The food is always amazing and usually the service is great, but today Tiffany appeared to be having a bad day and was taking it out on customers by being short and rude. She did not smile or verbally greet me and her customer service skills were severely lacking. Hopefully tomorrow she’ll have a better day and treat her customers with some dignity and respect and remember that customers are literally the reason she has a job! On a side note….isn’t Magic Sauce so tasty?? I actually bought a bottle!

Always a treat! We look forward to eating here anytime were in the vicinity. Great for individuals with dairy allergies or for vegetarians. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is clean and handicap accessible. Highly recommended!

I had never heard of this place until I saw that it was opening soon by my house. I was excited to try it. Im glad I did it is so good. I get the works bowl with no rice and extra green onions. Healthy and satisfying. The portions are perfect. The sauces are awesome as well. A must try if you havent yet.

It was good food, but I was expecting Korean fare. I was confused when the only available sauces were teriyaki and a jalapeño sauce. It disappointed me when bulgogi wasnt an option.

Its a great option when you are health conscious. Ive been eating here for a few years. Ill always pick the bowl with chicken and veggies. They have different size bowls so you can fit your appetite.

Love the food here. Havent been to any location yet where the food isnt good. Ive been to this location a few times and its always been clean and the workers have been nice and polite. Ive never had a bad experience here or at any other location yet.

If you want fresh healthy food eat here. This small little eatery has lots of tables. They serve you quick by bringing it to your table. They serve rice bowls with beef, chicken and tofu, pick your choice. I ordered the mini tofu and it was delicious. Cost was around $5.49 after tax.

This very consistent, well-balanced meat, veggie, and rice bowl restaurant is one of my favorite places to go for a quick, semi-healthy lunch. If you are taking the food to go it generally takes a 5-10 minute wait because they make it fresh when you order it. Although it is a little bit more pricey than a standard fast food restaurant you can definitely taste the difference in the quality of the food.

Compared to most fast food options, The Flame Broiler offers a healthy option for those who dont have a lot of time. The very flavorful mini chicken bowl with fresh steamed vegetables, brown rice, and chives is the perfect amount of food. The service is fast and the restaurant clean. Also, the magic sauce is yummy! They even have a lunch special that makes it an awesome bargain.

The food was great, only problem is the cashier is clearly sick...coughing often & sniffling all while walking back and forth to the kitchen & handling our drink cups & food trays/bowls etcGetting people sick, particularly customers with the flu is not good for business. Will not be returning. Hope the cashier gets well soon.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly. I received my food in a quick fashion. The best part is the happy hour special where you get a mini chicken bowl and a drink for 4$ You honestly cant beat that.
