They have bowls and plattersI was under the impression a platter would have more food but for $4 dollars more you only get a quarter of an orange and about 1 oz of cabbage.$14 later, I left hungry.The staff was polite and efficient.Place was extremely clean.Portions are poor.

First and probably my last visit to this location. I love flame broiler but the customer service I recieved today was poor and no excuse considering the cost of everything going up I would expect the Customer Service level raised as well. This cashier or manager maybe needs to get an attitude adjustment. He was very short when I asked him what came included in a plate, he even rolled his eyes! Im sorry but if Im paying good money I shouldnt feel like I asked for something I shouldnt be asking. To the franchise owner of this establishment please review and maybe retrain your employees to smile and provide great customer service. Best wishes.

I dont know why people love this place. Its not bad, but its not good. At least the guy working there was very nice.

Excellent, fast service during lunch rush from this location. The half and half plate I ordered tasted so good. Definitely will be coming back here again.

I felt the service was problematic but better than the food. Beef was tough. Taste was bland and I had thought it was to be Korean inspired? I think it is made for a typical American pallete, fairly bland. Another Flame Broiler in AZ was better.

I eat here at least once a week because i love there basic menu and how good their food tastes, it fills me up and the employees know me well enough that they put my order in b4 i walk in. Lol.... Love that kind of service considering i was that type of food worker when i did that type of work for a good portion of my work life. Keep up the tasty food everyone!!!!!

So I recently started ordering from here again and I LOVE that when I ask for well done extra onions, that is exactly what I get. I suspect a change in ownership since the voice on the phone sounds different, but last few times they have given me what I ask for and its been great.

What can i say, its a flame broiler. Chain restaurant. For what it is, I give it 5 stars. Very consistent quality and portions. Nice staff. Every once in a while Ill get the tiniest little bone piece or grizzle (not often), but its happened. Not big enough, often enough, or big a deal to take a star off. It happens no more at this location than any other chicken and rice bowl places. Will definitely continue picking up food. We like their house sauce too. They have a serve yourself sauce bar. Yummy and always clean.

Thank you Jose for a great dining experience.My first time at FB and the service by Jose met all expectations. Jose was so polite and professional. The company is fortunate to have him. Truly a 5 star. Look forward to returning to FB at the El Toro location.
