Came here on Saturday night since we were shopping at Kohls and needed a quick dinner.My kids were hungry.Was greeted by a gentleman associate.Easy to order & received my Angus Steak plate pretty fast.I had the option of brown rice & weither I’d like full plate of the protein or with veggies.Having veggies doesn’t make your protein options much less.Food was good. The plate comes with half a slice orange fruit.There is a magic sauce along w hot sauce dispenser at the counter.Prices has gone up. Understandable due to inflation.It’s just like any other Flame Broiler restaurant.Located right next to Acai Republic, same plaza as Kohls near Ralphs super market.Lots of parking available.

Great Service!! The girl behind the register was very friendly. She managed to keep a great attitude when a guy walked in the store not being specific about what method he used to ordered the pick up order. She was busy when I walked in and he just went off on her. He had a very poor attitude. Props to her for keeping a great attitude I couldnt and I had to say something to that impatient guy. Overall great experience. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Love the chicken plate & bowl. Its plenty of food and the plate easily lasts for 2 meals! Plus I feel like Ive eaten a healthy yet delicious meal! Ive only ordered it for pickup and every time they are ready with utensils and sauces so I can just pick it up and be on my way!

The food was good. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Employees were on their phone. I stood there waiting to be helped until I came up to the employee and asked if there was someone who could help me. Nothing. Waited for the cashier who had a terrible attitude. I signed and took my pick up order but before I left I asked her if the seating was available outside. Given the Covid restrictions I wasn’t sure. She told me that I saw people eating outside so what did I think? Excuse me but I don’t know if those people are violating rules given that no one cares. Or maybe the seats are from the other five restaurants in the surrounding area. I said nothing took my food and left. Don’t have a Karen moment and just warn others of the terrible service.Edit: I tried to edit this post to add the picture of the receipt but I can’t figure out how to so I’ll just say what I ordered - chicken bowl with avocado and extra onions. Ordered through the app Grubhub. 03/24/2021. Pickup time was around 2 pm when I had my lunch break. I can email the receipt if that is better?

Good service...I think I give 4 because I receive a bowl instead a plate...I don like complaining....any ways..just thinking in case some one make a to go order and get this surprise...still having a good just have to pay attention in your order...

Asked for hot sauce that they offer at every Flamebroiler Ive been to....answer was, we are out of sauce. I then requested teriyaki sauce that every Flamebroiler offers....same answer....we are out of sauces. Now, we are forced to eat dry rice bowls....not a great experience. If you are out of sauces, let customers know before they order. Good customer service is setting the expectation.

Great healthy alternative to fast food. Shop around, the other locations quality and cleanliness vary. The Placentia location is top notch.

They forgot to add avocado(during my takeout) as they were in hurry. Also chicken wasnt cooked properly.
