Great second location. Went in at about 10:30 busy as would be expected we sat in the outdoor patio area we were both pretty hungry. My burger was good and my girlfriend said the waffle was great. The ladies are always top-notch.

Cozy little dinner. Breakfast is a specialty and available all day. The food was served quickly. The chicken fried steak is so huge and delicious too. They have a varied selection of 3 egg omelets to choose from or they will create one to include your favorite items. Fresh baked biscuits pair well with gravy. The biscuits are smaller than others, but they offer them in servings of two, four or more. Our waiter was delightful and attended all our needs. I like the automated system they use. The waiter enters your order on a tablet and if you pay with a credit card, it never leaves your sight since the waiter can swipe your card with his tablet at your table.

Great place. Service is awesome. Quiet, homely joint I heard from a really cool warbird mechanic and restorer by the name of Casey from Yanks Air Museum. I had the country fried steak with corn chowder and cornbread. Good old fashion comfort food. Try it, you wont be disappointed 🥰🥰🥰

DYK-Did you know Flos #2 has the best biscuits and gravy breakfast in the local area. Ordered some to go with corned beef hash and your choice of 2 eggs, you can also choose bacon or sausage. Silverware and salsa complimentary. You can order ahead by calling in. Busy place in the mornings on the weekend, expect a wait but worth it!

Is hard for me not to like a restaurant I like to trying as many restaurants as I can. This one happens to be around the corner from my New house I decided to try it and was so dissapointed worse food I have ever had at a restaurant food had no taste I kept adding salt to the food my fried steak was undercooked you could still see the flour on it. I left my plate full wasted $20 on breakfast im never going back

Went to flos for take out ordered a french dip sandwich for me and biscuits and gravy for my roommate the roast beef on the sandwich had a weird bad taste and smell it went into the trash my roommate liked the biscuits and gravy the server who took my order was great stick to breakfast if you go to flos i wont be going back

First time trying it, big portions and all delicious. I had the waffle combo with extra fruit on top and ham. It was not disappointing, my sis had a skillet with sausage and she said it was good too. Be prepared to wait a little for the staff, cant go here if youre in a rush. Will definitely be coming back

Great little diner tucked away in Chino, CA, with friendly hard working staff. This place is known for its breakfast, lunch is just as good. Ive had there waffle combo and I must say it was delightful. They are not shy with their portions. For lunch I enjoy their burger combo. They have an assortment of food on the menus. Disappointed with our order and service. I ordered biscuits and gravy breakfast and they put everything together. My whole breakfast was covered in gravy. I ordered hash browns for the plates and the lady said “we didn’t order it”. She was rude on the phone and in person.

Bad experience and it was my first and last time going. They completely ignored us and didn’t seat us for like 20 mins and there were spaces available. Food was not great and my pancakes were so stale. My French toast was more of omelette since it was covered in egg. Hash brown was not great either.

All the way went because the food in the past has always been very good. The service today was extremely horrible. I was treated very rudely why? Just trying to get a seat to get some food. Then I called to try to speak to the manager who refused to give me their name and they told me well. Maybe the lady sitting people was just stressed because we were very busy. She was extremely rude. Both of them were and I will never be going back there again and I would advise anybody even though they do have good food. If you want good service and to be treated properly and decently do not ever go to this establishment

Flo’s is the best place to eat on the planet. Friendly staff and out of this world food. They have the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had anywhere. I grew up in Chino and I’ve been going there my whole life. When I retired we moved out of state and the only thing I miss about California is Flo’s. If you go to the one at Chino Airport also check out the Planes of Fame Museum.

The place is too out date and dirty looking! The old waitress had a really bad attitude and I got a racist vibe, like I was bothering her and she had to use all of her strength to take my order without saying how she actually feels. The waffles were tasteless and the turkey sausage was disgusting. Im not sure if it was even turkey. It was my first and last time going there!! I was really disappointed after being told how great this place was. I would give zero stars if I could.

This was such a great find for me. I came out this way for business in the city of Chino and talk about a great breakfast nook. Sat down at the counter and had amazing service and the burrito was so filling I had to save it for lunch. The salsa on the counter was even better and service was top notch. Im excited to come back here to try their steak and eggs. Thumbs up and a most def stop if youre in the area.

You know fair warning this place has a food grade B. Its usually easy fixable, but I give it a 5 star. BECAUSE they do food right, I lothe over cooked eggs also when a steak is over cooked. This place not only did both right but also overshot the best steakhouse in town! And all for the right price I see why this place gets packed and please remember to write your name at the door.

I have lived in 3 different states so that being said I have my share of diner food. Eww to the flavor of the gravy. Salt will help that.Ordered grilled chicken and it was so saturated in oil that I couldn’t eat it. I’m not a genius but I do know that grilled doesn’t mean fried.Oooo now the customer service. The servers all seem annoyed by everything.It just wasn’t a fun experience.For how busy this place is they should make enough to hire better staff.

Classic diner food. Have been to flos #2 family restaurant three times now, have gotten the barbeque burger, the mile high potroast sandwich, and the rueben. Out of the three, the rueben ranks the best, the others were bland and lacked serious flavor. The sauerkraut gave some much needed flavor. The saving grace of this restaurant is the desert/ pie section. I have never been dissapointed. The peach cobbler and the peanut butter chocolate pie are very good. Overall okay. Would take as a top pick.

I don’t even remember the quality of food but i do clearly remember how I felt being there. I got hateful, racist vibes from the atmosphere and especially the waiter. Older bitter woman who seemed to either be having a really bad day or just didn’t want to offer any hospitality to me and my bf. She literally didn’t speak to us other than ask for our order, she never came to check on us to see if we needed anything during the entire meal. She also just brought us our check before we finished eating. We left without tipping and feeling like maybe our food was dropped on the floor before they served it to us because of how unwelcoming it felt being there. NEVER GOING BACK and I’ll ALWAYS tell people of my experience there.

Have been there several times since we moved to this area back in December 2018.We took a friend with us on our last visit. Cathy had the chicken fried steak dinner. I had the special of the day BBQ Pork Ribs. Mike ordered the breakfast special with biscuits and gravy. No complaints about the food. The service was quick and friendly. It looks like they have a large amount of return customers since they are greeted by name.Love the 50s style Diner. Very cozy and reminds me of the small town I grew up in.We will definitely put Flos on our monthly list and a place to take friends and family.

After a year of closing of restaurants, we decide to venture to this place.They are open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. They serve breakfast and lunch.My honey had their Ortega Chill Cheese burger. The burger was big, juicey and fresh.I had the pastrami melt. It was good.The price is very reasonable with large portions. I would recommend this place.We plan to try their breakfast next time.

Flos is a real diner. The waitresses are amazing. The food is fresh and real comfort food. They have prime rib on the weekends. I have gluten intolerance and though they dont have a gluten free menu there are always things I can read there without problems. If they arent sure they will ask. So far I havent found a food they dont make there, so they know whats in everything. Tho I dont eat their pies, Ive heard the are awesome. They always have specials that arent on the menu. So worth going. A real local gem!

Been a fan of Flos since college and have been to all of their locations in the inland empire. Great service from Bruno also, kept my coffee full and was quick to get my order to me piping hot! Had the eggs & bacon with biscuits and gravy on top, the best way to get em!!! So this meal with coffee rang out to a whopping $12.61 which is great value given the portion size and great service!

Flo’s has been good but recently the quality of food is not the same. Service has not been good, waitresses get bothered when asking for additional items. The waitress that usually waits on us is usually friendly and real attentive on Thursday’s but not today. The other waitress brought the food to us cold and we asked if she can warm the soup and got bothered and still brought it coldWe like going there because we like giving the business to our city but that’s it, no more after 15 years of going there. The first time was delicious. Made me want to definitely come back. 2nd time,its like the chef forgot to put salt in everything. I had to dump salt on the gravy. I thought it was just me until I noticed the table next to me pouring salt on their gravy and food. My wife and I forced ourself to eat but couldnt. Maybe they just had a off-day. I have been coming to Flo’s Airport Cafe #2, Riverside Avenue location, for many years. My favorite breakfast is Donna’s Duet. The portions are generous on all the food they serve. I love Taco Tuesday....Flo’s serves 3 fully stuffed tacos with rice and beans and a side of sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Delicious. Flo’s also makes their own homemade soup of the day. I have tried all the daily soups and was never disappointed. They make a delicious Asian Chicken Salad that is yummy and another favorite for me. I haven’t tried the Fried Chicken plate yet, but other customer friends I have talked with raved about the fried chicken. The sandwiches are good too. I am a tea drinker. Depending on the weather, I will either order hot tea with honey and a lemon wedge or iced tea with a lemon wedge. Of course, you get refills on the tea or coffee. Flo’s has a large menu selection, and specials are posted daily. I also enjoy their outdoor dining area. Occasionally, I take my old trained and certified Service Dog/Therapy Dog. He likes the outdoor dining area and fresh air. He quietly lays near my feet. Some customers don’t notice him until we are leaving. Then they all comment how well-behaved and quiet he was. They also comment on his beauty.

This is absolutely the place you have to eat at if you live in Chino. If you havent eaten here yet, then youre probably doing something wrong.This was a childhood favorite of mine, and it continues to be my go-to in my adulthood. Top notch service and even though the restaurant was busy when I showed up I quickly got a table. Not only was a seated fast, but my coffee was there in a snap, my order was promptly taken, and the ticket time was less than ten minutes. Solo meal and got out in under 15 bucks... I’m new to area so my husband and I decided to go eat breakfast near by and land to this spot we get there and we didn’t know if we needed to wait to be seated or just walk in. We were told to wait, when waited we seen they had more than enough tables for a party of two so what was the wait? Close to 15 minutes later a Caucasian couple comes in and got seated within seconds. So if you’re brown you’ll most likely have to wait! We left and took our money else where.

My daughter called me this morning and asked if I had any plans and I told her no, so she invited me out to breakfast where we ate at Flos 2 in Chino where I lived for 10 years of my life with my 3 kids. I had stopped going, cause I moved to Baldwin Park CA. So going back today was an eye opener. To see all the changes they have made in the city was just AWESOME!!!

Had the Monte Cristo sandwich and it was really good. Most people come here for the biscuits and gravy. This time I took a seat at the bar and saw a lot of different dishes coming out of the kitchen. A few dishes that looked really good were the chicken fried steak, pancakes and a T-bone. All looked really good but not too many places serve a Monte Cristo sandwich which is why I got it and was not disapointed. It came with fries. I also saw many pies that looked awesome but I was too full from the sandwich to try any.

Wow! With trying to help current business stay alive during this COVID outbreak. Just had a unpleasant experience. Called to place a ToGo order about 1/2 hour before their closing time of 2:00. When I was asked to hold the lady who answered said to the person at the counter that she was taking a order from “ I don’t know why people call to make a order so close to closing time” after listening to her take that persons order she came into the phone and I asked if they were backed up with orders. She said no I can take your order but we close at 2:00. So I proceed to give her my order which was fried chicken, which of course bought out a reaction from her saying it takes a really long time to make that. So I did not place my order. Apparently Flo’s has so much business that is not a concern for them.

I ordered a steak and eggs here and when they brought me back my meal I noticed my steak was spotty. I thought maybe the seasonings had just burnt on there. Turned out the steak they had given me was rotten! I told the waitress and she seemed to not even care she just asked if I wanted anything else and I said no thank you. How are you going to cook and serve a rotten steak without noticing that his gotten old? Surely old meat has a smell and look right? I will not return to this disgusting place again.
