What a great sandwich! Made fresh so it takes 10 minutes but it was so delicious. I wish I had tried this place sooner!The sauce on the sandwich was delicious as well.The fries were meh. Wouldve been better if they were crispy.Overall great local spot with some nice outdoor seating too.

Prices are a little high but the food was good. I got a number one, minus the sauce and pickle. I also added onions to mine though I barely noticed them. The honeydew drink was amazing. I know its just honeydew syrup in 7up or whatever. But it was super yummy. I sampled my husbands fries and they were weird but that might be because of the oil they use. The onion rings are battered, not breaded so just not my preference and my husband said they were probably frozen. He had gotten the teriyaki burger and his only complaint was it needed more teriyaki which is a personal preference. My son got the kids burger and it was a pretty decent size but it cost the same as an adult chicken sandwich so whats the point of the kids meal? It didnt even come with fries. The chicken was yummy and the bun was good. No complaints on my sandwich. The environment was nice and quiet for a Friday and the person at the front was really nice.

Was looking forward to trying this place based on some of the reviews. My opinion, grab a chicken sandwich from somewhere else.The food is not bad, but it’s nothing special either. Flavor of the chicken is bland. Fries are cooked well, but the seasoning is not on point.Menu is simple - chicken sandwich (plain/with cheese/with ham and cheese), bulgogi burger or fried chicken.Not in a hurry to go back unless the flavoring improves.

Korean fried chicken made at your order is the best fried chicken. If you hadnt tried it you cant say youre a fried chicken fan. Its very hot to the touch but freshly crispy outside and juicy tender in meat. The two sauces they make are very good too. French fries the best ever due to its Korea seasonings. Dont care for the bulgogi burger as its nothing special, but fried chicken burger is very popular!

The chicken tenderloins are hot and tasty! I really enjoyed the BBQ dipping sauce with the tenders. The service is a little slow, but the staff is friendly and helpful!

Fresh Tray exceeded my expectations. My friend, a local, brought me here and I was blown away by the simple deliciousness that this family owned restaurant had to offer. For my first visit, I enjoyed a cheese chicken sandwich, which more than just hit the spot. The chicken was fried perfectly, tender, crispy, balanced with the cheese and fresh condiments. The onion cheese powder added that extra kick, too! Ill be back as soon as possible. Enjoy a Fresh Tray!

The food is really good, well prepared. They serve it piping hot. The fries have a crunchy coating and are already flavored. Today, they apologized because it got busy suddenly, and they skipped over my order of chicken wings. Along with the honest apology, they handed me a fries and a drink! Now THATS how you win loyalty. Most places will give lame excuses the chicken flew away b.s. These folks spoke the truth, and handed me free stuff. Awesome. There is some outside seating. Place is nice, cool and comfortable. Recent Korean immigrants.

I used to go to Moms Touch all the time when I lived in South Korea, so I was quite excited to hear the very first American branch was coming here to Concord. I had high expectations and it did not disappoint! The menu is very simply laid out with 3 burger options, a few chicken options (great for sharing), as well as some other miscellaneous rice and salad dishes. They have a variety of sauces and spices you can sprinkle on your fries, burgers, chicken, or whatever you like. I highly recommend their sweet and hot sauce. It is very reminiscent of Korean yangnyeom sauce. Ive come here a few times already and Im enjoying it more than ever!

I was here last night to get my son some chicken and fries. I asked the staff member there about ingredients for the batter.She pulled out a folder to look at what was in each recipe.My kids have food allergies and seeing this at a place to eat is truly great. You dont know how much people dont know and then theres an allergic reaction!------------------------------------------Besides that, the Food was great!- fries were seasoned and crispy.- Popcorn chicken was perfect and not dry.- 10 min waiting time- clean place and bathroom.- Price was about right!

Food was tasty and hot, really good strawberry drinks. I got popcorn chicken super good 8/10. A bit pricey I thinks they should bring down prices, people will come here more often. They have an outside dine-in area, In public on the sidewalk and still have a no smoking or vaping sign, I thing it’s pretty dumb and what got this review 2 stars. If your outside in public it should be ok. I understand if you’re inside but outside no.

Having eaten there and take out the food is best eaten there.Take out: The sandwich was still crispy and jucy and the fries were crispy when I got home. As for the popcorn chicken it was a bit dry but the spicy dipping sauce more than made up for it.Dine-in: I had great service when ordering and they were loud enough for me to hear when my order was ready. It was easy enough for my to see that the chicken they were preparing was not frozen and was also able to them put the breading on and fry it. The 15 min wait for the chicken is more than worth it imho.

Nice Korean-family owned clean restaurant with friendly service. But, be warned that they make everything fresh and dont keep chicken under a heat map so expect to wait about 10 minutes for your order. The menu here are like In-N-Out, few items but very clear on what they serve.The chicken here are the starts and its amazing. The fried Chicken Sandwich (at $5.25 is a bargain) was tender and juicy. The fried chicken drumstick (and fried chicken wings) was done to perfection and not overly crisp or hard from over frying. The flavor was spot on.. not too powerful but enough to bring out the taste.Their fries and onion rings are standard food service quality but they were cooked just right. But, the sauces seemed out of place as they were on the watery side, so getting this on the burger aint happening, and dipping fries or onion rings just made it soggy (they do have the regular ketchup and ranch sauce).Although this is a fried chicken place, I think serving some vegetables will enhance the dining experience, perhaps roast corn, green beans, fresh coleslaw or even some Kimchi.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and french fries. The chicken was perfectly crispy and had hints of Cajun seasoning. The fries were also very crispy and seasoned as well. They just opened so they definitely have some kinks to work out on the line for pace and efficiency. There was a long line and wait to order and I waited about 10 minutes for my food. Overall, very delicious.

I love this place. I live in San Jose but I try to go here when I visit family in Concord. The chicken is delicious and their sandwiches are enormous! Its slightly spicy but dont let that stop you from trying it. Its so good, the place is really new and clean, and the employees are super nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Great tasting chicken sandwiches here for a good price. Itll fill you up more than a Chic-Fil-A sandwich and tastes better too. Ive also had one of the fruit drinks (musk melon I think?) and it was a great treat to go with the sandwich. The service wasnt to slow either, which is good because they make everything to order (no fried chicken lying under a heat lamp for hours).

Wow. I live downtown and was walking around this morning with my wife when we decided to stop in and check out this new place.We were both totally blown away. This is now my favorite restaurant in downtown Concord!! I had the popcorn chicken, chicken tenderloins, and onion rings. My wife got the terrayki chicken plate. They were all INCREDIBLE.Tender, tasty, and the sauce options are phenomenal. The prices are also excellent. Im a big guy (~240lbs) and for about $7 I can get enough delicious chicken to completely fill me up.We will definitely be coming back here a LOT. Wow.

Dont forget to order their Fries, and be sure you try their various kind of sauces.Remember, Moms Touch is not Fast Food, you need to wait at least 15 minutues for your food but you wont regret the waiting!!Whenever friends come to visit, we will bring them there to try this very first Moms Touch chick and burger franchise restaurant from South Korea in the USA. Cant afford to eat there daily (money and health) but will try to be there in every possible occasions.

Chicken tenders very crunchy. Thats the good news. Key stars removed for 1) the texture of the chicken. Just... interestingly this side of rubbery. 2) There was a real shortage of sauce choices - just two. For example, the mozzarella sticks had no ranch or marinara, just the same bbq sauce as the tenders. What? Its a prime location but a surprisingly limited menu. Add to that, the chicken wasnt interesting enough to finish, and... we wont be back. We were surprised at the good reviews on yelp.

This is a nice place to eat! My kids love eating outside on the patio and the shaky foods like the popcorn chicken, the fries, the mozzarella sticks, & onion rings. They have 4 dipping sauces; ketchup, BBQ, ranch, & a sweet & spicy that I am obbsessed with. The honey dew soda is our favorite.Everything is cooked fresh to order and is beautiful when you get it. So tasty too!I recommend for a nice casual meal with the family or with friends.

First time here their service was superb, since they were busy they told us in advance it was gonna take some rime. I can honestly say their food was delicious 😋 I had Moms Chicken Burger it was juicy and the crust was nice and crunchy, my son had Moms Bulgogi Burger (I tasted his) and the meat was juicy and tasty... Ordered the beef over rice and salad and a 2 piece drum sticks.with a small drink came out to $19.99. 2 drum sticks were 2 drum sticks, that is OK. but main dish Beef, over rice and salad, was beyond shy in the beef department. I mean literally the beef in this BEEF over rice dish was a few small shaving of beef in an onion syrupy goo. I mean like if you peeled potato skin really thin and narrow, that was the size of beef peices in the food. there were about 8 of them, maybe. I mean were is the BEEF. I am certain both my dishes cost them less than $2.
