Love the chicken bowl but they seem to give very small amount of chicken compared to other flame broilers. As you can see in the pic it doesnt even reach the top!

For some reason this place either closes earlier than the posted time or theyre just not open. Hoours may be posted but they often close earlier. Not reliable.

This store should be inspected by corporate. Ordered half and half and nothing was edible. Rice was hard and dry. Chicken was hard as a rock and beef couldn’t even chew on it. Waste of money or food that was not edible.

Getting an extra sauce is like pulling teeth and guy gives serious attitude over it. Not like all Flame Broilers used to have sauce pumps or anything. Ill spend the time to drive to another location. Not going back. I dont need to be given attitude over asking for an extra sauce. Thats insane.

Idk what people are talking about, I really enjoyed the food. Chicken was tasty and rice was good. Definitely one of the better flame broilers. Yes the owner is a little cold, but that is his culture I guess.

The dining area is dirty but the service I have received is great- Andres and Zach always remember my order! They are always smiling and have wonderful attitudes! One star each and one star to the location! In the middle of all my clients on the surrounding area, so a quick bite before massaging is great!

Love the food, I go at least weekly, however, I will not return . Hard to believe, but the OWNER took my order and could not have been more impolite, in fact, was down right rude. As I got to the counter, he did not speak, I politely placed my 1 item order, he did not say a word, just glared at me, did not ask me if I would like a drink, did not thank me for my business, and was cold as ice. I have never been treated like this at a fast food business!!!

I love flame. But location is very cheap with there products. Chicken very dry. And the sauces and hot sauces are half filled cups plus gave attitude when asked for more hot sauces. Last time im going there.

It was my first time to try Flame Broiler. I ordered a half-half bowl with vegetable and white rice. The price was reasonable, but the meat were dry and the rice did not taste fresh.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not because of the food but the man in charge or whom ever he is he is rude and cheap. I asked for three sauces and he gave me so much attitude and said I can only give you two because of some “new” policy! just so much unnecessary attitude.

I hate to compare 1 to 1 but theres a Waba Grill right down the street that makes a better sauce in my opinion. I didnt like that I had to use a pump and fill individual cups of the sauce only to find out it was a little old tasting. Waba Grill has individual packets that stay fresh. If Flame Broiler used the same method I would give them a better score but for now, waiting in line behind a guy making ten individual cups and letting my food get cold will send me to Waba Grill every time.

I asked for extra sauce because without It it’s way too dry. Instead of extra sauce they gave me 3 half filled tiny cups and 2 not even half filled hot sauce cups. Will be taking my business to waba down the street next time.

Very good food and you get it quickly...we go by this location almost every day so its nice to have a place that serves healthy and tasty meals when were too tired to cook!

I have gone to other flame broilers but this one is worse, the meat is over cooked and dry and no taste, small portions with expensive price . Costumers service is very poor and they do not know how to handle money, they needs a lot of improvement before I go back there again.
