Came in around 7:00 AM during a weekday. Yes! They’re open! Walk in and order at the front counter. They’ll give you a number and bring you your food. The tables could use some wiping down. The price seems a bit higher than before but inflation. The food is still good but I don’t come often due to the pricing.Authentic Taiwanese breakfast spot though!

It is priceless to find a northern Chinese breakfast place in this area. We definitely dont have one in NorCal. These items are all handmade. If anyone complains about price, go to a cheap American fastfood place instead!!@ 10AM on Thursday, the place is still 50% full and bakery items are nearly sold out. We bought nearly everything in sight plus more on the menu for our kids. And they are good. Will come back if we are back in this area.Photo shows nearly empty bakery shelves.

Not very impressed by their foods. Although they offer most of the popular Taiwanese breakfast items, the foods were mediocre. The soy milk was not very tasty and the basic scallion pancake was so oily that I can taste the oil in my mouth a few hours after breakfast. The Radish cake was supposed to be their specialty, but the inside fillings were a bit sour, didn’t taste like the ones in Taiwan. I haven’t try the other items, but so far the food here hasn’t enticed me for a return. I will just stick with next street’s JJ’s Taiwanese food for now.

This is small little Taiwanese breakfast restaurant. You go up to the cashier order your food (a little similar to Chick-for-a style), and they will delivery your food to your table.Ice sweet soy milk - not too sweet, watery, or think! Tasted perfect!Salty rice roll with pickle and fried egg - the Chinese donut is not crispy, and that was the only thing I am going to pick on.Potstickers - lack of flavor, but yet juicy and tender!Daikon cake - I thought of harsh brown when I was eating that. The texture was too hard and rough. It should be a little softer and with more Chinese sausage in it.Pork sandwich - it is decent. The pork belly was a little too dry.A lot of potential for improvement! Keep up the good work!

Good basic 小吃 (small bite) dishes. Not great, but not bad either. Lot of choices. Too many probably, because the gluttony to have a bit of everything kicks you into decision paralysis. Best to come with a large party of people so you can order lots of stuff or know what you want. The staff seems very overworked. On the day we visited, it was two young and industrious women who had to serve and clean up.Any criticism for Four Seas would be directed toward the customers. Many parents plant devices in front of their kids once they are seated with no regard for the device volume. Others talk loudly on their phone with speaker on. This is a place to grab something to eat and not a place to have a relaxing meal. Would do take out next time.Kudos to the staff for their good service in a challenging environment.

Favorite location. Too bad they close so early. Not cheap but theyre not stingy either. Love the savory soy milk, rice rolls, daikon cakes, and plum drink. The egg crepes could be better.

This place has the best green onion pastries. I am not a fan of their rice burrito, seems to be mostly rice and stingy on the fillings.

The lady who took my order was speaking to me in Mandarin, I told her I don’t understand, asked to speak English (they do have an English menu). She was very rude, yelling at me, what do I want? What? I want to make an order. I will never come back here again! Worse experience EVER!!!!!

This is the first breakfast place I went in LA. Totally spent around $60, but the taste is not as good as I thought. No need to come back again.
