Fresh Fire Grill in Redding

My wife and I were passing through Redding and looking for a quick and fresh alternative to fast food. We randomly came across Fresh Fire Grill and thought wed check it out. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Expect to pay $12 to $15 per person (which in my opinion for the food we received was well worth it) for lunch. The menu was simple and easy to navigate. The Poke Tuna Fire Bowl I ordered was sooo tasty. My wife ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and enjoyed every bite. If youre in the area give Fresh Fire Grill a try for fresh, fast, delicious and well prepared food.

The California Chicken Salad is my new all time favorite salad! Avocado, tangy Asian slaw, diced cumbers, onions, tomatoes, salad and grilled chicken! Super fresh food and very clean dining. Mello music. Great stop down I-5!

Fresh and tasty as the name implies, I would recommend getting the small bowl as the big ball doesnt seem to have much more except for maybe a scoop of rice and a little more meat. Theyre exactly the same size bowl. The Asian taco was pretty darn good but the tortillas could have been steamed or cooked a little better as they were a little on the tough side. I saw a lot of people getting juices and I kind of wished I would have got one, but the water was fine at this time ;)The Korean short ribs were not nearly as tender as I had hoped for but.. Very tasty

Let me start by saying the food, amazing. Service, horrible. Every single time I call, I get put on hold and forgotten about, if they even answer at all. I called twice no answer, the third time I was hung up on, the fourth time I was put on hold and there was no answer even by the time I drove there! RUDE!! Almost every cashier is not happy to be there, its sad. Such great food but the service has me thinking about finding another place. Dave if youre reading this, your staff is bringing your amazing establishment down 😕

Tried it for the first time and really loved the food. I dont like spicy but I finished my bowl because it was so good.We paid extra for pineapple on one bowl and didnt get pineapple, and paid extra for avacado on another bowl and didnt get the avacado. The owner fixed it quickly, so that was awesome.Very good service and food. Highly recommended.

We got the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Bowl & Korean BBQ Bowl & it was a highlight of our trip. I didnt want the Asian slaw so they let me substitute it for cucumber slices. The regular size was hard to finish, they really fill the bowl up. So disappointed there arent any SoCal locations.

Five stars for Fresh Fire Grill! Though Ive never set foot in the restaurant, I feel like Ive been there 100 times, thanks to DoorDash. The Korean BBQ? Its nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Every time I order, the flavors dance on my tastebuds, and Im transported to a flavor paradise. Their consistency, taste, and delivery service make it an easy choice for any night in. If you havent tried Fresh Fire Grill, especially the Korean BBQ, youre missing out!

My favorite place to eat in Redding now. The poke bowl was beyond my expectations Im looking forward to trying their other bowls and variety of sides. Also love the super friendly vibes and great music choices.

Perfect stop on our road trip. We just couldn’t eat another hamburger and fries. Fresh! Healthy! Clean bathroom!

I ordered a California salad. The dressing portion was very small. One definitely need to ask for another. Although the food was great there was a pool of water in the bottom of the bowl when I finished. Would have preferred a dryer salad.
