I ate at this store a couple of times. But then I stopped going there because there is another Flame Broiler nearby in San Dimas (arrow hwy) that provide much better service. They have their sauces on a self serve table. In other words, you can have as much sauce as you want. And Flame Broiler sauces are amazing. I have to say the Flame Broiler food also tastes awesome to me.

I had a Beef bowl, and it was really good! Service is great, too. I highly recommend this place. ❤️

This is my second time to this location within a 10 day period, so I felt it necessary to leave a fair and honest review.The customer service is great. The staff are thorough and courteous.During these inflation times it’s tough, so while it’s expected to pay $12-$20 for a single person, it would be nice to have fresh oranges and cabbage (browned and old) 🍊- lack of freshness in both areas happened on both occasions / visits.Dining in during this cold winter days (esp the evening) is not suggested, as the owners have chosen to keep the heat off for its customers (the staff are presumably warmed up being near the grills!). I don’t care for these thrifty ownership practices, making me less inclined to visit again.Aside from these small-ish issues, the food is very good. l and the portions are fairly generous. Will definitely come again, but maybe not for dining in during this cold winter days.

I used to value Flame Broiler for a quick alternative for a fairly healthy meal, but the lack of inventory has become a little frustrating; I understand having issues with inventory but often times there is no white meat chicken, theres no green onions, and more recently there were no cups for sauces. On top of that the soda was flat. Please correct these issues.

The cashier was drinking a large Starbucks drink while she was taking orders. She had very long polished nails and was dishing up food. That wasn’t very appetizing. I went the other night and it was great but today seemed like there wasn’t any management on duty. There were several visible heath dept violations. Hope it gets better because the food is good.

Double chicken is +$4 (which was full of gristle!) the lady almost forgot my drink AND that I wanted veggies on the side. Literally almost walked out with 1/2 my stuff that I Paid for! Prices are pretty high for a bowl! Brown rice, veggies & obviously CHEAP cuts of meat should not be $15. No thanks, this place has gone down in quality quite a bit, used to be a once a week favorite spot for healthier options.

If youre looking for a delicious, healthy meal in a clean fast-food environment, this is it. The restroom is immaculate considering its unisex and the 80s music is a bonus. Also, this location has a loyalty program so well definitely be back.

The food was great as always and I ordered a mini bowl like I usually do, but I was VERY disappointed at the size of the bowl! Its been a while since Ive been there due to COVID, but it was way less food than before! I dont know if theyre trying to recoup money from being shut down a few months, but I may not be back. It was a sufficient meal for a small child!

If you like to order a meat dish and receive mostly vegetables, this is the place for you! I ordered the 5 oz bowl and received around 2 oz of meat. I like vegetables, so I had enough to eat. I did opt for all vegetables instead of rice and there was enough vegetables. This would not have been enough for my husband. The flavor is good and you can pay an additional 3.00 for extra meat, which would make the bowl cost over 10.00. The staff was nice! I was looking forward to them coming to La Verne and I am disappointed that it did not turn out for me. I will stick to the WaBa Grill on Foothill, La Verne/Pomona.
