It feels like Im eating my moms cooking. What else can I say. The chef comes to your table and asks if there is anything else she can help you with. She makes all the tortillas, soups and the deserts every morning!It really is like your grandma making you food. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!PoGo players, there is a gym reachable from the restaurant. Worth coming here.

Must try the ceviche! I got mixed fish & shrimp, we’ve been looking for a good ceviche in town our favorite spot is 3 hours away in San Diego. But this is a close second!!!

Good and fast service. The food was great with a lot of flavor. Would highly recommend others to give it a try, I will definitely be returning. The prices are great as well! Especially compared to other similar restaurants I have tried before.

It was a sleepy Thursday night along the railroad bike trail when our group of 13 walked in to Figueroas, where one waitress calls the other mom and they treated us like the only people in the restaurant. Then... The food was outstanding! I had a birria taco and the Plato Carnitas, each bursting with their own aromatic flavor and a touch of spice. No alcohol here, but not complaining

Very good local restaurant. Would much rather support local businesses than pay for fast food. Much go-to is usually the chicken burrito, always flavorful. The staff is always nice and polite, give this place a try.

Menudo was very delicious, we ordered a small bowl for $10,50 & it was small for the price but Im very happy with the quality. Next time I will get the big bowl I know it is definitely worth the price. For dessert I ordered The flan & it was very delicious . I shall return & recommend this place to those looking for a good bowl of menudo & flan . The salsas they put on the table with the chips is very authentic & a nice variety of flavors.

Amazing and when I say that its legit, The food is amazing just like my grandmothers cooking the Guadalajara Mexico style. The food is fresh and nothing like these big restaurant chains here in the A.V. no one could ever match this cooking. The menudo was clean and delicious, the birria is so meaty with no fat, I mean I can keep going but Id rather yall go check it out and Thank me later. Gracias por su Rica comida.

It’s a hole in the wall restaurant. When you walk in they greet you like family. Homemade food and great customer service. I recommend the chiliques and the pastor tacos. The waitress was so nice and she even made my daughter a plate that wasn’t on the menu. Definitely coming back! Want homemade come down you won’t regret it.

Never been at this restaurant before and thought on venturing on what it would offer. First time there had Menudo and it was good. Had Birria tacos and that was great. Second time back had quesabirria (birria quesadillas) and they were great too. The chef there dies it all. Shes cooking and serving but gets your order right every time and is very pleasant to speak with. This is a favorite for local sheriff and fire department. Both times Ive been there theyve come in and picked up an order. Place doesnt look like much from the inside or out, but it has good food.

Had a hankering for nachos. Found this place through Google. I like to try family owned restaurants as opposed to chains. Figueroas did not disappoint. Nachos were on point. Guacamole was made to order. Husband had a chicken taco and carnitas mulitas. Both were crafted with handmade fresh tortillas. Superior!! The owner chef treated as to a slice of raspberry cheesecake. Whos going to say no to that. Oh! And another thing. I asked about Agua frescas and got a strawberry one. Also, freshly made. This place is awesome! Dont miss it. Give it a try! A+ Prices more than reasonable.

Very happily surprised! Was looking for albóndigas (only made Monday-Thursday) but ended up trying the wet burrito w/red sauce and carne asada fries. Great red sauce!! Very nice carne asada fries! Very affordable prices and very kind service. Great find. 👌🏽

Excellent restaurant - probably my favorite place in the AV for lunch. Very kind owners and the food always feels like it is prepared with love. Everything I have tried is good but I especially recommend the tortas and birria.

Me and my boyfriend went here for the first time. We didn’t even know this place existed ! But I’m so glad we tried this cute small business. You guys have to try it. Legit Mexican food. The Birria Quesadilla is top-notch. The tacos and menudo are good. The tortillas are hand-made and delicious. When you eat there, the owner takes cares of. Oh, and the coffee is fire! I highly recommend. The pricing is cheap compared to similar Mexican restaurants.

We love coming here! This is real Mexican Food. Doña Mary is the best cook ever. She was the owner of Guadalara Grill here in Palmdale,Ca, and now she opened to another place which is Figueroas Mexican Grill. We followed her where she moved, because her good is delicious. We feel welcome everytime we come, it is like being around family. Plus they have their own private parking lot👌👌👌

Came here first time after viewing their website and thought to give them a try... Had a Carne Asada burrito 🌯 that looked more like a rectangular shape overstuff quesadilla.. only thing was there wasn’t enough queso to be a “quesadilla “ I’ve never had a burrito “folded-” like that.shouldn’t it be more rolled.. the carne was ok could have been grilled a bit more... taste more like you would eat it como papas y carne dish... not that typical carne asada a la parilla taste- if you know what I mean... anyway rice and beans inside the burrito was good... I had also ordered taco de barbacoa... and well.... that was disappointing... donde está la barbacoa? Unos cuántas tiritas de carne ... and the taste it was ok... not something I would order again... the salsas that were provided could be served in a bigger packaging... little serving of those and for the burrito size you get you need about 4 or 5 of those to get that “kick”Habanero salsa was good- solo quita las rajás de cebollas... (Im sure someone will like that way)I will come again just to try the menudo and perhaps when we can sit in a dine ... I may try the enchiladas & perhaps have a better experience...

Hello, we went with my husband looking for something quiet and the atmosphere was good, only we were there. We ordered birria and my husband ordered menudo. The portions were small and I didnt like the menudo and the birria very much. They were oversalted, the chips were stiff, the birria was not crisp It was dry and it looked more like just lint. We asked for a drink, only one was orchata, that was delicious, but I think they charged me a lot for only two plates of food and a drink. I paid almost $40, I dont know about you, but I feel that it was a lot compared to other places like much more than that for that amount I owe you the photos
