I ordered a 20 piece of bone in wings. When I got home and opened the box I saw they had given me boneless wings. I called that night but they didn’t answer, it was around closing time so I figured I’ll call the next morning. I spoke with an employee and explained the situation and asked for either a refund or a replacement. She said she spoke with the manager and I got what I ordered and there’s nothing they can do for me. She was adamant I ordered the boneless. She didn’t take my order and I took a pic of my wrong order as soon as I got home to prove it wasn’t Bone in. I understand the employee maybe misheard me and taken my order incorrectly by accident. I never get my receipts so I didn’t realize they had taken my order incorrectly. Lost a customer for good over something as simple as replacing or giving a refund. Horrible customer service.

As much as I love their wings, I have to humble their overall rating with a 1 star review based on my most recent customer service interaction. As Im walking out, Im thinking how I wished I ordered fries. The worker comes out as Im loading my car to tell me she accidently put fries in my bag. Im like shoot, can I pay for them? She tells me no cause its someones order. So I hand it to her. Then she asks if theres another order of fries. Im checking the containers and it breaks open. Again, I offered to pay for it and she says she cant give away someone elses order and Id have to place a new order. First of all, she already made the mistake of giving someone else the order, second, the fries were coming out as I checked them which meant i touchem them. I said youre giving these to them? Thats just wrong. She went back in and placed them in their bag. I wouldve expected a restaurant to remake that order.

This particular one is always fresh and delicious. Service is great and kind. Ambience is nice. Food is delicious. I have the jamaican jerk and gatlic parmesean boneless. I have also tried garlic parmesean bone in, lemon pepper and salt & pepper. My husband had the thai chilli boneless

Was randomly craving wings but when I walked into this place, the entire restaurant smelled like feces and when I asked the cashier about it, she acted as if she didn’t notice anything, which should have been a red flag. But I thought maybe it’s a plumbing issue in the restroom. Maybe the food is good even if the air stinks. Then in my car, I took a small hesitant bite of the lemon pepper wing and almost vomited. It’s not just a smell, I believe this place is just dirty. Don’t eat it.

My husband and I tried their lemon pepper, Korean, Malaysian curry, and salt and pepper wings. We love how deliciously crunchy and flavorful they still are the next day after frying them in the air fryer!

The food was actually good, until it came out through extreme vomiting and diarrhea. A year ago my boyfriend got food poisoning here and I ate here a couple days ago and got food poisoning, forgetting about his experience, so bad I almost had to go to the hospital! Could not stand up without vomiting for two days. I will be contacting the citys health department to inspect the food used as it is obviously not safe for consumption! Absolute worst I have ever felt after a meal, and probably the worst Ive ever felt in my life! Do not eat here unless wings are worth the food poisoning for you...

I went right before closing time and the staff served me. The food came out fresh and looks amazing. Thank you so much. Although customer service seems like a dying skill in 2023, the staff at the Vacaville location on Helen Power Dr went the extra mile. Definitely made my day. The staff on the night of 13 June, 👍👍.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I went in tonight and ordered two meals. It was pretty pricey and we still tipped the cashier. We told her what we wanted and she took our order, we told her we didn’t need a receipt, wrong. She made a mistake on my husbands order and my husband asked if they could fix them and she said it wasn’t their problem bc she “repeated” the order and we didn’t say anything so if we want the order fixed we need to pay for a new order??? I’ve never heard a policy like that in my life. This is so ridiculous and sad. Of all days too, you ruin our valentines dinner. Sadly, they’ll be loosing a lot of customers. My husband and his co workers go there a lot and none of them nor us will be returning again. The workers and managers should be ashamed of this establishment and the way they run it. Do better.

Fast clean and friendly service the chicken tender sandwiches are the best the Nashville you can get levels of hotness but for some reason the level 3 is hotter than the level 4 witch is the hottest you can get but otherwise they are well worth the money!
