Do not order from this place. Service sucks they give you very small portions for a large price then they act like you didn’t know what you ordered. Order a large and got a kids meal portion. Not worth the $22 and $8 delivery fee. Go to Mc Donald’s like they told me. I would have came out better with more food and better customer service and money left over. And to top it off the food not even good. And I even think they dropped the bag because it was soaked with juice. Never again beware all.PS just put food in trash it was that bad. Wouldn’t feed these to my pet if I had one.

The best food in town, my husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for years, our favorite is the curry chicken but all the other dishes we tried are delicious aswell. We get treated so nice every time we dine-in and the food is always so delicious and fresh. We Highly recommend this place!!

We had a family lunch held here. The owners were just amazing. My brother planned the menu- Chinese banquet style! so many plates but soo good. Would definitely recommend this place for Chinese food.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Manteca. We moved to Manteca from the Bay Area where we eat Chinese frequently. This restaurant is by far the best. Today 4/3 we picked up our food. The restaurant was impeccably clean and service was great. When you see Asians eating in a Chinese restaurant you know the food is excellent.

Love their tofu. The rest of the menu can be good but just isnt consistent. I guess it really depends on who is in kitchen . Ive had great soup or great side dishes and then the next time it has absolutely no flavor so I dont know whats up with that kind of hit and miss

Very disappointed as I took my family to dinner here and we ordered foil chicken as one of our appetizers. As my wife and I opened them up the chicken meat was pink and very raw and uncooked. We called waitress over and there were 2 cockroaches on the floor. Very disgusting and we will NEVER be back.

Is close to home. A little pricy. Though I understand the utilization of the limited space the location has to work with, they could use a face-lift. Overall decent food. Stillnot used to the sauce being separatefrom the chicken when I order the generals plate. Ill go to Kentucky Fried Chicken for popcorn chicken.

Staff here are SUPERRRRR friendly. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef. The pieces were rather small. And I still felt hungry after. They had told us they were big portions, but it wasnt really. (Compared to other Chinese restaurants). Food tastes great though, and great price. The family here speaks Cantonese not Mandarin lol

We have been coming here for quite a while now and have always enjoyed the food, my most recent experience, however, made me feel like maybe this was a different restaurant from the one I remembered. The prices seem to be higher than before, ended up paying around 70 dollars for food I usually get for about 45. I can understand that prices have risen lately with everything that is going on, but the quality was not there either. Three mistakes on our order resulted in us getting the wrong food, and everything had an old taste to it. Like the cabbage had sat way to long on the counter, and the rice definitely was not at the peak of freshness. It was bad enough that I decided to stop eating and just take a 70 dollar loss, rather than a night in the emergency room with food poisoning. Maybe it was a one off, maybe they have just caring, but for you and your families gastrointestinal sake, steer clear.

I went to order food here for my mom and my sisters. My mom wanted vegetable chow mein, and my sisters got garlic chicken and orange chicken.Overall, the food was decent quality and up until this point service was nice. When my mom was eating her food, she found a thin curved and sharp piece of metal mixed in. I called the restaurant and expressed our desire for a refund.When arriving, they tried to refund us for just the contaminated food. My mom told them we were wanting a full refund, and we had brought all 3 items back. We didnt feel safe consuming the food and were only seeking our money back. The manager was incredibly rude and upset with us. It seemed to be an inconvenience for him. He was not at all concerned with the health and safety aspect. I will never go here again, and hope that others take this as a safety warning.

This place is just amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and the food is perfect. I always order pretty large for my family, and they usually give me a side order of soup or asparagus for free... this time I got some wine while I waited! I love that its so close to home, too. Definitely the best in Manteca.

Not sure what happened to this establishment but the quality of the food has really gone downhill in my opinion. Ordered last night and the food tasted like it was old and just reheated. Also, my son and I became sick hours after eating it.

Tried this place the other day. It was ok. Many people have raved about this place. Again it was good but nothing truly special as far as flavor.The food was good and came out hot but it lacked (in my opinion) something like either some spices or something that gave it flavor. If I wanted a quick meal and didn’t feel like driving to my favorite Chinese Food Place in Tracy I would go back.The place was clean and the staff was friendly and the food came out pretty quick.

Forum Dynasty is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Manteca/lathrop area. The food is fresh, tastes wonderful, they are considerate of allergies, the staff is wonderful, and the delivery is quick. I have only done take out where I picked up the food and also delivery. The food is made with less sugar and thickeners than other restaurants but that is another reason why I love the food. For me it us a total winner!

We are new to the area and found this little gem tucked away in the Raleys shopping center. I would describe it as a mom and pop family run restaurant, they dont have a large staff, so be patient if their busy, which shouldnt be surprising. I ordered the sweet and sour pork and it was cooked exactly how I love to see it served, the batter had that nice crispy edge to it, it was surrounded by fresh cooked to perfection veggies, layered in sweet and sour sauce in just the right amount where it didnt drown everything or cover every piece of pork. The prices are excellent allowing this to become a regular place to dine, I will definitely be going back for more.

My family decided to try this place for the first time tonight.First few bites were good but then, as I was chewing my vegetable chow mein, I felt an odd texture. Spit out my food to find a thin metal shard, about 1-2 inches long.Called the restaurant and let them know what I found. Lady who answered said that it probably came from the kitchen equipment. She asked what she could do for us and we requested a refund. She said to bring the food back and we could get a refund.Brought the food back and was offered a partial refund, just for the chow mein that we found the metal in. I explained that I was not comfortable consuming any food from their establishment and wanted a full refund. After some argument from the manager, I was finally given a refund.Please be careful when, or if, you consume anything from this restaurant.

I am a truck driver with Swift Transportation. I have a day layover in Lathrop so I went in the break room and they had menus for this restaurant and I haven’t had Chinese food in a while and I’m not a fan of Panda Express so I took a chance. I ordered chicken egg foo yong with a side of vegetables and plain white rice. I should have checked the order when they delivered my foodBut the order was wrong. The egg foo yong was delicious but they did not send my white rice and the vegetables had clear noodles in them. I wanted chow mein noodles. I called the restaurant back to let them know that my order was not correct even after I tipped the delivery guy and my phone call was passed around two I guess the head person and he told me that I did not want rice and my order was right. I told him that was not correct and he even said that Reiss was a la cart and I said that’s fine. Long story short he basically called me a liar and said that he would bring a new order but he would have to charge me. My first order was $25.63 with the tip included! So I’m supposed to pay another $25 for you to get my order right this time. I’m very disappointed. It just sucks when you have your mouth already for a certain item you ordered and that’s not what you get especially when you’re a truck driver or some other profession that works long hours you look forward to your meal. I’m very disappointed and I won’t be eating at this place again

I read many reviews for good Chinese food in Manteca. This was the 3rd place I went into and the first I didnt walk right back out. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very nice. And they actually had their air conditioning on. So I ordered a family meal for 2. The pork rice and chow mein was spicy like I asked but there was literally 4 pieces of pork in the big containers that were for 2. Then i opened the chicken broccoli and was even more disappointed, what chicken was in this dish was nothing but the fatty grissly parts of chicken. So gross. But the lemom chicken I ordered in addition to the family meal was delicious. All white meat on leaves of lettuce so u can add the lemon as you like was perfectly crispy. So for almost $30 I got a chicken breast c lemon..... And some meatless cbow mein and rice....
