Came here for a short stay on our way to Napa for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. From “hello” the customer service and attention to detail has been Stellar!!!! Josh the manager and the front desk team have been extremely helpful. Henry brought tea to my room, I wasn’t feeling well and he was so very kind and helpful. I really don’t want to leave, everyone has been amazing, helpful and friendly. Oh, and the Spa.. par excel-lance . This will be the venue for my “girls trip” real soon!!! Can’t leave out the valet team…. Smiles and great service as well!!
“Treat others how you like to be treated”Golden rule and mission statement of Four Seasons corporation.To start it off the entire stay at the property was estelar and out of this world. Beginning with pool and spa which I highly recommend for disconnecting and treating yourself to a true 5 star pampering experience.A major highlight was getting served by Jo as my pool server, a proper unique human being! She’s funny she’s energetic, and extremely charismatic. In general the entire pool team was always 2 steps ahead. If I got up to move an umbrella somebody would be there to help me out.At the gym, Rob made my day! I tried both the yoga and functional class. Upon realizing that nobody would show for group functional training, Rob personally trained me and was quick to adapt to my needs, wants, and fitness goals. Rob is a true gentleman with an extraordinary personality.Lastly at dinner we had the pleasure of dining at Candor and we were served by Eddie and assisted by a young lady whom was in training but I could not tell! Both Eddie and the girl were extremely hospitable, quick to give recommendations and exceptionally friendly and warm. I believe Eddie is from Puerto Rico and once we found this out he was connecting with my mother about the island, the beautiful beaches and culture as a whole.Lastly, Betty Flores (manager at Coin and candor). Met her at FS Costa Rica then she jumped to Beverly Wilshire and now she’s here! What an epic human being. Glad she is here supporting this team and continues to elevate herself and the rest of the people around her. I will be back because of her!20/10 on the entire experience, everyone mentioned above truly lived up to the golden rule, but what made it most spectacular is that they were able to shine through the corporate structure and share with my family and myself a bit of their unique selves.In my opinion that is what sets anybody working in service industry apart; doing your job to the best of your ability is one thing, but to have fun and let your genuine self be expressed in the little details is what will make you irreplaceable!Great job team!
My friend held their wedding at this venue, and the first day all of the guests arrived, multiple staff members told us that FREE guest parking was available at the parking structure. The event we went to was 3 days long and every day the gates to the parking lot were open, no ticket needed. During the final ceremony, again pull into the structure, gates open. When all of the wedding guests went to leave the gates were down. For obvious reasons none of us had a parking structure ticket. We all called the hotel to ask how to get out and they LECTURED each and every one of us about parking in the structure. I would have really enjoyed my experience at this hotel but the staff members were extremely rude, unprofessional and put a sour taste in all of our mouths regarding the venue.
I cant speak for the rooms as I am a Cali resident and only stopped by for an event that a friend was hosting. However, the place itself is just as beautiful and laid out as every other location around the world. This hotel has everything you need from a spa to an art museum, shopping, and restaurants. 🤎
During my five-day stay, my experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village was truly amazing. Situated in the picturesque Westlake, California, the hotel provided breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The meticulously maintained gardens and serene mountain vistas offered a much-needed retreat from the hectic pace of everyday life. As I leisurely explored the lush grounds and indulged in their spa facilities, I couldnt help but feel rejuvenated.One of the standout features of the hotel was its impeccable service, which is a hallmark of the Four Seasons brand. The staff members were consistently kind, attentive, and considerate, going above and beyond to cater to my every need.
Beautiful hotel, and so close to my destination! I reserved a small 2-bed room, but when I arrived, they had upgraded me to a huge suite because the 2-bed rooms had been sold out. Sam price, though! Needless to say, every thing was great - room service was on top of it, breakfast was wonderful, housekeeping was superior, and the hotel amenities were endless - pools, spa, steam room, whirlpool, exercise classes, etc. Melissa in the Spa gave me the best pedicure ever and was a total delight! The other guests were nice and it was a delightful vacation - I cant wait to go back! Highly recommended!
The Four Seasons Westlake is our home away from home in California when we don’t want to deal with the daily hustle and bustle of traffic daily in LA. Flawlessly amazing hotel, staff, and service as you’d expect from the Four Seasons brand. Consistent service every time! Love it here!!!
Very nice place enjoy the weekend and watch out for the gorillas in the bathtob but Santa come to visit me and the gorilla in the bath tub it was really nice and then we all chllid in the bath tub

My client recently held their wedding here and I cannot say enough great things! Nicole was absolutely AMAZING! She is incredibly organized, detailed and as professional as they come. She made my job as the wedding planner seamless and I could not have pulled off such a perfect day without her. Lance and the rest of the catering staff were also excellent and made the night go smoothly, what a great team! The client was extremely happy with the staff and their stay in the bridal suite. Wow! Speaking about personability! This place is so incredible! I had no idea there was even an art gallery over there too! Im telling you - the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely personable and professional! The hotel experience itself was absolutely magnificent! Their housekeeping are thieves . I took off an 18k diamond ring to wash my hair in the shower. We checked out, after one hour i called back, they said it wasn’t there. Thieves.
Beautiful place to stay. The service is excellent from checking in to the housekeeping to the valet. Rooms are very clean and modern.

Excellent service, beautiful lobby, clean and luxurious rooms. The room had a doorbell, which was a nice touch. When I picked up the phone in the room and hit the button for the front desk, a friendly person immediately picked up and referred to me by name before I had said anything, and asked how they could help me. This is the kind of service you hope for in a 5-star hotel and I was not disappointed. Will definitely return!
Wonderful service in all areas from the moment you call to reserve to the moment you leave. I had a special room request and Reese helped me to fulfill my request. We have the valet our Tesla and they charged it overnight while it was parked. When we ordered room service during our stay, Trevor helped us and made the service seamless from the ordering to the delivery of the order. When we left, Reese helped me again in taking care of everything. I really appreciate the impeccable care and kindness that was involved here in taking care of guests. Truly a wonderful experience and wonderful amenities but most of all, the best staff.

I wasnt feeling so well so one of the staff members helped me to my room! She was so sweet and kind! The service for sure was the highlight! Great waterfall too! Will definitely visit again!
Beautiful rooms, excellent sauna/ steam room facility, amazing gym, wonderful gardens. Food was absolutely incredible and room service was open late. Staff was catering and exceptional overall. There was a wedding on the front lawn when I was there and I was able to peek at it from my room. It was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and was fortunate to see it. All around great place.
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Westlake Village in Thousand Oaks is a high-end hotel 38 miles away from downtown Los Angeles.We visited here for its ambience and had a simple lunch. Please note certain dishes on the all-day menu are not available, e.g., Figs & Burrara, which will only be available after 3:00 p.m. We ordered a lobsters roll at $32, but Soft Shell Crab Sandwich at $28 came. We decided to keep it instead exchanging it to reduce the overhead for the hotel.All staffers we met are very friendly, especially two concierge staff who looked very professionally at the hotels front desk. As a result, we bought a gift card to spend at its restaurant for fun.
If you want to pay $800 to be in what looks like a parking lot near an abandoned office building overlooking the highway in a tiny room this is for you. Their bar is gross, looks like a bunch of adult college kids hanging out in a very unsophisticated room with no decor. Carpets are all dirty throughout hotel. Random seating again without any style, like a Ramada Inn. Hallways are drab, big and cold. The room didnt even have tissue a pen, paper, flowers nothing. Just things to buy. Staff was ok not so swift. They never followed up on several things and we had to ask several times and wait long periods. Me and my girlfriend were very unimpressed. Go to the Westlake village inn....
I must say we had a great time. The people who served us were nice and were attentive to each of our requests on the menu. Many thanks to our waiter Ben, for being so nice to my son and offering him milk. He was very helpful and friendly all the time.I must add that my grill avocado was delicious!We will be back soon!
Our stay was good. The hotel itself is lovely. Restaurants are sub par. The cafe has good quick breakfast items and snacks. Hotel room is clean, indoor pool experience was nice. Our family utilized the teen room- it’s supposed to be sanitized prior to reservation but there were tissues on the floor when we got there. Half of the arcade games do not work and it is confusing whether they use coins or not. Staff isn’t even sure if that’s the case. Attention from check in staff was appreciated. Might stay here again, it’s a nice area.
First time at a four seasons, great service and attention to individual detail. Nice change of pace from staying in West Hollywood. Great proximity to Malibu for work based trips.
Check-in was efficient, room was nice. My gripe was that there was a party with lots of very drunk and loud people on my floor from 2:30 am until 4:30 am. People were in the halls talking and laughing loudly for 2 hours. I called reception twice (3 am and 4 am) and they were definitely apologetic, but the noise didn’t stop. We had an early flight and I mentioned at check-out at 5:30 am, but the check-out staff showed zero empathy. They didn’t apologize but they did acknowledge the noise. I know it’s not their fault, but I would think they should try a bit harder to ensure that guests can sleep ok. Like perhaps have a no loud party policy after midnight?
The Four Seasons in Westlake is a magical place, especially during Christmas time! Upon arrival, the front desk lady was very nice and called me cute and fluffy. We were able to check in early and enjoy our room all day long. Someone came up and brought me a dog bed and dog bowls to eat and drink water from. I especially loved laying on the extremely comfy bed whole admiring the beautiful views of the mountains and waterfall that is on the hotel grounds. There is a great walkway that leads to a giant field of soft, green grass and I ran around it in circles at least 5 times. They also have poop bag stations in case mom runs out of bag. When we ordered room service I got a plate of bacon and it was delicious! I will definitely be staying here in the future. 5/5 paws!
Lovely luxury property with a strong front of house team, especially at the porte cochere. The rates range from surprisingly fair for the product to eye-watering, depending on demand. Pro tip: the pastries for sale in the cafe or available during events are absolute 🔥GAS🔥. If you dont treat yourself to a pastry during your stay, youve failed.
It’s been maybe a decade since I visited the Spa at 4 Seasons in Westlake Village.Yesterday I enjoyed a massage & accommodations .Everything was still the same, even updated & safe in Covid.The facilities are well appointed, the staff friendly & helpful. I was even given a guided tour.The massage was spot on, I was asked on the spot exactly what I wanted. I really liked that the massage room was open to the outside.It’s nice the spa has a client fill out a form prior to insure quality treatment!I recommend this facility for a perfect relaxing getaway from urban hectic life!
Fantastic and relaxing experience - would stay at this FS again. Rooms overlooking the waterfall are beautiful, room aesthetic is great and the spa facilities/classes/yoga must dos. C&C has great food.

All of my needs were taken care of. This is my favorite place to stay while on vacation. David at the front desk was especially attentive. I appreciated him taking care of us.
Absolute perfection from the minute we arrived to the minute we departed. Everything either met or exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful and relaxing. The spa was fantastic. The gym is very well done and events were well-run. This was the most relaxing hotel. My husband and I have stayed in many great hotels all over the world, and we have really only found true value in this one and the Kempinski in Munich. Every staff member was friendly bc accommodating. The coffee was delicious and they even had gluten free muffins! We will definitely be back.
They bought me a Lamborghini!!This hotel is absolutely amazing. Beautiful place, great food, but the staff is what makes it over 5 star.Besides the spectacular service they give you from every area starting right at valet and is continued the rest of the way through the complete hotel, I personally had an even more up and above experience.While staying at the hotel we rented a car and when I went outside to have the car pulled up from valet I joked with the staff saying that the car they just pulled up was wrong and my car is a Lamborghini. This amazing hotel staff member Erin picked up on my sarcasm immediately and for the next few days as we would see each other we joked back and forth that my car was missing etc.I check out of the hotel to relocate to another part of California for 4 days and re-checked in back to the Four Seasons to complete my trip. The night I checked back in to the hotel I received a knock on the door and the hotel Manager Dave is standing at the door and hands me a toy Lamborghini as well as 4 framed photos of the toy car in different locations all over the grounds of the hotel and a hand written note from Erin saying that they have located my Lamborghini. It was so sweet and thoughtful and funny and just up and above!
I love the coffee shop STIR. They have the best muffins and espresso. And everything else is also beautiful.Valentine’s Day 2023:Very disappointed.We wanted to have lunch. I ordered (supposedly!) from the Kids’ menu. The menu did Not specified it!!!! I liked it that’s why I ordered it.It says: $39.00 / person.The waiter said: you can’t order it, that’s just for kids ($39.00 / p) —- see picture of the VD SpecialI asked for the manager. We waited 5 mins or so. He never came to our table. We got angry and left.PS: the other side of the menu (for adults supposedly) $80.00 / p
Service very good!The robes in the rooms feel like sand paper and the towels not much better.Strange decor in the room. The headboard looked like a 70s disaster.Coin and Candor was delish and servers excellent.
We have visited this hotel many times. This will be our last visit. We LOVE Four Seasons!! This hotel is not a real FS and is manged by terrible people who fail to embrace the FS hospitality.Their failures and poor service are too numerous to count! This stay, we arrived at the pool to find what looked like throw up next to the loungers. There was a used peice of gum on top of our table. Nobody from FS had bothered to clean it up. Finally after an hour there, we had to ask an employee to clean the throw up. Their poolside lunch service was 80 minutes after we ordered. They forgot the salmon in the salad and that took another 20 minutes. Our children were passing out from waiting for a couple of simple kids cheeseburgers to arrive.After we went to our room, we ordered dinner at 8pm. They took 120 minutes to bring room service dinner for our family of four and kept lying that it would be there is 15 minutes... whereas they brought the order a full extra hour even after we had called to complain that it was already an hour late. Whats worse is FS still forgot 2/3 of our order, and then offered us a couple of cocktails to make up for their inexcusable blunders. Wed rather just have had our food ( 4 soups) on time and never accepted their offensive lets give you 2 free cocktails to forget weve screwed up all day.The kids/ teen lounge is unhygienic and not cleaned. Half of their video games are out of order, and their pool tables are full of long hair and debris. Their hand sanitizer was empty the whole stay, and was never even checked by FS. This hotel is not up to FS standards any step of the way.If youre expecting a FS seamless vacay, skip this terribly managed hotel. Its a stressful experience sure to make you feel unrelaxed and wanting to get a real FS hotel experience for your next getaway.The management is poor and needs a rehaul from the top down.
We stayed at the FS’s Westlake Village for our 5th year wedding anniversary, It was beautiful, clean, modern and tranquil; the staff were pleasant and professional. Our stay was going great until midway into our 6-night stay when the unthinkable happened and my bag (a Chanel Classic Wallet on Chain) went missing from our 1-bedroom suite.We had gone out to dinner on that night and asked for the room to be cleaned. Just before heading out, I had emptied out the contents of the stolen bag and swapped it for another. I left the bag right on the bench at the foot of the bed and rushed out of the room.On returning, my bag was nowhere to be found and I immediately suspected that the worst had happened. I searched and ransacked the entire suite all to no avail. My husband immediately reported to the hotel reception and security who promised to investigate and look into the matter. Two nights later and all their efforts proved futile… they claim there was no evidence of wrongdoing on the part of all concerned hotel staff.For the fear of losing anymore of our personal property we turned down housekeeping for the rest of our stay at the hotel. Sadly, we spent part of our last night at the Lost Hills Sheriffs station filing a formal report of the case (labelled grand theft).After a 6-night stay on what was otherwise a lovely vacation, I left without my bag (which was a birthday gift from my husband 3 years ago) and no resolution to the matter. It begs the question - how does such a reputable hotel not ensure the security of the property of its guests and how is it that its staff is not held to a higher ethical standard? They can obviously steal and abuse their privileges with zero consequences.Nearly a month later, after back and forth meetings, the insurance company representing the hotel denied any negligence and claimed there was no wrongdoing on the part of the hotel.If you do choose to stay at this lovely hotel, ensure all your personal property especially high-valued items are under lock and key or kept in a safe..
Gorgeous facilities and delicious food but security is a fail. Left my very expensive ionized hairdryer in the bathroom vanity. Departed Sunday and realized it when I unpacked the next day (monday) at my friends in OC. Spoke with front desk and they said the room had not yet been cleaned and they would investigate and contact me. 24 hours later no response. Called again, (tuesday), this time connecting with a security staff member. Same story, room had not yet been cleaned they would get back to me. I did receive a call back only to be offered sincere apologies. My hair dryer was not there. So what happened to it??? Youve been warned, triple check the room because in all likely hood you wont get anything left behind returned.
Such a nice hotel. Beautiful interior, lovely details in the rooms, and excellent service. The food was great too. There is a full service spa and pool, although I didnt have time to use them.
Beautiful hotel with luxury accommodations. The entire ambiance has a commitment to customer service. Everyone smiles and greets your warmly, you never hear the word no. The spa is fantastic and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the beds wonderful. There are excellent activities every night that include exercise classes, wine tastings, can and more. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying everything this place has to offer.
What a fantastic experience for our Christmas party! The way they decorated for our event was nice and it felt like a fairytale. Completely a wonderland experience. Servers were respectful and they never waited until you asked for something, they were always ready to serve. The food was a hit and miss. My steak was too over cooked, however my co withers was nice and moist. The chicken someone else she reported was well seasoned and moist. Again hit and miss. Would love to have an event here again.

This was a beautiful experience. The entire property and staff were absolutely fantastic. Amazing food in the restaurant and STIR the coffee shop was simply a pleasure.I especially loved texting with housekeeping. They check in frequently and respond to requests with lightening speed.I highly recommend this location for a weekend retreat, business conference or cozy get away.
I had heard great things about the Four Seasons Spa, but never expected the unbelievable experience I had yesterday during my first visit. My office is right up the road and I literally drive by this paradise nearly every day, hidden in plain sight off of Lindero Canyon in Westlake Village.My girlfriend and I went for the couples Connect with Nature massage. It was set in the gardens; in an absolutely breathtaking large greenhouse where Four Seasons cultivates herbs such as rosemary, mint, lavender, and others. These herbs were hand-picked and used in the oils for our massages. Privacy was not a concern, as the greenhouse was surrounded by bushes and the entrance was covered. The entire space was air conditioned and extremely peaceful.As far as masseuses go, I had Tanya, and my girlfriend had Michelle. I had recently sustained a back injury resulting in sciatica, and I made Tanya aware of this. She was genuinely concerned, and asked me a few questions to better understand how to approach the issue. Treatment commenced with stones and singing bowls, and the pressure was excellent throughout; I did not need to ask for any changes in pressure or technique at all. Tanya was even able to get my back to stretch in a manner that relieved my sciatica substantially.Once the treatment was complete, Tanya and Michelle hand-assembled teas that we had selected earlier and we enjoyed them just outside the entrance to the greenhouse on a small patio. The tea was delicious, and a thermos of hot water had been provided for us to refill. Bottled water was also provided. We lingered for a few minutes, still bathed in the relief of exemplary service and treatment, then retired to the spa to shower and relax.The spa facilities were voluminous and well-appointed. I was able to shower in a veritable car wash with a rain showerhead, hand shower, and side streams as well. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna briefly (it was already pretty hot out side) and then showered again and made for the pool.My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, snagging a spot in the shade and delighting in some appetizers and a hibiscus mule/ bloody Mary before hopping in the heated, saltwater pool to refresh. We made some friends in our little corner and enjoyed sandwiches for lunch.Once we had had enough sun, we retreated once more to the spa to relax in front of a large fountain with orchids set into it before showering again and leaving.We had spent about 8 hours in total there, and we felt thoroughly rejuvenated. If you are on the fence about booking here, let this be the hand that nudges you onto the right side!

The hotel has a curious location but an impressive feel once within the grounds. The Asian gardens, spa, game room, restaurant and bar are all quite nice. I love the staff and overall vibe as well. I love the new remodel and the rooms turned out very nice as well, hell even the carpets are impressive in this place!

My wife and I received a night at the Four Seasons as an anniversary gift. It was very nice. We were able to try out the different dining options as well as the spa. They even had a great live musician in the bar on Friday evening. Overall it was a very nice place to relax and spend some time.
Pretty nice place. Did our company New years party here and the staff had cash bars in the outside areas with a huge dining area and stage in the middle. They had casino tables out and we had a blast... Obviously this is event specific, though. Theres a lot of Japanese art pieces in the lobby and halls. Its very open and beautiful. The bathrooms are enormous and elegant.
Had a breakfast meeting at the restaurant off of the main entrance lobby. I noticed a coffee bar when I first entered through the main doors and a comfortable lounge area.The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and the atmosphere / ambience pleasant.They have valet parking or a ticketed self parking garage structure. 4 hours complimentary parking if you get a validation sticker from the restuarant.Beautiful grounds and other amenities available at this hotel/spa location.
This hotel truly exceeded every expectation I had. From the minute we arrive the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, that was the case all throughout the hotel. Service from all the staff we encountered was impeccable ! We loved the comfort of the rooms and the vibe of the hotel which really feels like a vacation spot ! We will back ASAP. One of the best four seasons properties I have ever stayed at !
Refreshing atmosphere and unique classic style. I liked the tall windows & bright room, large tub, and how spacious & well designed the bathroom was. I liked how they have the pool indoors but the rooftop has glasses and you can enjoy the sunshine while listening to the relaxing music. Excellent service.
Incredible couple of nights staying here for a week for a friend’s wedding. The service was amazing in particular from Meghan at the front desk. The room was very clean. We had food and drinks by the pool on the final day which were delicious. We would definitely stay here again!
I stayed in Feb. 2022 for a business trip and I loved this hotel. The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very nice. I also loved the mint water that they had available.
Wonderful caring staff who go the extra mile for you. The spa here is awesome! Its worth it to stay a few extra days. There is too much to do in a day. Indoor, and outdoor pools, Spa, Restaurants, Barber shop, prosperous penny bar is like a step back in time but with modern luxury. I can’t wait to go back. Hopefully soon!!
I have only used the health facilities here. No hotel stays yet. The women’s locker room is fully equipped and wonderfully staffed. I really like their enormous, two room, dry sauna. I had a great massage experience. The yoga class was very good. The spa-type food hit the mark.
This is a gorgeous hotel. My room here was lovely and the facilities were excellent. I enjoyed using the gym and the pool. When booking my room the staff went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. They put an extra fridge and a microwave in my room. A top class hotel.
Spent an evening here for my companies Christmas party. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was excellent and super professional. Our table never went long without refils on water and alcohol. Top notch. The food was delicious as well which made the night so much more memorable. Overall I had an extremely good time and would gladly come back in the future.
We had a Very good .As you check in everyone getting free ice cream.Indoor kids pool is good .Very Slow food service, at the pool or at the restaurant.The rooms are cleanish not what you can expect for four seasons brand .You right by the fwy .Kids games room available with lots of free activities
Our stay at the Four Seasons was one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had. The suite was well appointed and you can tell they pay close attention to small details. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were greeted with water bottles and smiles. 5 stars, would return.
I highly recommend everything at the Four Seasons. My husband and I frequently come here for the spa, food, and drinks. Super inviting, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The decor is breathtaking. The food and drinks are always top notch.
2021: I am adding to my review from 2019 as we just spent a few days here and the hotel is fully renovated. I did miss the elegance of the older hotel with its English country decor and crystal chandeliers. The new decor is very sleek and contemporary. They no longer welcome you with champagne and truffles because of COVID-19. There is no longer bottles of Fiji water but now you get their bottled water.2019: Phenomenal experience! The hotel is undergoing a major renovation and we arrived one day after the news restaurant opened. It appears that the old English country vibe is being replaced with a more modern and current atmosphere. We had amazing service as is expected at the Four Seasons and this hotel did not disappoint. Upon arrival we received champagne and chocolate truffle pops. Hannah is amazing! We had an out of this world spa experience (thank you Ellis!) and dinner was amazing! The Ember coffee cups maintained heat, Kombucha on tap, fresh baked goods, amazing drinks, amazing service!
This review is going directly to their staff. From the bellhops to the room service teams and cleaning staff. We coordinated a large event at a vineyard nearby which required a lot of last-minute adjustments. The valet team and their bellhops were simply the best we have ever experienced.In particular, if you visit the hotel ask for Rafael. He is always delighted to help going above and beyond every request no matter how small. His energy was so uplifting that even guests in attendance of our event specifically mentioned him when recalling their stories from the event- which wasnt even held at the hotel. Rafael will do whatever it takes to get it done or direct you to someone who can help.Its because of staff like Rafael that big corporations, such as this one, are able to gain the notoriety that they do. I felt they all deserve to be recognized. I recommend staying here if youre in town.
Exceptional staff, really loved my room and the pool. Had electric car plugs, but always in use, need more than four in this location. Bar area is good as are most of the common areas. Very impressed. Self-Parking is a little of a walk.
Have been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Kind, respectful staff. Clean, beautiful rooms. I recently had a few hiccups during my visit but I still cant complain. It must have been new employees who were training which is coming understandable. Will continue to go here and definitely recommend!
We stayed here two nights for a wedding. Everything is beautiful here, the rooms, the views, the koi pond/waterfall feature, and the outdoor pool and gardens. Great service, great food, everything you would expect from a four seasons. It also has one of the nicest spas Ive visited. My husband and I will likely be back just to relax and use the spa again.
Old infrastructure. Needs upgrades. Room overpriced. Restaurant as well. Bathroom with average supplies. Extremely comfortable bed. Nothing to do around, unless you need spa treatment.
Well, well, well. This place is FANCY. Yes, I realize it’s a Four Seasons and that by default, they’re going to be fancy but honestly the rooms made me feel like I was in a princess’ bedroom (those cabinets!!). But first...Let me preface by saying that I don’t have Four Seasons kind of money. I am not a part of that income bracket and I most likely never will be. I only got to stay there because my organization was hosting an event there. So I’m not a frequenter of five-star hotels or things like that and my bar is set pretty low in comparison so keep that in mind. ‘Cause to me, everything seemed so great!First off, the staff and service is beyond great. Oh my gosh, the people that work here are so nice and have such an attention to detail. It’s really next level. I would say they are constantly looking to go out of their way to make you feel at home but they’re not. I don’t think they want you to feel at home. They want you to feel like you’re a first-class lady that lives a first-class life every day because that’s just the norm for you. And for some of the visitors to the hotel, that is their norm. But for others, like me, that’s not. And not once did I ever feel like I didn’t get as good of service just because I wasn’t like most of the people staying there. I appreciated that. A lot of the time I was like “wow!” and “oh my gosh look at the reading lights above the bed!” I very clearly was not someone used to this level of service but they didn’t take short cuts ever.The beds. Oh Lordy are those beds comfortable! I would buy them for myself if I could ever afford to. And the comforters were dangerous. They were too comfy and it’s a genuine miracle I ever made it out of my room. If you use their app, you can set your room preferences in advance which is (I’m going to say it again) great. Also, something I appreciate was that I set my thermostat to the level I like (higher than most people) and they didn’t turn it back down when they came to flip the room. In my experience, most hotels will change it back to whatever their standard is which makes it too cold for me when I come back in. But not once did the Four Seasons change it back which means I was always perfectly comfortable in my room. I really appreciated that detail.Overall I really liked the decor. It’s an unusual fusion of Asian-inspired design and feminine Victorian-esque design. It’s interesting but it works surprisingly well.Location wise, it’s not a great place to be if you want to be out and about doing stuff. There’s some really yummy restaurants nearby (breakfast at CiCi’s is to die for) and a Target but not much else. But that’s not what this location is really for anyway. It’s really designed as a retreat-like health and wellness experience so, for that purpose, it’s exactly where it needs to be (surrounded by beautiful mountains). If you do need to go somewhere while you’re there, they do have a house car that will take you to and from any location within a 3-mile radius. But do keep in mind that if you need to get to and from LAX to your hotel quickly, this is NOT the place to stay. It took us an hour and a half to get from LAX to this hotel thanks to LA traffic.As a staff member of an organization holding an event there, I can say it was some of the best service we’ve ever had. We host five medium-sized events every year and I’ve had to deal with all sorts of varying hotel service quality. At this hotel though, everything they do they seem to do smoothly. They were always very responsive to our requests and quick to follow up. They treated our staff respectfully and pretty much gave us whatever we needed.Now I didn’t try the main reason why people visit: the spa. I didn’t try it because I couldn’t afford it. So I can’t give any feedback on it. Though, two of my coworkers went and said they had a fantastic experience.Overall, if you ever get the opportunity to stay here, take it. Even if it’s just for a night. It’s a lovely space with top-notch service and really friendly people. I highly recommend.
I had the opportunity to stay that this resort as a part of a business trip and I was thoroughly pleased with the service. The bellmen were prompt and inviting. And the front desk was courtesy and informative. The rooms and other amenities are nicely appointed with a lot of attention to detail. Needless to say, I cant wait to come back.
Nice hotel with a luxurious pool area. But dont expect the same level as other Four Seasons. Nice gaming area for kids which area made you feel as in a family owned German old countryside hotel. Average dining made us seek nearby nice restaurants for next days breakfast and dinner. Didnt respond to polish shoes put outside room door. Only three towels for four people. Seems to be small things, but it surprised me.
From check in I felt unbelievable service experience from front desk . “ room is not ready but if you pay $260 more top of $400- a night she will give me other suit room “ never expected the words from front desk as a 37yrs using 4season guest . Workers are young and having fun while working . I was expecting breath stopping politeness from 4 season but I felt like this is way worse than Marriott hotel . General manager maybe don’t care about what’s going on . I never want use this hotel again ....
Had a family wedding. Took a block of rooms and had 2 events at hotel. Staff is superb .Rooms were very nice. Comfy. Even though we spent little time there. Food actually quite good . Enjoyed everything about the place. Everyone from valet to front desk to bell staff to restaurant very very professional and kind .
Attended a luncheon of about 500 people. Everything was top notch.....exquisite, really. Wonderful service, delicious food, and a gorgeous setting. My only criticism is that my friend had a glass of red wine and I had club soda with juice. The tab was $18.00! I think thats excessive. With a tip thats over $20.00 for a glass of wine, and a non alcoholic beverage!
I was there when the hotel opened their annual blood drive to members of the public. Even though I was only there to join their employees to donate blood, they made sure I was well taken care of. They adjusted the thermostat setting, validated parking, and served delicious fresh baked cookies. Employees donating with me were friendly and nice.
This was an amazing hotel! The service was top notch. They catered to my every move! Upon arrival to the hotel the door was opened for me everytime. The lunch, dinner and desserts were the best I have ever had from a hotel. Their fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice was phenomenal!In the back there is a beautiful grass area with a Koi fish pond and waterfall. Spectacular! Everything was clean and comfortable! I cant even think of a negative review to leave. Everything was top notch and perfectly done. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a stress free experience! 5 stars for sure! Cozy and quaint area as well!
The hotel is stunning but I had an iPad stolen from my room by a member on the staff and no one at the hotel did anything to help with the situation. I realize they aren’t going to magically get my property back but instead they were dismissive, rude and bleeding on accusatory that I was lying. It felt backwards that such a proud hotel chain would treat a guest like that. The hotel looks great and the rooms are great but lock up your property or hide it and document your electronics I guess?
We were in town for a wedding and were pleasantly surprised to see that the Four Seasons had a better rate than the Hyatt wedding block.Ended up staying here and was not disappointed. Pool was awesome and even though we live in LA, wed gladly come back here just to have a getaway weekend to take advantage of the hotel facilities more.
The drinks at the bar are expensive, but really delicious. Service is top notch. The outside patio has some cozy little fire pits surrounded by comfy chairs. It wasnt crowded, so it was a pretty relaxed atmosphere.
I returned here for a second time in 5 years, and found everything to be still sparkling with a mixture of California spirit and English country house charm. This time my trip was a girlfriends weekend to indulge in spa services and pool lounging. My routine was 7am first guest in the door at the spa, where I usually had it all to myself for a peaceful 1/2 hour of mediation at the orchid waterfall, then 2.5 mile run through rose garden/fitness grounds, then breakfast, followed by lounging, followed by pool laps, then sangria and guacamole poolside....etc. etc. HEAVEN. The hotel is refurbishing its restaurants which was a disappointment but there are options in town, and can make do with a makeshift setup in art gallery space. Highly recommend this as a getaway. As with Four Seasons tradition, their staff was smart, helpful, and genuinely nice.
Beautiful property, friendly and courteous staff and rooms are absolutely gorgeous with deep soaking tubs to help make relaxing even easier. I cant enough about this hotel and the wonderful time we had. Also great for a staycation!
I spent a Spa day with a friend that was in town. The Four Seasons does an amazing job, we arrived at 9:00 in the morning and didnt leave until 6:00 at night.Started with a wonderful Deep Tissue Maggage then rested around the pool. Had a wonderful lunch then went into the sauna and just enjoyed the whole thing.Food was amazing and the staff around the pool couldnt have been nicer! They were always there to answer anything you needed and offer fresh water all day long. Beautiful job!! Wonderful day!!Thank you
Excellence at any Four Seasons facility is much more than surface deep. Every aspect has the full attention of the staff. Likewise, each staff member is looked after (I believe) by their management.Its good go enjoy the food, service, and ambience of the Four Seasons Hotel. Its better to go and see how dedicated and happy the employees seem to be, and try to figure out how it is that such a large organization is able to do so consistently.Definitely worth close and often looks.
I loved this hotel it’s so classy and has super friendly staff. They have an amazing gym even a weight lifter can use. There is a indoor and an outdoor pool as well. Really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing was the deli neat the front doors was a bit unreasonably priced.

This place is so nice. The hotel doesn’t look like anything special, but inside are beautiful rooms and hallways. Fantastic food and restaurants from sushi to an amazing buffet brunch. The service is amazing and makes me feel like I am a special person. They also make a mean martini!
Beautiful hotel and spa! The massage was amazing. Poolside had become a party place without the serenity. Poolside food needs help. Vegetarian salad had chunks of salmon in it and a fish bone. Poolside staff work hard. Get there early if you want to be by the pool.
I’m so disappointed I lost a Gucci waist bag in my room someone took it, a housekeeper probably off course, I am very sad About it. My husband told me it’s better to not complain to the manager they cannot do anything about it. I would like to let you guys know to be careful about leaving your belongings in your room that has value. My only cost me 1800 euros. I bought in Paris on one of our vacation. :(
Great spacious grounds and beautiful lobby. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. The rooms were clean and nice. No complaints at all. A very classy hotel, I will stay there again if Im staying in the area.
Had a great stay. We are east coasters and asked the pool staff about getting in n out burger. The pool area manager, Carlos, actual went to in n out for us and brought the food back. Really made for a special afternoon. Amazing service. Thank you!!!

The stay was great from the moment we walked in the door, being greeted by glasses of champagne and an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. Overall, amazing place to stay for any occasion.
We came to this property and stayed one night for a wedding we attended. The rooms and property are gorgeous and the customer service is amazing. Make sure to get full use of the spa and pool facility as it is extremely relaxing. Make sure to walk the grounds as well to check out the foliage and sculptures.
I visited the Four Seasons most recently to visit the spa and get a maternity massage. The service was amazing, as always. The poolside servers continually fill your water glasses and offer to bring food and drinks. The place is clean and well decorated. My only complaints were that it was extremely crowded by the pool and the maternity massage pillow that was supposed to let me lay face down wasnt supportive enough to keep me from laying on my belly. The pillow might have worked fora wider person, but since it only supports the side of your body, it was too wide for me. My masseuse was excellent though and tried very hard to make me comfortable.
Short overnight stay, basically ordered room service when we arrived and had the farmers market breakfast in the lobby after we woke up. Room service salmon and pasta were amazing. Beds were comfy enough, pillows a bit squishy for my liking, and sound came in through the hallway on the 7th floor. The best part of the breakfast were the omelettes and pastries. Staff were friendly as usual.
Luxury spa resort hotel. Quite close to the freeway but surprisingly quiet. Well run. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely double Q room. Window made the well-appointed bathroom very bright. Soaker tub as well as a large shower. Enclosed toilet is a nice touch.Quiet, powerful hairdryer. Long walk to the elevators.
First of all, the bathrooms were gorgeous. I felt like I was walking into a 5 star upscale hotel. They were clean and well kempt. The hotel enterance was nice and the valet was very quick with retrieving my car. The grand ball hall that I attended my wedding reception was big and well organized.
Moms…you’ll love this spa. I live in Oak Park nearby and have made this my go to. Initially I became a regular desperate for a maternity massage during the opening/closing/reopening/reclosing of so many spas and salons. I had no idea what a gem of a place this was. Brand recognition can obscure perceptions. This spa is as unique and special as their entire wellness department. (Yes a wellness department, look into it!) it’s unusually spacious for a spa, like a beautiful archaic and old athletic club or men’s bath house you’ve only seen in period pieces in films. This matters because it allows for a sense of place. You don’t feel as though you’ve checked in for a nail appt that you drop by and hit the road 45 mins later. With any spa service you book, you have access to they’re pool before or after where you can lounge, order food and drinks, or just chat with your girlfriends. A majority of the staff, including their masseuses and esthetician’s have been there for years. (Not a high turnover, heavily clientele based)PRO TIP: book a service on a Wednesday and you’ll receive the Wow-Me-Wednesday Prices. Make sure you mention that at that when booking your treatment
I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Westlake Village on several occasions on business travel. The rooms are spacious and everything about them feels luxurious. I’ve had many wonderful bubble baths in a Four Seasons Westlake Village room after a long day of work. The grounds are lovely, but I haven’t been able to fully enjoy the property because I’ve never stayed their for pleasure. I’ve eaten at Stir, Onyx and the Prosperous Penny. The sushi at Onyx was fantastic! Stir is great for a quick bit and a beverage. The hotel isn’t located in a resort area. It’s right in the heart of Westlake Village and near businesses and other hotels that cater to business travel. It’s a long Lyft drive from LAX, but a beautiful drive along the coast then up to Westlake Village. I hope to return there one day unrelated to work.
Visiting #FSWestlake is always the most warm, welcoming experience. While some visitors & only a couple staff may respond differently, it cant take from the overall existence that makes me think its how the works should be. Everyone is a VIP & treated as such. The grounds are impeccable, fragrant with floral aroma. The furnishings are the finest. The amenities are plentiful & outstanding. The spa & lounges relax you before youre even serviced. The food is awesome!

I attended a wedding here this weekend. What stood out here over other venues was the excellent service. They were very accommodating to my 20 month old daughters needs and my nut allergies. They checked all of the dishes I inquired about for nuts and made me special ones without nuts when needed. 5 star service.
Four seasons is the only global hotel i trust. every location offers something unique, but the quality of service and cleanliness is basically guaranteed by any four seasons in the world.i came to four seasons westlake village to heal from an extensive operation. the spa is absolutely beautiful, centered on buddhist art and an outdoor bagota. i received two massages as well as a reiki treatment that exceeded expectations. i needed a lot of extra help and accommodation this week in terms of my special diet, extra pillows and blankets, laundry service, and charging my EV for me. i will send an additional note to management thanking the staff for truly going above and beyond for me.
Very busy and crowded. Seems to have lost its elite allure status. Slow and incomplete room cleaning /turn down. Staff lacks attentiveness. (Why open a door when you can prop it open and chat with co workers) bar staff worried and focused on regulars. Management requiring new high dollar drinks made with maraschino cherry??!!can someone clean the elevator buttons?Staying at the suites next time.

I came to the Four Seasons for a few events related to a wedding, but I didnt actually stay there. The hotel itself is gorgeous with a huge waterfall in the back of the property. The interesting interior design was based around wood paneling, and a large proportion of the art was Asian-style. The Bar is a classy space that made me want to smoke a cigar with a glass of scotch. Parking is horrendously expensive for some reason (like $20+, even for self parking).
What can I say about the 4 Seasons Westlake Village, that hasnt already been said. Doesnt get any better in Los Angeles. Awesome grounds, rooms, amenities, and staff. Great bar. Elegance all around. I forgot a personal toiletry item and the charming young lady at the front desk provided me with a complimentary travel size of exactly what I needed. Thank you.
The Four Seasons treats all guests warmly even if you are there for an event. The hotel and the grounds are stellar. The food is delicious from their new coffee bar, the lobby lounge, and charity events I have attended.
Stopped by Stir Coffee House to do some work while passing through. They have an extremely friendly staff and great coffee. The decor throughout the whole hotel is quite beautiful and I imagine its a great one to stay at.
Visited the four Seasons on multiple occasions for work events and spa days. The spa is an awesome place to go to unwind and relax and the massage therapists are great. The grounds are very relaxing as well and the banquet rooms are perfect for large scale events.
May be one of the nicest hotels Ive been to. I stayed 2 nights. It was just a classy place, from the room, decor, outside, etc. Every single one from the staff, front desk, room service, the guys that open your door when you arrive were extremely pleasant and polite. I cant wait to return. Food was delish as well.

Quiet, polite, well mannered are only part of the overall pleasure lodging here for the night.The room is elegantly appointed, sparkling clean, and gentle toiletries are available.I rarely use them but maxe an exception this time and they were great.I defeniately recommend lodging at this hotel.
From the very moment we got there, the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, ready to help with everything. The room was nice and had a gorgeous view. I loved the facilities and the location was close enough to local shopping without taking away from the natural beauty of California.
We stayed overnight for a business trip in a Deluxe King with view of a waterfall. The room was impeccably clean and well laid out with no room for any complaints. Staff was exceedingly courteous and quickly resolved the only mix up we came across with no fuss or hassle (after checking out the card we were given to exit the parking lot was not activated, but a quick call for assistance at the exit during which we just needed to provide our room and name was all that was required).

We stayed at the Four Seasons Westlake Village while attending a wedding in Agoura Hills. The hotel was very nice, clean, well-appointed, and the staff were very helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and the coffee shop in the lobby was very good and convenient. The room and bed were comfortable.
Beautiful hotel, helpful and courtious outside staff. We went there for a meeting, not to stay.The way I entered the parking, as my navigation sent me, did not have clearly marked signs. I was confused until I saw someone I knew walking toward a big, beautiful building.I pre-ordered my meal. The wait-staff asked for my meal preference, I told him and showed him my preference receipt, and was then brought the wrong meal. I requested the meal I had ordered and was asked to again show my receipt of request. I had already put it away and, now with food on the table, did not want to cause a scene by digging around to pull it out again. I sucked it up. I asked for water without ice, it eventually came, after the meal was almost finished. The tables were so packed, there was no room for the addition. When we finished our plates, the staff did not clear them so we could enjoy the desserts sitting in the middle of the table. I reached over my dirty plates to get to the dessert and held my plate while I ate. Then stacked my plates with my neighbors to make room for them. It was just odd.The meeting was wonderful and the setting beautiful. I just expected more from the signage and service.
The children had the parks, grass area, and kids room to themselves! We took 5 bubble baths and ordered room service. The staff spoiled the children with gifts and lemonade. Perfect place to have a screen free break.
Worst experience I have ever had at a 5 star hotel. My credit card was demagnetized and the front desk told me that they could not accept my payment with out a credit card that swiped. I had 3 minutes to make it to the bank where I was issued a temporary bank card. When I got back to the hotel they said they must have a credit card with a name that matches the ID. You think that they would have told me that information before I left to go to the bank. This was my 10 year wedding anniversary and was spending $600 for one night. I asked to speak with a manger and he said that his bank issues him temporary bank cards with his name printed on the card!! What bank provides you with a temporary bank card with your name on it? I have never experienced this in my life. They have no sense of urgency in the most horrible customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life.
I was here for a wedding. The wedding was beautiful, the food tasted good, loved that there was an espresso bar, but the wait service lacked. Maybe I had very high expectations because I have only heard great things. But I was disappointed with the service, or rather the lack thereof.
The service is outstanding. I thought the world had lost its way since Covid. They apparently never did. There is not a thing they don’t pay close attention to. Thank you everyone. Hermine
Loved our stay here. Was worried about going to California with a 6 month old, but the hotel stay made it easy. The service was very friendly, accommodating and above-and-beyond while the renovated suite was comfortable and luxurious.
Rooms don’t include bottled water of any sort,so your drinking tap water and using that to prepare your own coffee, as there is NOcomplimentary coffee or water anywhere.If you want that you will need to pay for it atGreat for hotel revenue, and for guests.We have never been to a 4 star or for that matter 3 star hotel which did not providecomplimentary hot coffee, tea and some form of purified water.The furnishings are stained and dated. There are no cell phone charging devices in the rooms. There no complimentary slippers in the room. You have to request them to be delivered to your room, which most people won’t do. 5 star hotels should not lack these amenities.To make matters worse, we went out through outside the lobby doors, to walk around the grounds and look at the artificial waterfall,as suggested by the front desk check in.No way to get back in. The doors are locke from the outside with no directions as to how to get back in the lobby or to the street for that matter. When we informed the front desk staff,the woman there could not have been more rude. She told us we should known how to get back in. When we asked exactly how we should have known that she repeated herself in her very cold, impersonal manner.There are numerous 5 star or 4 star hotels in the area.
I was at the Four Seasons spa for a bachelorette party. The staff was nice enough to me but several of the girls complained that some of the staff were rude to them. We brought an entire table of desserts with us to enjoy throughout the day, I cluding a large cake that needed to stay in the fridge until it as ready to be eaten, and the pool staff were very helpful about helping us carry it all in and tote the cake back and forth from their fridge. I got the lavender milk and honey treatment and my treatment went over the allotted time. I appreciated that the therapist doing my treatment took her time, but towards the end when she noticed that she was running late she really rushed the rest of the massage, which made it considerably less relaxing. Generally it was a great experience.
We had the best service from the moment we pulled up to the moment we left. I loved the champagne and dark chocolate pops that were presented to us at reception. We are returning for sure to visit our Pepperdine college student! Its our new fav Hotel!
This is by far the best hotel Ive been to and worth 5 stars. Very clean polite and basically cater to your every need not to mention the fact that its owned by Bill Gates which means automatically nice. They have an arcade for kids a game area kids indoor pool and separate pool for adults a gorgeous waterfall its own shopping inside hotel a spa and so much more all within the hotel.. so nice and I reccomend to anyone who wanta a awsome hotel and can afford about roughly a 1000 a night . We had the suit which had 2 bathrooms a bedroom with a master bathroom that had a shower and a big jacuzzi tub that can easily fit 2 people. The suite had a separate living room with a TV in every room Including the bathroom. The room was amazing and loved everything about my visit except that it didnt have a fridge or anywhere to store food which at this hotel and ones this nice you dont do that you order there food which is awesome. On weekend they have buffet for breakfast for about 37 bucks per person and kids like half that which its worth every penny .there buffe is amazing and taste so good. So much selection and the chef brings the food to table if you order al a carte and ask you personally how is everything and you can send it back if its not how you like it. They even have there own coffee shop inside close by . Which is awsome as well. This hotel is simply the best hotel and luxury. Famous actors and celebrities stay in it all the time and I can see why. They treat you like your royalty even if your not famous or known. I didnt get paid for this review or compensated in any way. This is my honest personal review and I just stayed here from 8-3-2018 TILL 8-6-2018 so this is a fresh review with honest and personal experience and I would give it 10 stars if I could.. I felt like a celeberity and famous even though Im just a normal person but one day. The hotel overall is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and would be a great place for anyone to stay. Taking off one star because they closed the bar down and directed us to a very lackluster upper floor lounge area instead.
We always have the most exceptional experiences at Four Seasons Westlake Village. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We really enjoy Stir, their newest addition to their restaurant and dining options. Stir has a great vibe for coffee with a light menu, love the decor, trendy, very comfortable! Very unprofessional. Apparently its a diservice to all other guests for an employee to show me any part of the so called large hotel. Its my 1st time idk how big it is. Then they ask what did you expect to see etc. How would i even know what you have. The simple answer could have been tour by appointment only but no laughing in my face seemed more appropriate. Terrible first impression from a so called hotel.
Lobby Lounge dinner is better than you may think. Service was high-level. Meal was amazing. If you havent eat here you must try it. Awesome atmosphere.
No visit to LA is complete without passing through this hotel, however short your stay. Fine dining, friendly staff, awesome spa areas, beautiful rose garden, over the top gym facilities. Even if located north of Los Angeles at some 40 miles from downtown, its well worth the drive.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed for my cousins bachelorette party and it was a perfect hotel. We booked the Friday Fever package and it was fantastic Th Bar and The Lookout were great as well. The staff goes above and beyond and I am already looking for the next time we can come to this hotel.
The Sunday brunch at the Hamptons was beautiful. Sitting inside we had views of the waterfalls. The choices were amazing and the staff was always helpful and smiling.
Price was a little high, but we stayed for our first night as a married couple. Staff had a bottle of champagne and some strawberries waiting for us which was a nice touch. Room was very nice as well as hotel grounds

Two stars for the room - massive stains on the floor, doors constantly slamming in the hallway, loud neighbors. Three stars for room service - dinner was average at Best. Flat iron steak was weak. Quinoa bowl could not have been worse. Brocolli was excellent. The pinot Noir was pretty bad for $17/glass even after expecting it to be mediocre. Breakfast the next morning arrived lukewarm. We were especially disappointed with the planning around the winter wonderland breakfast. We brought our 16 month old, who did not sleep well, so we let him sleep until 7:45, only to find out that the breakfast we were looking forward to only ran for an hour and we were too late. Not cool. Overall, having stayed at many of your locations all over the country including many stays at your Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara locations, we left very disappointed. We will not be making the trip here again.
I came for a wedding, and the venue was beautiful. The staff was well organized and helpful in directing guests where they needed to be. They seemed to take great care with the proceedings.
Superb personalised service, large room, fantastic bathroom with a television and large bath. The beds are really comfy. Food all around is very good. The staff is exceptionally courteous. Very good experience.
The main ballroom was tastefully decorated and the catering was excellent. The cafe which closed before the event ended was very nicely laid out and accessable, and the cocktail hour was great with everyone being very friendly and the bartenders knowledgeable.

Exceptional service and rooms as immaculate as you can imagine.So much to do on the premise from restaurants, lounges and cafes, to a large outdoor garden, an arcade room, and so much more.That type of 60s retired-south Florida elegance that is expected, but done tastefully.

Seven girlfriends got together at the Sunday Painting event in the Wine Room. We called it a Painting Party and had So much FUN. Gail, the painting instructor, is Wonderful ~ making us feel welcome and relaxed. She guided us in the creation of our very own paintings to take home...while we drank exceptional wine, nibbled on tasty hors doeuvres and laughed a lot. Each painting was similar but all were as different as we are. The setting is casually upscale, bartenders are kind and helpful...overall a Top-Notch experience ~ Highly Recommended.
Beautiful Hotel. Lots of details to decor. Clean and comfortable rooms. Gardens are a good place to unwind and relax. Grass area in the gardens is a perfect place to do yoga.
The hotel is a tad outdated but very well maintained. Some cool spaces to check out like the restaurants and bars throughout. Spa is amazing plus outdoor pool with good selection of food and drink.
Im a regular visitor of this Four Seasons. I can say that we are very lucky to have this place closeby. Not only for the amazing accommodations, the great brunch and wonderful restaurant, bar but also for their seasonal events and even comedy specials! We take advantage of all their events. Many are great for kids!

Visited the concierge to inquire about the Sunday brunch. Girl at front was polite, helpful, and efficient. I ended up purchasing a gift card for the restaurant and everything was packaged beautifully. Wonderful customer service!
Such a beautiful place. Rooms were very spacious and everyone there was making sure we had everything we needed. Made me fill like I was in paradise. I am so relaxed hated to come home LOL
Not your typical four seasons stay. Our room had pieces of food scattered around the edge of the bed when we arrived. We were gone from our room the entire next day but housekeeping did not tend to our room. Children are not allowed in the outdoor pool. Not family friendly at all.
The accommodations are really wonderful. There is actual art in the hallways that a person can admire. The beds are truly great and the bathrooms offer a great time for soaking.
Went to the Four Seasons for a work celebration. We did cocktails + appetizers out on the deck and it was gorgeous. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
I visited the spa. I had a wonderful and relaxing massage. The people that work there were very friendly. A bit under-staffed though. Facility was clean and well decorated.
If you plan on being picked up from the hotel beware the valet is hostile towards your guests. Very bad experience in the front of the house and first person you deal with at the hotel. Its best to have your guest pick you up off the hotel property or stay at another hotel
I went into the bar for drinks before a wedding. The building is huge and the bar has a very elite feeling. Everything was clean and the bartender was top notch. Everything at this hotel is best in its industry

Disappointed! We came for a wedding and although our stay was lovely I will never go back! We checked out at 11am and were on the road for 10 minutes when I realized I left my garment bag with two brand new dresses in the closet. I immediately called the hotel! The gentleman assured me he would give me a call back and locate them. He called me around 5pm saying he had not located the dresses yet but would keep looking. He never called back. I called again a few weeks ago and was told I would get a call back and I have not received a call back. I am just shocked that a hotel like this would allow something like this to happen. So if you stay here DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND!

Attended an awards ceremony and was extremely impressed with the welcome by the staff. The valets are very personable and attentive. The dinner at the event was amazing.
From the moment you drive in to the valet, you can tell that youll be treated right. Everyone is very helpful and nice. If you keep left when you enter and go down the spiral stairs theres a game room. Need I say more? Coming again next year.

Sunday August 12th I was meeting some friends by the pool at the Four Seasons whom also had a room the night prior. I walked into the gentlemans locker room; locked my backpack and other belongings in one of the lockers. I made my way out to the pool and I lounged their from around 1pm to about 6pm. Everything was great, enjoying my day of rest and relaxation. As I decided it was time for me to get going to dinner, I went back into the locker room went to my locker and noticed it came open without me unlocking the 4 digit code I set prior. I thought that was interesting and I moved my backpack to a lower level locker and locked it while I went to the sauna and shower. As I got out of the shower I came back to my backpack to put my clothes on I noticed that one of my zippers was unzipped. Very rare that I leave my backpack unzipped. I also looked at the old locker which my backpack was in originally and noticed the wood on the inside of the locker had been busted. I usually keep my wallet in the front pocket of my backpack but thought I may have left it in the truck. As I was walking out past the receptionist desk I overheard somebody talking about belongings stolen from the locker room. I then realized I should check my bank accounts because if my wallet isnt in my truck then it was 100% stolen from the locker. The first account I checked there was a $930 charge from Nordstrom’s in Thousand Oaks at 5: 51pm Central Time. I immediately let the staff know that my wallet had been stolen just as the guest or members prior to mine. They put me in contact with head of security and we did a report. Come to find out that the thief also tried a transaction for $1, 287. 43 which got declined. As I was on the phone canceling my cards I asked the head of security if he can get me a meal. He said he cant help me with that. Now I am moneyless and hungry because of this inconvenient situation. I even checked my truck for money and no luck. You think that after my belongings had been stolen from the locker room; it would be a no-brainer that they would take care of their guests. Frustrated but still trying to cancel my cards I am hanging out around the facility using an outlet to charge my dying phone while I get these cards cancelled. I decided to leave so I can go get food and my truck is near empty. Normally I would go to the gas station and use my card but now I can not do that. Being a Sunday, I couldnt go to the bank and use a different source of identification to pull some money out. I had to go borrow some money to put gas in my tank and food in my stomach. After that was done Im headed to Lost Hills sheriff station to make a police report. By the time I got done there it was about 11pm. Now Monday in between my classes and clients I had to go to two different banks to try to get cards printed and mailed to me. Spend hours on the phone with the credit card companies reporting fraud, Nordstroms, the police department. Major inconvenience on a work day. Now Tuesday, I had to wait at the DMV for 5 hours to get my drivers license which was also in my wallet. Having to take time out of my work and busy training schedule. Monday morning I posted something on my Instagram with a short description of what happened to me Sunday evening. I got about 17 direct messages from friends and followers in shock about what happened. In my Polo wallet that was stolen there was about $300 cash, 2 debit card, 2 credit cards, numerous gift cards, drivers license, medical insurance card, and a few other cards. I managed to get the credit card that had been used reprinted but can not use it because the thief maxed the limit on it. It also is going to take a while for the bank to refund the money into my account. This whole week has been a headache because of what happened Sunday at the four seasons. As of yet Saturday, August 18th,I have heard nothing from the hotel management. It’s been almost a full week and I’m super frustrated with the hotel for not reaching out to me. Last time Ill go there.
Just might become a regular here. The level of service is unparalleled. The guest and staff are down to earth.The property is well maintained both indoors and out. This is a hidden gem for locals who just want to get away from a week.

Had a delicious coffee and latte at Stir, in their lobby. I would go back if I was in the area again, however the parking for the coffeeshop is only for 20 minutes so its not a place you can sit and stay at. We didnt get ant gelato, but they had gelato happy hour from 4-5pkm for buy one get one free.

I go here for my Mammograms. I cant imagine going for tests anywhere else. Renaissance Imaging resides here and their staff is first class. If you want to stay and play at their spa you will never regret it.
Absolutely a nice getaway location. They have recently gone through remodel project for the restaurant. The 3rd floor guestrooms were done. Very nice room, clean and comfortable.

Very pricey however worth the quality and architectural design inside. The sushi bars fish was very good, only issue was the did not have a sake sommelier was non existent which caused absolutely no hassles at all. Great place to get away and meet the mistress for a couple hours.. You must ask for cody2 before getting keys less than two minutes to get key the 2-3 hours Sunday thru Thursday keep in mind whether you are a mistress or a dudestress. You must only stay for 2 3 hours. You and the guy/girl will bright must be discrete or you are out-band from the program for 6 months. Wives\Husbands sleep drink champagne on Sunday brunches.

One of the most frightening and shocking experiences of my life. We have been repeat patrons of Four Seasons worldwide. We took refuge at the Westlake Village Four Seasons after the wildfire destroyed our home town of Malibu, and we lost just about everything but our precious and beloved little dogs.It was here at the Four Seasons Westlake Village that we were awakened from a sound sleep, insulted repeatedly and emotionally abused in our hotel rooms by the assistant director of rooms, Lizardo Uribe while the hotel manager stood by and allowed this freakish charade.The hotel manager added to our damages by signing and delivering a letter which memorialized the wild accusations of this employee.They literally awakened us, an elderly couple from a sound sleep, ganged up on us and ordered us to take our pets to the Barklay repeatedly, with no prior mention of any issues.In fact this was our return visit to this hotel to the same rooms, with the same pets where we had just spent three weeks; left for five star hotel in Santa Barbara for 10 days and returned to begin our Second five week stay in Westlake Village, since it is much more convenient to our fire damaged home in Malibu, where we need to frequently meet with contractors for the reconstruction.During all this time, no one contacted us with any issues with our pets or our rooms, and we had settled in for our five week stay six days earlier.It was an early morning “surprise attack” by this gang of hotel employees, led by the assistant director of rooms Lizardo Uribe. We vwere verbally assaulted and humiliated by their assistant rooms director Lizardo Uribe, while the hotel manager looked on and smirked and snickered as if he were enjoying the performance of the vile individual they hired for the position of assistant rooms director.Dehumanizing, abuse of an elderly couple who lost just about everything but their beloved little dogs in the wildfire. Being awakened and ordered to “remove the pets to the Barklay”. We opted to remove ourselves and our pets after this performance and Richard Pozkanzer memorialized the damages in the letter demanding that we leave the hotel within three hours their terrorizing us with absurd accusations and demands in within the privacy our hotel rooms which we had paid for.I will never patronize any Four Seaons Hotel in this world, and will never feel safe in a hotel again again after this traumatic and unfortunate experience. Literally shocking since this is the lowest of any of the Four Seasons we have ever patronized. Should be sold an renamed the Motel 6.
Wow I had no idea this place existed, it didnt feel like I was in Los Angeles at all. Super classy place, lots of bars and restaurants inside. Amazing spa. Went here for a girlfriends bday party. The service was also amazing.
I spent the day at the 4 seasons spa. It was amazing. Excellent service and wonderful facilities. Really enjoyed my spa pedicure and the Barre class I took.
I spent most of my time in the California Health & Longevity Institute, part of the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Villages campus. Its minutes from California 101 freeway, & ingress/egress is quick & easy. I plan to spend a little more time exploring the hotel property when I return in a few weeks.
Beautiful hotel on what used to be the Dole pineapple plantation. Beds and bedsheets were so comfortable! The coolest, crispest sheets. Big shower with a double shower head.

2023-10-24 17:02:33I went to Coin and Candor for drinks on Friday night. Typically, the service is good. I was with a group ~12, and C&C could not accommodate us. They, according to two managers, let us use the large lobby just steps from the C&C. When we asked for a server to order drinks we were told, no. When we politely asked why, they said, it was their rules. Perplex by the extreme lack of service oriented rules, we asked if it was because alcohol was outside of the restaurant. Their answer was no. The Four Seasons I have been accustomed to would always go out of their way to make a guests experiences and pleasant one. This was anything but pleasant. I will also note that they had no automated shoe shine, as they had in the past. Not sure I would call this Five Star.

2023-10-09 22:32:26Beautiful resort to celebrate a wedding. The waterfall ceremony makes for such a gorgeous backdrop. I love all the different areas you can go for portraits, like the rose garden, the curved stairway inside, the gazebo, and the Japanese garden. The rooms are also really perfect to get ready in beforehand. Plus have you been to the spa? Amazing! When Im not photographing weddings here I make it a point to come to the spa for a day of ultimate relaxation. This is the perfect resort for anyone wanting to have a luxurious wedding and then have all the amenities for a vacation before and afterwards!

Every single associate employed by your hotel was so accommodating and welcoming. Our family gets together all at once only a few times per year and the Four Seasons made it extra special. The hotel, like any other Four Seasons it’s clean, the personal is super helpful, parking is free, there are restaurants in the hotel, pool, kid’s amenities, and a beautiful garden. I’ll only give 4 starts for the services, but I mean for the food restaurant located at the entrance. They serve breakfast there and dinner. The food need improvement as well as the services and prices. The other restaurant, a sushi restaurant, it’s great and the sushi is fresh. Overall, while you around westlake city it worth to visit it or stay over night.

Amazing and modern furniture, no stains and even the bathroom felt very luxury. The overall hotel itself was amazing too; lobby felt very high end, new and modern. Loved the pool and gym which were super nice. Service is amazing too, the gentlemen at the door greet you and hold the door; along with great service when you check in. The four seasons is the definition of luxury and will come back again!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the valet as soon as you arrive to the housekeepers asking for service.We started our stay with a quick bite at Coin & Cander. Our server Ivan had great attention to detail with a wonderful personality and superb menu knowledge. Zack also had great attention to detail, clearing a plate off the table when it was finished without even having to ask or disturb us.David Fleicher had a great managerial presence while table touching and inquiring about our stay and being very welcoming.After our quick bite, we journey into the amazing area that is the spa. Such a gorgeous location and layout. With the mens & womens lockers seperate but meeting in the middle at a very gorgeous indoor bridge that gave access to the main waiting room and the pool. We were first greeted by Lilly who was so welcoming and had such a great personality.My wifes masseuse Nate and mine Mariyln were fantastic, checking in during the 30min massage to make sure the pressure and room were to our liking.We finished our night with fantastic dinner service back at Coin & Candor. The food was incredible and Tyler our server was FANTASTIC. GREAT menu knowledge being able to describe the dishes with mouth watering detail.We couldnt check out the next morning without going back to Coin & Candor. Such a great restaurant for all meal periods.Ashley for breakfast had such a warm and inviting personality with great attention to detail.I cant finish this review without giving a bog mention to Dylan King.He had such a wonderfully inviting managerial presence, knowing how to straddle the line perfectly of warm and inviting while professional and crisp. Such a true asset to the Four Seasons brand.Thank you Westlake for such a memorable experience for my wife Carly and I for our 5 year wedding anniversary. It was an absolute treat.

2023-08-13 22:14:02Wow! I have traveled A LOT and know hotels and resorts, but this was the best staff in the world! Their smiles were genuine, and every one of them was looking for ways to help. When I walked in and looked lost, someone came to me and immediately knew what I needed. It seemed like there was a line forming at the front desk, and immediately 3 staff showed up and happily took care of everyone. There was ALWAYS someone at the door with a welcoming smile, genuine, not painted-on like Disneyland.Really, really impressed!
