Ive always appreciated finding a good shopping center to go to when I travel. Been nice to find this place still open after COVID.Enjoyed several trips here while vacationing for a week. (work/vacation...half as fun sorta.)Parking was good, lots available and not too close to each other. Not too many big rigs in the area I guess.😅Love some of the smaller places in between the larger shops too!

Great place to meet with a group of friends!Plenty of parking and plenty of food options to meet everyone’s needs!My husband and I chose the Thai restaurant with green curry and pad see ew and it was amazing!We sat with our group of friends outside and conversations sometimes got loud competing with other tables, but there was great weather and plenty of tables and chairs.Walking under the roofing, it kind of feels like Las Vegas with the cloud pictures.It’s a very great place to meet and I definitely would return!

I had a great experience with Dr. O and the staff at Renuva Dermatology! I came in last week for Botox and filler, I love my results. Dr. O and his staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I definitely will be coming back!

I stay near the Towne Center when traveling for work. It offers convenient and excellent food options after a long day of work. With a Target and CVS for any needed essentials is a bonus. It is also away from the hustle of Irvine with some beautiful scenery of the mountains.

Plenty of stores and restaurants in this plaza. Great place to go and knock out a lot of errands and have a meal too. Very convenient location, clean, ample parking and it’s a well kept property. Ive been staying in this hotel with my husband for four weeks and my experience has been above my expectations! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary breakfast and dinner are delicious, the staff is always polite and helpful. I would certainly stay here again if I came back to Lake Forest some time in the future.

Been here 3 times in the last three months. I feel that the staff is friendly and helpful and that they keep the theaters and bathrooms very clean and neat.Only negative I feel about this place is the theaters it self. I didn’t like the seats they felt uncomfortable and outdated and the last movie I saw guardians and the galaxy vol 3 the projector must of had its bulb dying out cause everything had a green hue on it.Overall willCome again though just because it doesn’t seem to get to busy here

Shopped online,found the truck I wanted,reserved it,went down two days later, purchased the truck I reserved and drove it off their huge lot of fine quality vehicles all garunteed. Live this shopping center. Sals pizza is amazing new York style pizza, the gigantic regal movie theater is great with an awesome IMAX theater, and Walmart and lies to of the perfect center. Almost forgot red Robin and bottomless fries.

I ate here but it was not memorable in taste. The presentation of food was excellent but it was bland. The lamb chops were beautifully presented but had no flavor, and way too much oil drizzled over them. The tomato basil pesto appetizer was beautiful in presentation but was bland with no flavor. Everything seemed like it needed salt but there was none on the table.

First time dining @ Caspian. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable. Service was impeccable. I ordered the Atlantic salmon w/ basmati rice & spinach cranberry salad The food was fresh & tasty, except for the spinach. It was spinach from a bag, not fresh bunches of spinach. I am very particular when it comes to fresh vegetables.Everything in the restaurant was elegant, so why serve your customers bagged spinach? I will most likely dine there again, but will opt out of their spinach dishes.

Went to CVS for a drive thru Covid test. Easy breezy..made appointment online. No line (they use the drive thru pick up window). Results in 3 days. Free if symptomatic, they charge $ if its for travel. Dunno how much that is tho. Luckily negative, just some flu bug.

The reason I came to Foothill Ranch Towne Center is to watch a movie at the Regal Theater with my family. There is plenty of parking. The inside of the theater is designed just like a stadium. There is a full bar and snack concession inside the theater. If you want to enjoy a movie after exploring the shops this is a perfect Towne Center to visit.

Hadnt been to the movies in a while so why not go where they have the lounging leather chairs and enjoy the show with your $500 popcorn. Stupid me I knew better I didnt bring anything too much on so I had to buy it there ridiculously expensive as you all know I probably spent $30 on my food and $7 to get in but it was worth it The movie wasnt so great but let me tell you those chairs those really nice luxury lay back with the heat on your back if you need it very very nice I will be back I like this place but with candy stuffed in my purse next time....

This place is always full, the food is very good. The value is excellent for the quantity and quality of their dishes. My favorites are the lemon salmon roll and their fish nachos. But everything Ive tried is good so far. They have inside and outside seating as well as a pretty good sized sushi bar. Definitely recommend.

This is a nice little food court with several good options. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was not overly crowded. We tried the pizza place and it was good. There is a nice covered outside seating area as well as seating in each restaurant. The outside area was clean and nicely landscaped. There is plenty of parking around the area and within walking distance to a variety of shopping options. The service at the restaurant was good. The staff was very friendly.

Everything is EXPENSIVE! Tickets, snacks, drinks...$5.99 for a large Aquafina water (33.8 oz.)! Really!?!? At these prices it will be a while before I go back to the theater.The best thing was the movie Top Gun! This movie did not disappoint. The movie was full of action, comedy, drama, and romance. So glad we seen this at the theater.The bathrooms are on opposite sides of the hallway and parking is free. Due to Covid-19 you pay for your movie ticket and snacks at the same line.

Its doing what its supposed to do, providing a designated area for parking, shopping cart return areas, buildings tilted up to house some shops.Its maintained fairly well, and lit decently at night.Theres not a valet service, or car detailing drop off however. But, provided you can overcome the last two points, you should be fairly satisfied with your decision to visit.

Whenever I go out to see a movie (which is rare these days) I go to Regal 22. The theater is large/spacious. Very clean. If you cant find the film youre looking for... most likely it will be playing here. Plus, they offer a plethora of times for every flick playing here. The staff has always been very courteous. And their snack bar is loaded with everything and more. This includes alcoholic beverages.

A friend of mine lives in Lake Forestand brought me shopping here. Ive been several times since. They have lots of items not available at other Walmarts I usually shop ay. Its a large Walmart and very clean. The employees are nice and helpful. It is also nice to go to a Walmart that mot all the merchandise is locked ip and have to wait on yhr staff to retrieve something your buying. Parcking was easy.

I was at the Walmart at this location and I was pretty irritated when I found out that this particular location forces anyone using Walmart + app to get on their store wifi ONLY. After you have no other choice the Walmart + won’t work because it don’t allow you to say you are at store. I was not the only one experiencing this problem as I walked around the store I found other customers very frustrated having the same issue.

This place is certainly deserving of five stars however, they lose two stars for two reasons. First, the stores here inflate their prices on everything because of its location and second the people here are very snobby. You get a sense of entitlement from these people. They cut you off and the parking lot, they dont say excuse me or thank you and if youre not driving a white Mercedes or if you are not wearing a Rolex, which I do, dont expect to feel equal.

Foothill Town Center is a great place to shop. Even at busy times there is more than enough parking. Plenty of places to eat such as Peppinos, Mod Pizza, Outback. It’s modern and clean. Traffic is light at all times thanks to numerous entrances, well designed lanes and spacious lots. Cinema is never too busy either. Perfectly planned town center.

Food was good. Games clean. Management sucks. My daughter paid $22.00 for a play pass. The machine didnt work. She asked for a refund they said they couldnt do it. They told her to call corporate office on Monday. And then she had to purchase another pay pass for $22.00. A machine ran out of tickets. They would not give out the Eleven tickets because the Manager said there was no proof. What kind of Manager does that?

There is a great movie theater here. Great restaurants, furniture stores, automotive shops and a wal mart. Its in a good location with plenty of parking. Outside the theaters there is an assortment of little shops for meals and treats. My favorite store is the 99¢ store. Theres a Red Robin and a chipotle in the center along with a nail salon. Nice place with a good variety.

This has been a nice center with a fine variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. I watched it being built when I lived in Foothill Ranch. Stores come and go, but they have done a nice job keeping the spaces tented and the center in good repair. It is also nice that it is not overrun with vagrants, as are many places in Los Angeles, San Diego and the Inland Empire.

Holy cow, what dont they have here. Its a one stop shopping plaza with every home goods, personal goods, and eatery you could want or need. It even has a pharmacy and nail salon. Im completely blown away by the variety of stores and restaurants

I’m not a huge fan of this shopping center. Lots of old chain stores and restaurants. However, there’s an inn-n-out in here that is not very busy and the line goes fast. Target and Walmart come in handy from time to time. The other stores and restaurants are pretty useless IMO.

I love visiting FootHill Ranch Towne Center on weekends.Lively music, great choice of foods - fast food, sit down menus, healthy and fill craving options.Kids run around playing. Adults may sit and enjoy our meals.Next to an awesome clean movie theatre.Shopping is a must do while at the ranch.

It’s a solid choice for casual dining, or if you’re looking for table service, Peppino’s is right there, and several other good choices are across the parking lot. Regal Foothill Ranch is just a wonderful place to see great films. Even with 22 theaters, it feels like a neighborhood theater. Always nice young people working there and everyone is friendly and helpful. A great place to take your entire family, your date, your friends! We love this theater!

Im told that this place is packed during weekdays lunch hours, but we were there on a Sunday to see (for free) one of my favorite local singer / songwriters, who was booked to play from 12:00 - 3:00. (Her name is Brooke Ramel, who I discovered at The Coach House opening for Little River Band: Great voice, guitar skills, stage presence and both amazing originals and covers of dozens of familiar tunes. She has 9 CDs out including her Christmas album.) We tried both the Indian place and the Sushi place, which were both excellent.

Foothill Ranch is a tiny suburb that probably has a 7 mile radius (don’t quote me on that) but in this tiny suburb aside from homes, townhomes, and apartments it Has every store you need. Walmart, Target, and for crafters and diy-ers there’s Hobby Lobby, Joanns, and Michaels! There’s several banks/atms, a Regal movie theater and out door food court, Ralphs, Avilas el Ranchito, Petsmart, and a bunch of fast food places (including in n out) there’s also a $Dollar$Tree$ AND a 99cent store! I like going here cause I can run my errands and get everything done here.

This is a great center for different foods. My family comes here when everyone wants something different. My favorites include Ozen, Natraj, and Maison Du Pho. It is always clean and has plenty of outside seating. For cold weather they keep out heat lamps but I would still bring a sweater or blanket if you come on a really cold day.

I went into Ralphs to get a sandwich. The employee making the sandwich didnt have a mask on. He had trouble putting the mustard on the sandwich and leaned over a couple inches from the sandwich, breathing on it! I was disgusted and walked out. No wonder California is a hot spot for Coronavirus.

Like every Walmart Ive gone to in recent years, their inventory sucks, what was on the shelf the last time you went, its unlikely it will be the next trip. This (Foothill Ranch) is one of their biggest and it still have a lousy selection in most every department. And prices are better in the grocery section at Ralphs or Albertson 90 percent of the time.

Everything at Foothill Ranch Towne Center is well priced. From Walmart, Target, Famous Footwear, and especially the food sold at the Foot Court. This location is very close to my home so I do not need to go further to meet my everyday needs. The most expensive food place at the food court is Peppinos Restaurant but the food is delicious and the portions are good. A lot of people eat there including me.

Its basically like alike a mall except for the carleens in between you can find just about anything most people would like. Discount stores nice restaurants little fruit juice joints and electronics stores, such as Verizon and GameStop, so I think if youre bored and have a couple bucks you can enjoy yourself.

Everyone working there what is supportive warm and loving as well as very professional. Doctor Ambe has an incredible bedside manner. I went to him because I had had a facelift that didnt work and when that same doctor we did it I felt like I looked even worse. Dr. Ambe completely fixed it and two and a half weeks after surgery you couldnt even tell I had had a facelift and face peel! He told me what he would do and thats exactly what he did. You didnt do extra things that I did not want. Im so happy I waited for him to have an opening for me :-) you do end up having to wait for him sometimes which can be frustrating, but when you are so in demand by people from all over the world is hard to do everything right on time.
