What an awesome place!!! Went in to grab a fresh lunch to go and was instantly drawn into the vibe of this place!!! So hip and inviting!! Was able to meet the owners who are super kind and warm! Now to the food!!! Absolutely delicious!!! I had their signature Earthy Bowl with grilled tofu, sweet potatoes and more!!! It was so good! I also had their fresh jamaica juice with fresh pineapple 🍍 so yummy!! Fresh N Go a hidden treasure in Escondido!!! Try it out!!!

Really enjoyed this place. Great veggie good options in addition to many non veggie protein options. Buddha bowl with tofu was very well made and tasted great. If I were to critique Id have liked it to be spicier even than the habanero sauce that was really pretty mild. But it did have great flavor. Ill definitely be going back to try other menu items. The staff were very friendly and even gave me a free fruit drink for Fathers Day! Way above the call!

This food is fresh and delicious! The meat is hot and tender weather you have chicken lamb or steak. I have tried the Miami and the Mediterranean bowl! Both fantastic! So healthy and so good. Make sure to grab a hibuscus tea and a mango tart you will love it! Simple fresh perfection!

Decided to support a new local business for Earth Day and #FreshNgo did not disappoint! I ordered online and my order was ready before I even pulled out of my driveway. The staff was very friendly and the decor inside is super cute / earthy with lots of plants. I sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather - tables were clean & comfortable and had little plants for centerpieces. My Buddha bowl was delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try out more of the menu. Perfect choice for Earth Day!

Good, clean food! Sweet staff, adorable atmosphere, but seriously the FOOD! Its so delicious and nourishing. If youre gluten free and/or vegan, you cant go wrong here. (I found this place on Seed Oil Scout, and no seed oils are used, which I love!)

Tl;dr: happy this place is here, I’m rocking with the aesthetic inside. I got the Buddha Bowl with garlic cilantro sauce. Filling, satisfying, and quick-The quality of the food was enjoyable! Happy that as someone who eats plant based was able to enjoy both hot sweet potato and grilled tofu with the bowl I ordered and veggies were fresh and crisp! Everything part of my bowl had good portions and it actually filled me up as someone who is normally a bottomless pit which is a big plus for me.Happy this place is up and running. There is a lot of open space with available seating, perfect for a quick bite with friends or alone. The designing of the interior and colors are complimentary to the food available and the atmosphere that is established is welcoming.I’m always kinda lost when it comes to these kinds of eateries which is a big reason why I don’t eat at these kinds of places but the gal inside (Justice I believe ) helped guide me; a newbie to what’s available and I felt confident with what I ended up ordering and I’m happy knowing I can also build a bowl to my preference. Promptly destroyed it on my lunch break with the majority of my time left to do whatever I want which is big for me.I look forward to trying out their other options and their juices. Grateful I have a spot I can enjoy food around here on lunch breaks that can be considered healthy.

I am a big fan of Rubios, Chipotle y Poki Poki bowls, but this place is like all in one!!I make my own bowl, and it was really tasty, the meat and chicken were delicious, they tasted like home made food, the sauces were amazing and you can feel the freshness of the ingredients! Also the atmosphere is really nice!! So glad I visit them and I can’t wait to come back!

The food here is excellent and healthy. I’m partial to the wraps, which are very customizable and delicious. The bowls are equally enjoyable, though a bit pricey all things considered. The interior is incredible and a great place to eat, though it is rarely occupied by many people dining.

Friendly staff, clean establishment, and delicious food. We stopped on a road trip to San Diego and are so happy to have a quick, delicious, and safe option to eat. We tried the Miami bowl and an adapted Mexican Bowl and were pleased with both. Our favorite ingredient were the plantains included in the Miami bowl. There were plenty of nearby public parking lots and the area was walkable. Highly recommend.

I ordered the ahi poke bowl and strawberry hibiscus tea. Such fresh and flavorful food, not many restaurants produce food that leave you feeling energized and motivated. Very happy and excited to be able to support this small business for my community! Definitely will go again.

What a gem! The food was delicious, variety of healthy options. Also quick, so perfect to grab in between meetings or during lunch breaks. I ordered the Buddha bowl & one of their teas of the day and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. This inside is such a vibe, very boho chic with several plants that just make you happy :) Overall, will be a returning customer.

The ladies who work here are so kind and the atmosphere is really nice! You can select a bowl from their menu or select your own - it is weight based if you make your own but they will help you stay around your budget. MUCH healthier options than pretty much anything else around. Highly recommend trying them out!

This place is delicious! Super healthy, filling food and such a cool vibe in their restaurant. I got the salmon bowl and loved all the sauces! It’s pretty expensive (but what isn’t these days). The girls that work there are super nice! Recommend trying it for a healthy, good quality food option.

I love this place. It is extremely refreshing to have a place in Escondido that serves everything fresh with vegan options. I am obsessed with their strawberry hibiscus drink. Also the ambiance is refreshing too. When you walk into the restaurant it is so relaxing.

Great atmosphere! Food was delicious and amazing service!! Love that there’s an option for anybody, healthy fresh and such a vibe. I can see myself relaxing and getting some work done alone or coming in for a great hang out place with good food! Can’t wait to see what else they come out with, because with the great food, good people, meditation mondays, meal prep Sundays, and book club and live music and fun treats they have from time to time is AMAZING and they’re just getting started 👏🏻🥳🥳

Food was ok. This review is on the service. Whoever the lady was on March 17th, on a Friday at 1:45pm discriminated us. ( Mexican, born and raised in Escondido) She was ONLY welcoming to those she wanted to be. Since the owner here claims here to take their “customer service extremely serious.”I forgot to add jalapeños and asked her if it was okay to add on and she was visually UPSET. I’m not sure why, because we NEVER ended up getting the jalapeños. LOL! . I’m not sure what she has against us. I think it’s rather rude to exclude customers when you run a public company. First anddd last time trying this place. It’s unfortunate we had to give our hard worked money to a company who discriminates. It’s crazy escondido still has these types of people, not sure if it’s because it’s a business plastered in the middle of downtown. I think the company itself needs to strive for INCLUSION. From the few reviews I see, you won’t do well in business if you can’t bother being nice to the same people who give your company money.Update since owner replied.
