Food was great, but service was awful. I placed my order and 2 plates were wrong. They said they would fix it and ended up charging my an additional $4.69 each plate. I didn’t make the error, and don’t understand why I had to pay that much per plate when the difference on their menu was $1.5. So wrong, I did catch it till after I paid and I was already annoyed.

I want to make this abundantly clear, my problem with this place is not with the customer service but with the food. The customer service here is wonderful. The girl at the counter was super polite and very accommodating. Shes the kind of person you would wish to have at any dining establishment. The cooks were also very friendly as they would wave to you from their tiny window. My problem with this place is definitely the food. Just to be blunt, it sucks. The rice was under cooked, the beef was dry and flavorless, and the veggies reminded me of baby food but with no flavor. This was my second attempt at dining at this franchise and it was just as god awful as the first. The magic sauce is not magical as it only made things worst. Zero stars for the food but all the stars for the wonderful people working there.

Our first time there. Had the chicken bowl and it was delicious. Magic sauce quite yummy. Friendly staff and customers. Prices are reasonable and portions are plentiful. Im glad we decided to give it a try.

Alex is great! Been coming here for a while since its close to my work. He always does a good job and is very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service. Ive had bad service from the other lady that works the cashier before where she hung up on me as I tried to make a phone order but 5 stars for Alex.

Always fast service and delicious food. I often stop by this place after leaving the 24-hour fitness right behind it. Their service is excellent. I usually dont have to wait more than 5 min for my meal but they always offer a water cup while I am waiting. Sometimes the meal comes out faster than they can ring me up because the cooks behind the counter see or hear the order.

Love this place mind you I went about 30 minutes before closing time and they were extremely nice and helpful. Very great quality food as well. A tad bit expensive but its healthy and we all know that the healthy stuff is priced higher than the fattening stuff. But yeah definitely like this flame broiler.

For a simple 3 protein menu, incredibly substandard, dry Veg steamed veg,Salad dry as sand paper Wedge way over ripe Orange,mediocre at best Beef and chicken. I spent $12, have had way better forat $6. Not recommending this place especially for your birthday lunch, like I just did lol.

Clean. I was very impressed by how clean this restaurant is. Food is delicious and healthy. Gluten free rice and non gmo. Jose the cashier was very nice and offered quick service. The food was prepared quickly but didnt sacrifice quality. I will be back and recommend highly!

I ordered half and half of beef and tofu instead of beef and chicken on a plate, they charged me $21.75 and that’s with no drink, and then my stomach hurt couple hours later, never coming back

A pretty healthy alternative to the usual fast food suspects.. The Flame Broiler offers a choice of chicken, steak and for the vegans, tofu.. atop your choice of brown or white steamed rice. There are three sizes of bowl/plate to choose from. An island in the store has various sauces to add. You are also offered vegetables (mushrooms and broccoli and cabbage) as an additional topping.. free of charge. Service is usually fine and quick. Most offer tables outside as well.
