Love this place! Im much closer to another chain, similar to FB and I drive across town because the quality is so much better. And I think the prices are better, for what you get. Check them out. You wont be sorry🙂 This is a combo chicken and steak platter.

Went here for lunch for the first time. Was greeted and ordered immediately. The food came out fast and very fresh. I got the mini chicken bowl with rice and veggies and avocado. My sister got the regular chicken bowl with rice and veggies. Its very inexpensive and I absolutely loved my meal!! The magic sauce taste amazing on it as well. We definitely found a new lunch spot!

I love this flame broiler location, I stop by at least once every two weeks. Its good, healthy fast food that I never feel guilty about eating. They have fast service and the cashiers are always so friendly. I greatly prefer flame broiler over waba grill because waba grills menu is more complicated and more expensive- its a shame there isnt more flame broilers around! My go to is the half and half bowl with white rice and veggies, dont forget the green onions or avocado! 👌

My food was hot and perfectly cooked. Everything was tender and flavorful.The cashier was friendly, helpful and fast. The diningroom was clean and even though there were others there, it was still enough space for every group to exercise social distancing.Mask are not required, but the staff were all wearing mask.

The service was rushed but fair. The food was hot and tasty. Slow down and smile. If you can provide service with a smell you will earn 5 stars so work on your customer service. Good food but again work on the customer service. The postal annex next door has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone go there is you need to send packages. They were exceptional.

Best teriyaki bowl place in town. Much like In-N-Out, the food here is extremely consistent. Veggies are always fresh and cooked perfectly. Rice is never soggy, and I have never noticed any gristle in the steak or chicken. Sauces are clean and vibrant. Head guy there is always extremely friendly and will say Welcome! when you come in. Not only that, but he will remember you. Love going here every time.

It may look like another fast food joint, but this Flame Broiler is anything but! I wandered in with my three hungry little ones, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of grilling meat. We ordered two chicken bowls and a tofu bowl to share and got our food very fast. There was no sacrifice in quality with the speedy service, as the chicken meat was juicily grilled to perfection with fresh vegetables. Tofu was prepared just right (slightly crispy on the outside and tender inside).When my young daughter wanted to use the bathroom, one of the staff members (I think he was the store manager) volunteered to open and hold the door for her. The store, including the bathroom, was very clean.I dont usually write reviews but felt obliged to do so after my satisfying experience today. Great food and customer service. Definitely coming back here soon.

The food is healthy and the establishment is always clean. Before coming here I was apprehensive about eating here because I thought the portions would be small and overpriced. That is not the case. The portions are definitely enough to get you full but not too full. Also, the staff is always very friendly and Ive gone there in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The vegetables always taste fresh and the chicken and beef are always full of flavor.

You want fresh vegetables, flame grilled beef or chicken or both over brown rice or white, with their secret teriyaki sauce ... this is the place to be at...I go crazy over their sauce to add on. I wasnt happy with my experience. I wanted to order 2 of the specials buy 3 get one free. The guy taking my order said its only one per person. Then a young lady comes in wanting to do the same thing. He told her sure no problem. Im not really supposed to do this but I will this one time. So she order 8 bowls. I ordered 5. She got her food before I did and several more people. Then when I asked why she got her food before me I was lied to and told the she ordered over the phone. She didnt I heard her put in her order. I will never spend another dime there.

My most recent trip here left me with kind of a meh experience. It was a Tuesday right before the lunch rush and you could tell the staff seemed to know that the big wave of people was just about to come it by the resentful look on their faces. If you needed to use the restroom you need to get the giant wand with a key attached which is likely covered with germs to use it. The food itself didnt seem seasoned or freshly cooked and vegetables did not have a fresh taste to them. I dont think Id be able to give this place another shot.

OMG....just had lunch here and it was sooo delicious...I was greeted by a nice young lady that was happy to give me extra time to order since I have never been here before...my friend recommended this place to me and Im sure glad he did...polite young lady took my order and directed me to the sauces after I ordered...I got the Angus Beef bowl and ordered a Chicken Bowl to go...the beef was deliciously marinated and cooked perfectly. Beef was tender and the veggies had just the right crunch to it...the magic sauce is similar to teriyaki sauce with a pleasant difference...personally I prefer soft drinks from a fountain, not a bottle...but that was just a small thing to me...the food is, hot and fabulous here...a must for healthier eating...also have some great sounding vegetarian dishes even a meat eater like me would love....CORRECTION...I went back again a couple days later for another great lunch and saw a self serve soft drink dispenser...I reported only bottled drinks were sold here, the refrigerator which hold the bottled drinks is right next the drink dispenser...I guess I was so freaked out with the great food I missed it...
