They dont care about drivers we try find a spot and all u see is trailers with a cab next to them save the free parking and the employees dont even do anything and $20 for prime parking what a joke and people saving spots

I was gonna give this place a higher rating - but I paid for Premium Wifi for 24 hours and it barely works. Keeps disconnecting on me every 2-3 minutes, then I have to reconnect. Terribly annoying and I want my money back. Also - people put their personal cars in truck spots to reserve space for themselves - then I have to go pay $20 for “Reserved Parking” because all the free spots are taken. Feels like a scam.UPDATE: someone stole my power cables (tractor to trailer) during the night, this was after I posted original review.

This place could do so much better... They have pretty much everything you need when youre on the road. But... The service SUCKS. The employees seem to work slow on purpose to piss people off. You would think when you have 20 people in line you should work faster. And when I mention it to someone in the lobby she says oh well. Also the bathrooms are always filthy. Makes me never want to consider buying hot ready to eat foods. This store could definitely use a corporate audit.

You would think with the amount of money truckers spend in this overpriced place, they would at least give us the gratitude of washing the towels and wash cloths in detergent. Its disgusting when you go to dry off, and the towels smell like straight urine.Shower porter also likes to skip numbers and have you get back in line after waiting at least a half hour for your shower. Management should also do better at keeping the junkies out of the drivers lounge. At least the parking lot was fairly clean.

It is not possible for the bathrooms to be in these conditions and I not only judge the staff for their cleanliness, but also the drivers for being so dirty and not having education.

Terrible run store. First of all the parking is ridiculous. I mean come on there are drivers with truck and trailer that need parking but cant because of Bobtail taking it up or dropped trailers. A BILLION DOLLAR business needs more parking. Yall are located in CALIFORNIA so come on. Rude customer service too. No respect for drivers anymore. Sad.

Usually around 7 am in the morning on my way to work I always stop at flying Js to fill up and get a snack...coffees is good and so are the staff..very nice without morning grogginess...very quick and no waiting in line for service. Thanks girls!

I give the employees and manager there do on keeping the facility clean and the shower spotless . But when it comes down to that parking when is reserved the reserve signs should be put in their proper place at all times not piled up in a corner when youre supposed to know to dare reserve when is no labeling on the ground tried to addressed this to the manager and side but I guess shes getting paid under-the-table to let her friends park where they want to. Oh yes everyone knows when you pay for reserved parking you put your receipt and a window for these 2 campers parked in the parking lot area will you get gas for cars wears their receipt....plus you lie. Both men’s bathrooms had no toilet paper at all and it was nasty. Not that they care here. And it is mostly paid parking. Worse pilot I have ever been in and I will not come back here again even if I have to park in desert

This is one of the busier flying Jay’s what makes it convenient though is they have a An Island for primarily RVs. Usually no wait, fuel and go. If your hungry there’s a Denny’s conveniently located inside.
