Pretty disappointed! Going in, I thought I was getting Guangzhou style rice rolls but it’s not. The congee doesn’t even have any flavor! I order C5 pork blood congee, R11 Dough Stick rice roll, and R5 Pork& Beef rice roll. Out of my whole order, the only thing that taste good was the soy sauce. Extremely unsatisfied! The lady was nice tho.

Rice noodles are more like 河粉 (the one use for soup noodle). 3 styles beef tripes taste okay. Price is steep for what you get. Mainland China style, not Cantonese (Hong Kong) taste

I usually go to the San Gabriel location but was in the area and tried out their new spot! Food and quality is just as good here. My go-to is the pork congee and beef and shrimp Chang fen.

The food is good. The one of dishes have weird smelling. I ate with my friend, we both diarrhea next day.

Not a lot of place make liver n kidney rice noodle roll. They do. Congee is good too thick and cook by order, from the color youll know its freshly boil.may try

Yin Ji Chang Fen is a below average restaurant. I had lunch there today. The dining room was a mess. Half of the front area looked like a storage room. The row of booths on the left had dated and torn benches. They bragged themselves as Chang Fen King 腸粉王. They did not even wrap the Chang Fen property. Food quality was below average. Yet, they were more expensive than many better restaurants in the area. They used microwave to reheat food. They were creative. The bowl for congee was half of a small take out white foam box. I will not visit them again.

Fish ball taste weird….. congee and sticky rice wrap have no flavor….. definitely not hk style…….Not recommended.

The servers are very friendly and always smiling, and Im extremely happy to tip for 3 seconds of “service”.

The worst food ever had. Give me the wrong item with bad attitude! Avoid this shop!
