, and it was simple to fix. This is not a throw away canopy after 1 year.

Great company to deal with. My canopy arrived sooner than expected. When I called that I was missing the carrying bag, they sent a replacement right away with no questions asked.I took the canopy to the beach and had several storms with very high winds and rain. The canopy stood strong through it all. I did use aftermarket screw-in sand anchors. Everyone on the beach is looking to buy one now. I cannot recommend them enough.

Product pricing, artwork comps and communication before the order went as planned. The frame/hardware for the tent arrived promptly, but the canopy did not arrive in time to make my event. There was some communication with the logistics person, who was pleasant enough but they didnt seem to have much communication/control with the overseas production or shipping which left us with no expediting options. 7-10 business days ended up being 14 days for me...not terrible, but I missed my event. On the flip side, I am satisfied with the quality of the frame, hardware and canopy. Also to note, when I expressed my concerns to the company, they did offer me an unspecified discount on my next order.

Very happy with my tent (10 x10) . I use it to set up a different locations to do windshield repair. I have two different canopy tops with my logo on it and a blue frame. Once you get the hang of it its easy to set up and tear down. Everyone at extreme canopy that I dealt with was pleasant and helpful from the salesman to the graphic designer to the owner. I looked at several different canopy manufacturers and bought what amounted to junk twice. Then I spoke with another agency that purchased their canopy from Extreme Canopy. Ultimately, I purchased two canopies from EC: a 10x10 and a 10x20. The workmanship is truly impressive - these things will last a long time! Overall I was pleased with the customer service. The tent quality was great. We were missing a piece in the order and they shipped it to us promptly without question. The timeline was a bit misleading on the offset even though I specifically verified the timeline with customer service. They stated the timeline included production and shipping from the time the was art delivered, but after we paid we had a different representative and they said it was only production time. We got our tent the day of the event - which caused a lot of stress since it arrived after our scheduled set up time. I would use them again but would keep in mind it may take longer than stated.
