This is more on the principle of getting orders out on time. It’s ridiculous when 6 parties behind me get their orders before I do. I order one to-go bowl of tofu and you guys are bringing out plates after plates for people who ordered after I did. Other flame broilers I frequent do not pull off these kind of moves. At the end of the day you’re wasting my time!

Only fast food Korean place Ive ever been to. Sauces tasted good. Kimchi was good. Probably dont get the kimchi if youre gonna be talking to others in the afternoon.

Great place for a quick bite! Highly recommend their magic sauce and the orange color hot sauce. I got a regular beef and chicken bowl and it was delicious.

This is the third Flame Broiler I have been to, and I will admit it—it was weird to see them using a scale with the meat—but whatever, it does not take from the quality of their food. Same great and friendly staff, same delicious food! Just because they use a scale, does not mean they deserve a low star rating. If you are in the area, and are looking for a great lunch, for reasonable prices, I would highly recommend you check this place out!

I come here everyday for lunch. The chicken and beef is always fresh. They have seaweed and avocado it pairs nice with the meal. They have 3 types of hot sauce and magic sauce. All very good. If you need a clean lunch come here 💪

Food was great but i paid 2023 prices for 4/5ths of a bowl. This place should have a giant sign declaring the corporate training taking place. The flame broiler in Santa Ana is on point. Youll leave satisfied!

Ricardo and his team are AWSOME!!!! We came on a Saturday, not knowing they were not open. I walked up to the door then noticing the posted hours that they were closed Saturdays and Sundays but were holding training. It was full of staff inside, so I returned to my car, and Ricardo came running outside and offered to serve us during the training, even when they were closed. Thank you!!!!

For being right next to corporate it’s surprising how slow their service is. If you make an online order get ready to wait an extra 15 minutes past your scheduled time. I have experienced this multiple times.

I love Flame Broiler, and frequent the brand enough that i usually know how much my same order will be within a few pennies. I have been to this location three time now and could not seem to figure out what was different about it both times. I finally figured out that this is a corporate location, and acts as a training facility for new employees to the franchise. Its oddly located in a mixed use office/retail location which took me a minute to find the first time. There is also a flame broiler corporate office in the same center, so make sure your at the correct restaurant location. They literally weigh on a scale the amount of meat they give you each time. So of course the portion control is always the same, but Im always longing for a little more. They are often training new employees, which has been fine. Im just glad those people are getting jobs. But the scale really annoys me. I may frequent an independently owned franchise from now on.

The service is top notch at most Flame Broilers and I suppose the employees are not at fault but they are always out of white meat. Even at lunch.The patio area is really nice, better than every other location. So it isnt the worst experience to wait 10 minutes while everyone else is eating.Still, no excuse. I already pay extra for white meat, have it ready to go.

This place and location is awesome. First off they offer a healthy menu that is always fresh. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. This particular location I cant say enough about. They cater to my office on occasional Fridays and boy do they go out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend them if you are interested in catering to your office. You wont be disappointed.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a flame broiler & i eat it almost daily. I walked in 2min before closing but unlike anywhere else i was made a priority to be served. They threw fresh beef and chicken on the grill for me and Made sure my order was correct. Thank you for your kindness

This is the best Flame Broiler by far! They have an assembly line so you dont wait around for your food like at other locations. As soon as its your turn you watch them build your bowl/plate right in front of you so you know its exactly how you want it. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly and energetic. Also has an outdoor patio under shade. Yea I dont think it can get any better than this for fast food. Of course their food is delicious, as always.

They weigh out the chicken right in front of you, but it seems like it is the least checken I have ever had from the Flame broiler. I complained and they offered me more rice. I will post pictures on Yelp to show how little you get. Dont get fooled by the smoke and mirror tactics folks because this franchise owner is shrewd to say the least.

This flame broiler has fast service here. Too bad theyre Closed on weekends and its mainly because because this area is industrial so its very busy during the week. They have an outside dining area which is nice when it isnt too warm.
