Ordered the plate and it was good. You have a choice for so many parts of this dish. I opted for island rice chicken, and veggies. I ordered the fire teriyaki and peanut sauces. This was so good. I added a Hawaiian Soda too. Very good. Ill go there again

The service is good, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere, the food is NOT. The chicken was dry, the noodles were bland and flavorless, unseasoned. My girlfriend had the chicken with rice and the same deal. The rice was dry and flavorless. NOT worth the 20 we paid for both meals. The teriyaki sauce was decent, but its hard to ruin teriyaki sauce. I dont believe I will ever come here again.

The employees here are so friendly and very knowledgeable about their meue. They are very helpful if you have any restrictions or need anything to be cooked longer (like I do for my mom). Their coconut rice is so good as well, and their sauces are delicious !!

Small portions, especially the meat, even chicken that is already inexpensive, you get a bite size amount. The atmosphere and service was great, but that means almost nothing if the food is just okay tasting but the portions are ridiculous.

Food was ok but service was terrible no customer service skills employee was on her phone at the register in front of me didn’t even ask for here or to go just bagged everything to go and didn’t even give me my cup bc she was too busy texting and then looked at me as if me waiting for my cup was interrupting her just unprofessional I know these are kids but they still need to learn basic etiquette ..also place inside had nobody but several tables with left over food still not cleaned up for over 1hr even on the outside tables with food from who knows how long.

Fire Island Grill is one of my favorite places to eat in the Antelope Valley. I have tried a couple of their salads, rice bowls (chicken and steak), noodle bowls, and the tilapia sandwich. As for sauces, I have tried the peanut sauce, pineapple teriyaki sauce, and Fire Island teriyaki sauce. I have never been disappointed with a meal. The food is always fresh and delicious. Is addition, the staff is friendly and hard working. Unlike many similar establishments, they dont let tables sit uncleared and uncleaned. The prices are quite reasonable and the tea is fresh brewed and refreshing. Fire Island Grill is a casual dining establishment, with customers ordering and paying at the counter before being seated.

We had Fire Island cater our company lunch on 1/13/2023 and it was PHENOMINAL!! When I picked up the order, the staff was so professional, kind and accommodating; they even loaded the food in my car for me!! We did the build your own bowls with rice, veggies, chicken and pork with pasta salad. It was a great amount of food, fresh, healthy and delicious! Everyone enjoyed it and are looking forward to the next function we host to order again and bravo to the excellent customer service!

I LOVE this place, I only have positive things to say about it.The staff is very friendly and patient.The restaurant is very clean including the outdoor patio area. The food is amazing. Its a very healthy place to eat. My daughter and I had the chicken teriyaki bowl and she has tummy issues if she has a lot of fat in her food. She had no issues at all and enjoyed the rest of her day with out pain or other issues. E food is also very pleading to look at. Im sorry it didnt get any photos.But the food is delicious and the experience at the restaurant was very positive. Keep up the great work guys .

Great food at a good price! Perfect place to get in and out quickly on a lunch break and the food is really good (I am partial to the spicy teriyaki sauce). Portions are not overly generous but not skimpy either, although I do wish you got more sauce with the food. Overall I have not had a bad experience here, one of the best lunch spots in Palmdale

I ordered the pork platter with the island noodles and veggies. I got the spicy sauce which had a good amount of flavor! The pork was tender and everything was tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the macaroni salad. It was really good! The service was pretty good too. And the prices were fair for the portions. If youre in the AV, check this place out.

Food and Staff are great!Eating at the patio, outdoor, during windy and cold afternoon, without a working heater is another story if you dont have tolerance to cold.We had to eat fast before it got too cold.I recommend to just order and have your food to-go.Lots of options when it comes to food and reminds me of eating in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii.Prices are reasonably affordable.

Food is great. Blazing chicken Caesar salad, bowls and steak sandwich are our favorites and it has been a go to place for us. For a little while during the pandemic their customer service slipped but that appears to have been taken care of as our most recent visit was back to the way we remember it: great food and nice people. Definitely recommend going here.

Well it was Fire! I had the chicken Ranch salad and added steak. The meat was cooked nicely with the right amount of seasoning. The lettus was fresh as well as the onions and bellpeppers. There was a steak sauce that really added alot of flavor to the dish. I did modify the salad but I will definitely be back. Great keto option here.

Give this Fire Island a miss. Hands down, the absolute WORST customer service I have ever had. Joel and the manager were incredibly rude. As we were walking out, Joel rudely made a comment about my children. How does a place stay in business when you talk down to an adult and treat customers the way you do? This is the second experience in just a few months that we have had awful customer service. We have been coming here since they opened and this place has gone downhill fast. You have lost loyal customers. You should rethink your staff.

Its unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have been coming here almost weekly since it opened its doors. Today I was not only discriminated against by the young man at the counter, but he proceeded to talk negatively about me in Spanish to his associate. I have a medical condition and feel these two employees need to be retrained immediately or replaced!After I paid for my food I said, Thank you, have a good day. This is my moms favorite place. I love their noodles and grilled viggies, pulled pork sandwiches are amazing! First time i tried them i went back and bought another to take with me. This place donates free kids meals to my kids school. I read the two bad reviews and i feel really bad that they had such a terrible experience here. I love this place and go all the time. Kids eat free on sunday.

Loved all the healthy and vegetarian options. I got the chicken ranch salad with tofu instead of chicken. It was very satisfying and delicious. My husband got the rice bowl with coconut rice, vegetables and chicken. With the bowls you can customize type of rice or noodles, protein and sauces. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to get the salads because they have great salad; but the service is horrible. Very disappointed. The menu looked delicious but my salad had so much dressing on it it was a soggy mess. The thing I disliked the most about this restaurant is the cleanliness and lazy employees. There was no one in the restaurant but every table was dirty. I went into the bathroom to get a paper towel to wipe a table down and they were out. There was one employee kicked back in one of the booths with her feet up playing on her phone the whole time we were there. Never going back to Fire Island Grill again.

I have a ton of food allergies so I asked what the veggies were and THE MOMENT that they realized that I was concerned about allergies they JUMPED on finding out what veggies I could eat and went out of their way to prepare them separately for me. Usually I get eye rolls and sighs at most places. The staff here werent just being friendly, they were looking for the opportunity to go the extra mile. And the food was very tasty, very healthy. Between that and the good mood they put me in I was set for the day. My job takes me to Palmdale about twice a week so I hope I will be eating there often in the future.

Im from Hawaii, the kalua pork is dry and so is the rice. You cant call it your twist on Hawaiian food when it doesnt even taste like it or even come close. Its the worst attempt at Hawaiian food. The food is nasty. If you truly want a better experience take the drive and go to L&L BBQ in Valencia. This place is a huge disappointment dont waste your money.

Ordered the grilled steak sandwich. It was cold. The steak was cut up into small bits that kept falling out of the sanwich. Had to use a fork to eat it. Came with only 1 side dish. You place your order at the cooking station and pay. We ordered both a Fire Island Bowl and the Mango-Passion Chicken Salad. We both enjoyed our food. I was pleasantly surprised at the Bowls flavor. As someone with over 20 years in the foodservice industry, I try lots of places and have an abundance of understanding for equipment failure and labor shortages. This place was fully staffed (3 people behind a 10 sandwich counter. The tilapia was burned because the manager cooking it walked away from it while it was cooking. The lettuce was white, brown and yellow with some green. The good parts of the lettuce were bitter. The cole slaw had a mayo-type dressing, but was brownish in color and had a smoky flavor for some reason. All-in-all a big NO on this place. This was a waste of my 30 min. lunch break. Steer clear at all costs.

This is a cafeteria style restaurant. Stand in line until it is your turn. They can only help one person at a time. Then order down the line: rice or noodles, type of meat, vegetables, etc until you get to the cash register at the end. Then you find a place to sit. I am not thrilled with the cafeteria style, but the food is great. I usually get the steak for the meat. I like the sauces they use. Teriyaki, Fire Island etc. Anyway, this place is definitely worth trying.

Having just returned from Kauai we decided to visit Fire Island Grill. The food was tasty, but my husbands steak and chicken rice bowl was cold. My rice bowl was warmer as I ordered the veggies and spicy shrimp which they heat after you order. There were several types of rice for the bowls, several types of protein and also sauces. My Fire Island Spicy was just that. My husband had the pineapple terriaki sauce and said it was good. Was clean. TV wasnt too loud.
