The quality of the food is 4 ⭐️. Typical seating and amenities - the employees need some customer service training but the price is right and the wait time today after ordering 2.5 mins.

I walked in the cashier looking down on the floor for almost a minute. I want to see how long he would notice me. After a minute he looked up and sees and taking my order. When paying you pointed press 1,2, or 3 for the amount of dollars for tip. I said where the no tip function. And he doesnt seem happy

If I could give this place no stars, I would!My chicken was burned and not all white meat like I paid for, the vegetables were cold and the rice was sticky!The cook was rude as hell when I pointed it out to him and rather than give me what i ordered, he yelled at the cashier to give me my money back.CUSTOMER SERVICE PAYS YOUR SALARY ASS!!

The thing I like best is how good it smells before you actually eat. It makes me hungrier! The rice and meat are good but the veggies are amazing. Just the right crunch. Overall the meal was great for being on the go

Went Sunday and the food was poorly made. They have a weird tip-based system and its almost like if you dont tip they prepare the meal poorly.

As much as I love and enjoy the food from flame broiler, stay far away as you can from this location. The workers here DO NOT show any sense of urgency. There are only 2-3 people here, we all have been waiting over half an hour for 1-2 bowls.

The cashier was rude tonight. She had me on hold while she talked to boys in the background. She was more interested having them guess her age than taking a phone order. Then when I got there to pick up my order, she tried to over charge me by over $6 and fought me about there by 3 get one free bowl. This place was one of our go to dinner places after my daughters gymnastics. As long as this girl works there this place has lost my business.

Homie at the counter hooked it up with some fat cups of the Magic sauce. Matter of fact he gave me so much I’m making more rice so I can Finnish my delicious cups. This man deserves a raise; he knows what the people want! You da homie guy!

Oh my god, I love the food but the lady working there was super rude and giving me attitudeAfter I asked about the manager the employee told me she is the manager. Unfortunately Norma was super rude and dealing with me with disrespect. And she dropped the tray with food in very bad way. After I asked her why you deal with me like that she ignored and went to kitchen . I asked the other guy he was cooking and he was super polite and friendly. I’m sorry but she doesn’t know what is Customer service.

I had never been to this Flame Broiler I went in the middle of this afternoon (Sunday) to take a bowl home for dinner. I got home to a bowl of dried up mostly very small pieces of chicken. Maybe they had been sitting for hours or overcooked or I do not know. But it was so disappointing. The meal was inedible.

Tonight I got off of work, and flame broiler is one of my favorite places to dine, but tonight, I was upset with my order, I ordered a mini chicken bowl and literally got a mini chicken the amount of chicken I received in comparison to rice. Its truely a disappointment!!!

First thing i noticed place was dirty, all the tables were dirty, floor dirty, I dont understand why, they didnt even have customers in there, at least they could clean the place instead of just wasting time chatting and doing nothing, once I order and I got my food the beef and chicken were cold, seems like the old lady that was cooking already had it made and it was just getting cold sitting on the grill, i wont even recommend or bother coming back to this location, if I could rate it with a 0 star I would, but unfortunately Google doesnt give that option.
