Farmhouse at Rogers Gardens in Corona Del Mar

Food, service and atmosphere were all amazing!The scallop, mushrooms and shrimp dish was AMAZING! But honestly every single dish we had tasted amazing. Super fresh and flavorful.Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our entire experience at Farmhouse. Highly recommend!

Imagine terrific food and service in a beautiful setting amid acres of colorful and beautifully arranged flowers and plants and you’ve got the Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens. We had no idea that such a restaurant existed until our friends took us there for lunch when we were visiting. What a unique dining experience!My wife was especially pleased with their perfectly prepared PEI mussels, steamed in white wine, butter, and herbs with the unique addition of bread crumbs in the broth. The mussels were on the menu under “small plates” but the dish was enough for a meal, especially with the addition of four large slices of thick toasted garlic bread.I loved my grilled albacore tuna sandwich, seared ruby rare and topped with arugula, ginger, and red onions on a sweet Hawaiian bun. The generous cut of fish was served with fried sweet potatoes which were crisp on the outside and moist inside. I also enjoyed their market salad, a large plate of fresh mixed greens, lightly dressed with balsamic vinaigrette, with a tasty combination of diced peaches, cherry tomatoes, radishes and pickled blueberries.Our server was friendly, professional and attentive and made us feel welcome.The Farmhouse opened within the Rogers Gardens nursery in 2016 as a sustainable open-air restaurant featuring innovative farm-to-table cuisine. The nursery was first established over 50 years ago and remains a family-owned business. As far as we’re concerned, The Farmhouse is a destination restaurant so we’ll definitely return whenever we can.

It’s a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful place to visit!!! Especially for plant lovers!!!I visited the place for the first time just a few weeks ago and I instantly in love with the place! All the beautiful Christmas decor that they are selling at the store are sure to leave you wanting to spend some money on the secure decor and leave you with decoration inspiration!!Back of the store is a restaurant that too is beautifully decorated. I didn’t get a chance to visit the restaurant this time but I plan on visiting it at some point.Their plant shop is well stocked and heaven for plant lovers.

This restaurant was wonderful from atmosphere to a nice menu with daily menu offerings of farm fresh ingredients. Definitely make a reservation as this is a busy place. It is located within Roger’s Garden which is the most expansive place to walk through before or after your meal to enjoy the plants, holiday items, etc.. Staff were all attentive and cordial.

This place is absolutely beautiful! So many flowers and plants to pick from. Cute Halloween boutique. The restaurant is always busy so best to make reservations. If you try to walk in for bar seating they suggest you stand around and wait.

Rogers Gardens is a beautiful venue and their restaurant, The Farmhouse, is a treasure for Orange County. It is incredibly popular and almost always requires a reservation, but it is worth the wait.Their pizza of the day is the standout dish and is worth a trip and a reservation by itself. The rest of the menu is beautiful as well and you can’t really go wrong.The ability to walk around the gardens after your meal is a huge plus as well.

OMG! Im still dreaming about the chicken I had. The most delicious moist seasoned chicken with crispy skin in every bite! This was the best rotisserie chicken I have had from a restaurant in a long time. The atmosphere is garden like with excellent service. Bathrooms on premises and free parking. Reservations required. Wheelchair accessibility throughout the restaurant and garden.Menu: It is mostly fishAfter we ate, we walked the garden to buy a couple of plants.Con: My elderly mother needed a chair to sit down. The bar area had a couple of vacant seats, and the entrance seating was taken. I asked the host if I could borrow the chair, and she told me she was sorry there were no vacant seats. As I stood there for ten minutes, no one occupied the other seats. I asked to speak to the manager about the matter, and he apologized.

Super beautiful place, great vibe in the green and under the umbrella, water splashing, blue sky, “the girl from Ipanema” plays in the background… what more do I need … the steak was great …It’s my first time dining at the farmhouse but I have already fallen in love with it since the first visit at Roger’s garden.Staff is super nice

It was a wonderful afternoon. Great cocktails. Awesome menu, Their wine list is not too shabby either. Staff is absolutely awesome. Cant wait for my next eat over.

Wow, fantastic aerive and delicious food. They said the menunchnagea seasonally, we had pork loin for our main meal and it was perfect!We started with soup and a salad that we shared and they even split to separate bowls and plates. Fantastic service and friendly servers, highly recommend reservations as they are packed most of the time.
