I ❤️ FLAME BROILER 🔥 Food is so good, it’s really healthy 👌🏻 I like chicken breast meat, tofu and Korean barbecue ribs are crazy good 😋😋 People are so nice and restaurant clean. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the food. Not so happy with the order taker man. So rude!! I always look for great customer service, not going back, order taker made me feel not so happy to be there. BYE!!

The food was great as expected. What impressed me though was the excellent customer service that I received. Karen the person behind the counter was polite and professional. I know this business and to greet someone with a genuine smile and happy attitude is not easy when she was obviously multitasking to assist several customers. Outstanding. Very impressed.

WORST SERVICE EVER. ordered food because I’m super sick - they delivered a wrong order. When I called to ask for the other part of my order I was told to come get it. I ‘m sick. That’s why i ordered delivery. Long story short, Miguel said there was nothing he could do, call corporate. Great. Attitude, an incomplete order and a blow-off. Wish I could rate lower.

Every chicken bowl Ive ordered the past few months has had atmeast 1 or 2 pieces of chewy, un-trimmed meat, and Ive found a bone more than once in my bowl also. Wont be going back until they fix the food

Employees were great. Manager is extremely rude and stingy. Every time I go there’s something that needs to be refilled and get shorted on my amount of chicken compared to other flame broilers.

There arent enough of these around. Theyre often better than the neighborhoods that they are in. I hope they can stay in business. You get very basic good things here, beef or chicken with brown rice and green onions. You dont find that by itself just anywhere.

Im a big fan of the Flame Broiler. You cant go wrong when mixing chicken, beef and rice, whether it be brown or white rice. However, now its all about timing. If you go after the lunch rush, the meats are totally fresh due to the fact that everything has just been made. A colleague and I went to the Flame Broiler on Ball Road in Anaheim just before 2pm, we had to wait a little bit for the freshly delicious meats to finish cooking, but it was worth the wait! Very fresh every time I go there. Friendly staff, clean service area, and clean/stocked condiment bar. Condiment bar area gets tight/crowded at times due to high traffic.

I don’t know if the owner is stingy but you need to hire more staff . Also the girl working today was super slow . We called through the phone to place a order before hand and she placed us on hold but never got back to us . Worst flame boiler I’ve been to and I have been to a couple !
