The food was great and fresh, i was served fast, and the manager Liz suggested the wings, which were great!.I will definitely come back and bring my friends to try the charbroiled wings with the magic sauce,

This Place is garbage it’s like they do half bowls, light rice. It’s the closest to me and I eat here almost everyday but they need to step it up…

Chicken is great, sauce and rice too, but this is the second time they have not added veggies to my order even though it was on the receipt, not a big deal but just makes it a 4/5 instead of a 5

It is amazing how people do not appreciate having a job nowadays. Customer service has lost any meaning is this economy. Yes, the cashier absolutely does not deserve to be employed, maybe shell do better moping the floors, but not having customer interaction. Very disappointing. They are not doing anybody a favor, by patronizing their business they are receiving a pay. They need not to forget that.

Woman on register is disgustingly rude - I eat here every day and I won’t be back after todays experience. Shocked and frankly grossed out by her hygiene and general cleanliness. Let alone the attitude. Done! Strongly suggest you find another flame broiler because this one is not it

Guy at the register was really rude to us and couldn’t “understand” our order... I think he was the owner. Learn how to communicate and not give attitude to your customers. I also gave it a one star because the food was completely cold and had no taste, looked old. Stay away from this place. There is a reason why they give you smaller portions than the other flame broilers because they are looking to make more profit at your expense especially around times like these.. unacceptable!

Probably the worst Flame Broiler Ive been to. Customer service cold and short, and speaking of cold my rice was not fully cooked and my chicken tasted a bit tangy. Lets hope I dont get sick 🙏.

Order a combo plate. And the entire plate in rice with the littlest bit of chicken!!. Such a rip off.

The cashier (with the lip piercing) was extremely short with me and rude. Manager nowhere in sight. I was appalled by her rudeness. All the customers said please and thank you and not one your welcome or smile or even acknowledgement from her. Ew!

Off all the flame broilers around this place gives you the smallest portions. chicken bowl and chicken plate exact same amout of chicken pieces. counted them myself. 2 other customers returned the food for small portions

I got food with mold on the cabbage for the second day in a row. I went back to the store to get my money back and the owner acted like if i had insulted him. Im the one getting MOLDY FOOD FOR THE SECOND DAY in a row. WTH!!!

I dont recommend it, bad service, terrible service, they charge you for the order but they give you what they want, for example, my order was regular and they gave me mini boll and when I complained, they still charged me two dollars more, meaning my order came out at 9.80 and .25 cents for an extra magic sauce the Chinese is charging for a regular order and gives you mini boll beware at the time I was there several people complained
