Worst flame broiler in Bakersfield. The service was extremely bad. I went on Sunday 10/15/23 around 11:30 am. I didnt catch the young mans name, but he was really rude. He made remarks about charging me more for no reason. He was Loud and cursing openingly. The food was okay but overall Very poor experience. They should train their employees to have some respect for their guests. Never going back to that one again.

This is easily the best Flame Broiler in Bako. Everyone was so nice and respectful and plus the food is great. I love the chicken and white rice with magic sauce. It makes for great protein and carbs after my workouts. Overall great experience 🤙🏽

I love Flame Broiler but this location is always disappointing. I only came because it was down the street from where I was at. The vegetables and green onions look old and smushed. My plate with the chicken and beef was practically half full. I’ll take the extra drive to the California location next time.

I ate here yesterday just by chance, I was actually looking for another place when I saw flame broilers, im glad I did, the food was delicious, the Mongolin beef was absolutely wonderful, we also got a plate of the chicken which tasted like it had been in a trager, a ton of smokey flavor, me and the family will definitely be driving out here more often just for the beef, the place was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

Best Flame Broiler in town. So nice, and I dont feel bad asking for no carrots or white meat chicken (unlike some of the other locations that roll their eyes when I ask). ALSO, they handled an angry customer SO WELL! The guy did not know how to order a plate. They explained it once while they were making it and another time while he was paying. He said he understood every time! He GRABBED the plate out of their hand when they said they were waiting for beef to cook. Then, he stormed back in cursing up a storm because they was no beef and demanded a refund. The employees handled it super well, which really earned my respect. The food is delicious too!

Customer service has always been great. Food is fresh and high quality. I love the food and prices are reasonable. Establishment is very clean and tables are neatly set up and sanitized. Their salsa bar and drink area is also very clean and organized. Overall this place is 5/5 for me!

I love this place! You can only find them down South. Franchises please someone bring them up north! Its Korean based and really good! Chicken, Angus beef and tofu with brown and white rice. Service was great and did I mention great food!

I love that my food is ready when I make an online order and they call me to reassure I have the correct location. I did have an error on one of my orders I called and spoke w manager and she took of my order and I appreciate that.

The employees are so attentive and friendly! If youre a regular they not only remember your order but your name and keep friendly relationships with their customers!I always call ahead of time and when I get there my order is always hot, fresh, and ready to go. I spend no longer than 2 minutes in there and those two minutes they always bring a smile to my face.LOVE the staff :)

Order not ready when arrived. Had a 1230 pick up and arrived 10 min or so after. Some excuse that they call prior to confirm order despite ordering and paying and having a pick up time online with a screen shot of confirmation. No missed calls. I could have called it in if i wanted to. Very disappointing. I could see if there was a pay in store option and would need a confirmation to make sure but that was not the case.

We have eaten at this establishment multiple times since it opened. We have never been disappointed with our meals. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are always well staffed and maintain a very clean restaurant. The meals are freshly made with the healthiest foods, and all for a reasonable price. If you have not eaten here, then you must try it. The food is delicious. It is a limited menu,but if you dont want carrots in your veggies for example, ask them to leave them out. If you dont want the rice in your bowl,. Just do veggies and meat. There is a sauce bar so grab some of the magic sauce to add to it if you want. When I ordered it was hot and fresh. Give it a try it is a healthy alternative to eating out. Dine in or take it home. Im so glad there is a Flame Broiler closer to home for me.

This is the nicest, cleanest flame broiler in Bakersfield. The food is so fresh. The rice is always so soft and fluffy. They serve avocado too. The flavor of their meat beats the other flame broilers. The staff is super and aim to please. I recommend this place to everyone that is out to eat a clean healthy plate of food. This is our go to place.

I usually go to the flame broiler on Stockdale, but traffic was terrible so I went here. First, the chicken plate I ordered didnt have as much chicken as my usual place, and it was overcooked to boot. There were also bits of hard, burnt broccoli in the vegetables. I would rather brave the traffic than return here.

Be careful of what you order. I ordered a plate with all Brown rice and half-and-half on the meat. The store owner started up charging me $.50 because I ordered all Rice even though it shows as an option on their menu. When I questioned them, they say that’s just how it’s done. So even though I’m not getting the vegetables or the coleslaw and the orange she wanted me to pay $.50 extra for that and then charge me another dollar for extra meat which I didn’t ask for. Just wanted to regular serving of meat. so I got no credit for what I did not take such as the vegetables coleslaw and orange and got charged $.50 for all rice instead of rice and vegetables even though their menu states that is an option without any indication that there is a change in pricing for that option. Then assumed that I wanted extra meat to replace what I wasn’t getting and wanted to charge me $.50 for the beef and $.50 for the chicken ending up with $1.50 in up charges it was never explained prior to ordering. Nor does it make sense. Never asked for the extra meat and I’m not getting three items instead of the rice that I’m replacing the vegetables for.
