Venice outpost of popular fat sandwich and burger shop. Came here post-Venice Run Club with a friend and we left fully satiated. You order at the counter and pay, and then you can seat yourself. There’s open air indoor as well as fully outdoor seating. There’s a soda machine that dispenses water and there’s also two single occupant restrooms that have coded key locks. Credit cards accepted.I had the fat hot chick and my friend had the new sandwich that wasn’t on the regular menu yet. We traded halves and so got to try both. We also split an order of fries, although note that you can ask upgrade to a combo which includes fries and a drink. They have heavy milkshakes as well. The sandwiches are really filling and we had my other half the following day for lunch. It kept relatively well.

Cool looking interior and very clean. I got Fat Taxes which was big and juicy. And I paid $21 after taxes for this. Like come on guys - no sandwich costs that much anywhere. And when I ask for 2 fat sauces they charged me $2 lol. So total $23 for a sandwich. Staff was zombie like with no welcoming attitude. The music was above comfort level which means pretty loud.

As soon as I walked in I felt at home, they had the bomb playlist and also had amazing customer service as well I had a great conversation with Donald I recommend this place to anybody. They need to open more locations and I hope they make it to the Midwest as well real soon!!!!!✨♾️💪🏾😎 Ordered the Fat Jerry and Philly cheesesteak fries and both were delicious. Highly recommended!

Had big hopes for the place,ordered a sandwich/cheese fries/ and milk shakeSandwich: We got the fat jerry it was good, but for $18 it wasn’t WOWCheese fries: We’re straight mid, mcdonald’s has better fries and the cheese was literally dried on top. $9 wasted on thatShake: #3 it was good but jacknin the box oreo shake is beyond betteri was disappointed in this place, food looked better online.wouldn’t recommend it to others

Went there for lunch and it was more incredible than I could have even imagine. The young lady working the counter was super sweet and helpful, while also prompt and professional. The menu is expansive and intriguing. Everything sounded so good. I ended up getting the fat Buffalo and coffee and donut fat shake and oh my goodness, it was delicious. Very large generous portions, I was not disappointed at all! Would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for some food that isn’t just a regular burger!

The food was very delicious! I feel depressed afterwards though. It makes me want to go on a strict diet. This will be my first and last time unless I experience a relationship breakup. I’ll be back to devour the food to help me feel good for a few minutes, but feel depressed again afterwards.

First-time visitor. My son and I were famished after surfing on the south side of the pier, we decided to walk over to Fat Sals, sit down, and enjoy a meal. We truly enjoyed our Philly cheesesteak and chicken sub. We left feeling happy and full from a delicious meal.

Very good food, a little expensive but highly recommended, street parking available, I just wish I could’ve fit more in the food was so good.

Amazing sandwiches, vegetarian and vegan options. Beer available. Great music too.
