First time eating here and I ordered the house special beef brisket rice noodles ($9.99) for take out. The portion was pretty big and lots of noodles and meat. And the soup tasted good, but a bit salty. The takeout container was also very cool. It was very worth the price and will be coming back again.

Best noodle place within 10 miles. It’s strange this place doesn’t have more stars because it is very good. I suspect the lower ratings are from takeout orders. Because you’re supposed to eat a lot of these traditional dishes fresh.Great authentic flavors, huge portions, and airy seating ambience. Noodles are handmade, and the menu was uniformly good. I actually recommend against the dandan main simple because their other dishes are so good and unique.We got the lamb skewers, 3 types of noodles, and some sides. The broth is incredible. Must try.

Got takeout here for the first time. Was a 15 minute wait. They just opened so I was the first customer for the day. The portions are pretty generous for this price ($9.99 for a bowl of House Special Beef Brisket Rice Noodle). There are several large pieces of beef but I wouldve loved more bok choy. The soup tastes and smells delicious but a little on the saltier side. I would still come back to eat here though.

9.99 Snail noodle soup is full of pickled veg, delicious soup and rice noodle. Also a huge portion! Had to share with my partner since it was so much food. Definitely a gem!

The guy that was serving us never offered a drink of any kind and remained playing on his phone at the cash register during my whole dining experience. Then as I was paying he demanded a tip…for what?

The food was tasty, and every dish had distinct and strong taste. I enjoyed the noodles we had, as well as the side dishes, like the cucumber salad. The service was also great. Friendly and attentive staff.

Looks like a new restaurant, as someone who has lived in China my whole life, the Guilin rice noodle brought back a lot of old memory, very authentic flavor, really enjoyed it! Luosifen is awesome, it would have been perfect if it’s a little more spicy! Overall a clean friendly place, served great foods, perfect for a quick bite

A few days we went to get some spicy porkchop ribs and a dish with tofu and fish and hot spices, it was like a big giant stew. We enjoyed it, especially when they have a warm cooker in front of the table tl make it extra hot. 5 starts noodles is 5 stars!!

I just ordered a bowl of dry Guilin rice noodles at the restaurant, without adding chili sauce or sour beetroot. Bland and tasteless. I tipped 18% on the spot when I swiped my card. Unexpectedly, on the third day after I returned home, I saw the consumption record on my bank card. The guy at the front desk forced me to charge a 20% tip. It was outrageous and unethical. I was greedy for such a small amount of money. . Everyone must be careful when consuming.

I ordered 2 servings of the signature Guilin rice noodles, one dry and one soup. Personally, I feel that the taste seems very light. The soup Guilin rice noodles is to pour the accompanying soup into the rice noodle bowl 🥲The taste seems to be relatively ordinary, but the rice noodle is still delicious There are quite a lot, there are round noodles and flat noodles to choose from, and the dining environment is not bad. But the taste is mediocre 😂

Its delicious. I will eat it again next time. The sour bamboo shoots and capers are very sour and appetizing. For us Nanning people, Laoyou fried noodles are also quite authentic. Next time, I will try Laoyou soup noodles

It was so unpalatable, no wonder there were so few people. I have been thinking about it for a long time, which is disappointing, and I will not go again. It is said to be the signature snail noodles, but it turned out to be nothing but salty. I really want to ask the chef if he would eat what he made?Its very disappointing and Ill never go again. The so called signature dish was disgusting and super salty. Bad and expensive.

Only halfway through eating did I remember to add the seasoning for the rice noodles. It doesnt taste as good as the kind you buy in the supermarket. Its very rude to rush to clear the table before the guests leave! You don’t even understand the most basic etiquette! Wont go again
