Amir was super friendly and had my food ready for pick up on time. I got the Cleopatra hummus which was delicious. Generous portion sizes - I had the rest for lunch today. My friends got the new york chicken over rice and Greek beef over rice - super tasty but different from halal guys. Overall a great experience!

I was genuinely excited to try this food cart, especially given its stellar 4.9-star rating. As a lover of New York-style chicken over rice, I had high expectations. However, my experience didn’t quite match up. While the service was friendly and the portions generous, I found the flavors to be notably different from the classic NY cart style - the rice and chicken had a distinct taste and the sauces didn’t hit the familiar spicy and savory notes I was hoping for. Perhaps my expectations were too rooted in traditional NY street food, but I believe there’s room for improvement in bringing that authentic East Coast flavor to the Bay Area. I hope this feedback is constructive and helps improve the experience for other folksseeking that genuine New York taste.

First time trying this place today - wow! Fantastic! I had the Chicken Gyro plate and it is Delicious!! Good sized portions as well. So many different flavors. Reminds me of New York street vendors as well. Im coming back for more! Thank you for making my day. :-) (told a bunch of people at work too)

Amir has always been passionate about his food. This is our go to place for lunch. I would usually share this with a worker because the portion are huge and so delicious. It is also our family’s favorite. Amir’s dishes will rival many established restaurants around the area. Try it and you won’t regret it.

One of the top places in the whole peninsula. Tbh the whole Bay Area. Food is great … prices are reasonable for the area of course. Service is top notch. This a take out place (food truck) so don’t count on finding seats.Note: Some of the best Falafel I tried in my life. Highly recommended place.

This indeed us my favorite Mediterranean in the valley. Food is really amazing. Portion size is huge as well. So food quantity and quality is indeed beyond “value for money”. Owner doesn’t provide extra hot sauce for free, so for those who love extra spicy, prepare to spend $1-$2 extra. Not a big bummer, but in today’s time when sauces are mostly free everywhere, this kinda feels bummer. I will still rate it 5/5 because the quality and quantity is just mind blowing. Truck is hygienic and has nice sitting area.

Absolutely, hands down, the Best Mediterranean food that has ever touched this tummy. Made fresh after you order so you will have to wait (not long) for it but its More than worth it! I highly recommend it! Amir is an amazing host/cook!

This food truck has the best falafel hands down. I think their chicken is a bit dry, but their beef gyro is quite good. The serving sizes are large and the prices are very reasonable, making this place an excellent value. I will be back to try their other dishes in the future. Service can be a bit slow some times since it’s only one guy but the food is always worth the wait.

I did not expect to find the best Falafel of not only Redwood city but entire bay area here so this was a pleasant surprise. I tried falafel and chicken platter first and everything was so insanely good I returned the next day to order chicken tikka masala. The falafels are super flavorful, moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The chickens are very juicy and sauces are delicious.Need to say all the food are absolutely amazing, and the price is also very very reasonable, and the owner is incredibly nice.Overall a solid 10/10, you NEED to try this.

It’s ALWAYS incredible! We typically get at least one of the NYC Chicken and Beef combo and it’s always bursting with the most delicious flavors. As always, Amir is delightful and he has once again been playing with new recipes so we have to go back soon to try his meatballs and various Shakshukas. Always order the falafels. Always. Crispy on the outside, light fluffy and full of delicious flavor on the inside. We stopped comparing other Mediterranean spots to Amir. He’s in a league of his own.
