To be honest, I didnt actually eat the food because I was picking up a meal for a friend. I just wanted to leave a review because the employees were SO NICE and helpful. The service was fast and the food looked delicious and fresh. I asked for a side of avocado and they peeled a fresh one in front of me!

This place is great. As soon as you walk in you are greeted. Food was done fast and was delicious. I recommend this place. Plenty of seating

The girl at the register lacks customer service, looked very bored. When I asked for sauce she just pointed as she walked away, not a single word. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Although this chain in growing in numbers, this location is great! I went at the peak of lunch hour and the lineup wasn’t too bad. Got my food in 8 minutes. This franchise is large and there’s plenty of room to sit.

The food was good the place is clean. The cashier was a little awkward but thats to be expected free kid holding down his first job I suppose. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes from the moment we ordered the moment we got back in the car. I do recommend this Flame Broiler. But me my wife and kids just love teriyaki balls like that so check it out anyways.:-)

Would be give 5 but girl’s customer service is horrible. She might as well have tossed my bowl in my direction I can tell It’s not a bad day bc I have been here a couple of times and it’s always the same poor attitude.

Flame Broiler is the healthiest option for food out here. Love the clean chicken and beef and the rice is always perfectly steamed. Cheap and healthy is everything you could ask for in a fast food restaurant

Never going back to this location at all.got a plate chiken well done .and wat i got wat old chicken and cold.called right away they couldnt help me.i ask for the manager they said call tomorrow ask for Rudy so i did.talk to him .he didnt belive me.still have the plate. With me.didnt even touched it.....oh well NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

I visit many flame broilers weekly for my lunch, not going back here. Smallest portion of chicken Ive ever been served, has happened more than 3 times at this location.

Worst Flame Broiler I have ever been. They charge 70 cents more because I want no rice and 75 cents more because I only want broccoli. Way to make business there. Will never come here again.

The worse Flame Broiler in the area. The young hispanic woman who worked up front on 12/12 @2 PM is a loser. Send her back Santa Ana or Anaheim, Orange doesnt need that clown. I hope the she comes across the wrong one and she finds out.
