I come here for lunch every other day and I order a chicken white rice broccoli only Bowl I got all the way home and I live right by the Tyler Mall but I choose this location cuz I never had a problem with my order before I came here today and they literally gave me white rice and broccoli no chicken I paid $8 I had to travel all the way back pay an additional $6.75 for a side of chicken which told them to 15 dollars their original chicken bowl is just 1099 they refused to refund me and they just wanted to give me the chicken on the side and they expected me to pay for it to correct the issue the girl said she just didnt hear me give her a protein..Just lost a loyal customer

This place is in a very convenient location and I have enjoyed how easy it is to stop in and grab something. However, the customer service and the cleanliness of the sitting area has always been mediocre. Today I ordered a tofu bowl and there was pieces of chicken in the bowl that I bit into while eating. I guess the tofu is cooked with the chicken. I can’t eat meat because it makes me sick. Sometimes even things cooked in proximity to meat upset my stomach. I thought this location had cooked the tofu separately, as I have not gotten sick here before. I I’ve lost my appetite for this bowl and I will have to stop going to this location and probably won’t be going to flame broiler for a while now.

Great prices for great portions. Never have been let down by this flame broiler. For the price the amount you get will keep you coming back. Vegetables arent bad and always taste fresh as they can be . They differently dont short you on what you pay for.

Love this place. I can eat healthy without skimping on taste. I get the mini bowl, but I ask them to cook my veggies well done, cuz I dont like raw broccoli. Best part? The sauce!!

This is my go to spot for Flame Broiler when Im at work - The cashier lady (who I believe is the owner) is always very nice. She makes her own house chili which is pretty darn cool (and the taste is amazing). I have never had issues here.

I come here often but I’m a stop coming because apparently they are only giving out one container of jalapeños per order. There’s three pieces of jalapeño in each container, and I can’t eat this chicken bowl without jalapeños.Management please note.

Went a couple weeks ago and used to go often but last time had such a horrible experience. my son wanted to get food so we stopped by and apparently the payment machine sometimes has problems with certain cards. the guy said its not taking your card its saying ap due, I asked what that meant and he says I dont know but its not taking it, ended up at Carls Jr next door card was fine, called my bank and the charge had gone through with flame broiler. bank tells me to call them because its sounds fishy said I should be careful with them. had to talk to Linda the owner and she told me to wait a week for the refund, she said the machine sometimes acts up. I will not be returning. they lost another customer.

Terrible, I got there, 5 minutes later, 2 more customers come and got there food, still waited, finally got my food and got it wrong, lady taking my order clearly is incompetent of taking a simple order of just rice and chicken only, instead added veg. And onions... If she was confused she can ask me again... Nope... Plus like everyone else said, no bathroom, hole in the wall, looked in the back, very dirty. Never coming back

Faster than most Flame Broilers, I have been to.Usually in and out in 5 minutes at noon time.Currently serving avocado for limited time.Hope there is enough people ordering avocado, so it stays on the menu.

Ive eaten at other flame broilers this place is shabby compared to them. Its a little pricey but the food is definitely great as always. I got the white chicken bowl. Tasted great!

Im a big fan of the fkame broiler, and since I travel to various locations for work, Ive been to many different flame broiler locations. This location, compared to others is not so great. The food was good but the portion was much less than other locations.
