We spent $60 in the shopping center where Flame Broiler is located. The restroom at the establishment we visited was being worked on due to a plumbing issue. That business said to ask a neighbor and we could use their restroom. We visited 6 businesses, and none would let myself and my daughter use the restroom. It was shocking. I was on the verge of tears when we went into Flame Broiler. The young man behind the counter was so kind - he wasn’t supposed to, but he understood the situation. Thank you to the Flame Broiler for excellent service to members of the community. Next time, we will be eating at your restaurant.

Ive been coming here for years. The food is still great, but inside seems to look like its not being maintained. The A/C wasnt working and gnats were flying around the soda machine.

The food tastes great. I love that the protein isnt cooked till its dry, the chicken is moist. I go for the special of the mini chicken bowl with a drink for only $4.60+tax = $5 flat. Great deal and your eating a well balanced portion. The place is clean and spacious and with this heat its a great place to cool down and enjoy a lunch break.

Dont usually review these types of establishments but customer service was excellent and food was reliably yummy. Interior was clean, including bathroom.

I absolutely love their half chicken half steak bowl! I eat it at least once a week with extra hot sauce. Its right next to my college and they have weekend specials.Quite and calm environment if you want to get school work done as well.

This was my first time inside, my daughter always gets the food. I ordered and waited. The cook was cooking the food. The cashier was sweeping then the cashier gets the food and covers it with the lids. She didnt even wash her hands. Not cool

I normally love flame broiler but I will never ever eat at this location again. I was enjoying my meal until I bit into a fork full and had to pull hair out of my mouth! This was not my hair as mine was pulled back into a tight bun and a completely different color! When I went to the counter to say something because I could not eat my food I was told there were no refunds. I did not want a new one made as I was so disgusted that I could not continue to eat. When I looked in the back in could clearly see the woman whose hair it was chopping the food and she wasnt wearing a hairnet. Absolutely disgusting!

Initially, flame broiler used to push the notion that it was fast Korean food -- at least thats how I interpreted their advertisements. Now, they seem to have jettisoned that approach, and focus instead on a clean, healthy, gluten free style meal. The food is better than yoshinoya, which offers similar style of vegetable, meat and rice combo. The food although healthy, is decent in the flavor department.
