This is the remake. I asked for all white chicken with brown rice n veggies but got all black chicken instead. I live like 15 mins away but went back cuz it was legit all burned tasted like smoke. The first time they know they burned it and threw some away cuz the bowl had like super little chicken. didnt do anything about it. The 2nd time still came out some black chicken. I think Im gonna go to Chipotle now instead. The girl and the manager are nice but the chefs need to stop burning the chicken. Vegetables were super soggy from too much boiling too. Also there were no veggies and it seemed like they mixed up the veggies from the previous bowl instead of making it all over lol. I get i came late but thats unprofessional ! I come here everyday and dont expect Starbucks customer service but I dont think I will be back lolThey burned a lot of my other bowls too but this time I call it quits ....Goodbye flame broiler after 10 + years of eating it obsessivelyHello Chipotle 🌯

Food was good and the staff was friendly. It was nice and clean inside. It is on a rather busy intersection, so be careful when leaving.

Love their chicken bowls (white rice, veggies and onions). Prices seem a little high, but when I dont want typical fast food, I grab me a chicken bowl. Love their magic sauce.

The reason Im only giving 4 stars is because. They dont get my orders correct every time I come. I purchased large orders, and they always mess up 1 or 2 of them. Other than that, the food is good and fresh.

Flame broiler is always a good choice for a quick healthy meal. Theyre half beef half chicken bowl with veggies is absolutely delicious. And of course the magic sauce goes great with it. I like this location because it has a drive-thru and its quick and easy to get your food and move on with your day.

I havent been to flame broiler in a long time and decided to come and grab a bowl to go. I got the regular beef bowl a little over $11. bucks. When i got home i opened up my bowl and it was halfway full. I was so annoyed. complete rip off. Last time i go there

This is the first flame broiler I’ve seen with a drive thru. The line was pretty long and kind of jammed up the back parking lot but it was pretty cool to have one.The food is pretty good. Healthy and served quickly. My favorite is the regular chicken bowl for $6.50 with brown rice. Avocado is an additional $1.25 here.

I have always loved the Flame Broiler. Every time I have eaten here the food has been good. The people are very friendly and helpful both in the drive-thru and inside. I never noticed it being really dirty, it seems pretty clean to me. Maybe just in the bathroom, but its not too bad. If the reviews from before are to believe, then it has improved by far. A great Flame Broiler.

Not 5 stars because I go there often at least 2 or 3 times a week and the customer service is not constant. Ive been there and feel appreciated and been there and feel unappreciated as a customer. I keep going because my daughter loves the food. Always clean and prompt service.

First driving by chicken always smells like its burning..Hence Flame grilled. I love the options here. From mini size to large to double meat, veggies, brown rice to onions and sauces. Prices are average but coupons are great! Flavors are good and sauces are added by your choice which is perfect. Napkins are weird kinda like school cheap ones.?? (Had to throw that in). Parking is corner location. If off Euclid location is on left and if you know traffic in Fullerton..ugh! To go is quick. Thanks will return for this bowl of goodness.

Good food! I prefer the beef bowl. Their beef isnt chewy either which I am glad about. I think they make the food to order so you’ll sit in the drive for a few extra minutes.

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever eaten. I have tried eating at this Flame Broiler several different times because it is local to where I work a lot. Each time being just as bad as the other. First I tried the chicken and that was burnt, then I tried the beef and that was burnt as well. I have gone back and forth between both meats and every single time it has come out burnt. So Ill stop eating there for awhile. Then when some time has passed and I have forgotten how bad they are I make the mistake of going back again. Burnt!!! Every time!!! If you dont believe me all you have to do is drive by the place and it smells like burnt meat all the time... No lie. All I can say is if you eat here youll be eating at your own risk. Subway &El Pollo Loco dont understand the value of customer service like Suzie, the manager here at Flame Broiler. After speaking with her on the phone and letting her kno I would be walking over i couldnt believe she met me in the parking lot. She was awesome, way exceeding my expectations which goes a long way with me.

It was ok. I do like the hot sauce. I ordered a mini chicken bowl, with brown rice. Got home to find the rice to be white. :( Still ate it but was disappointed.
