What can I say about this place. Besides that fact that as a child, I never liked Chinese food yet if in the mood for Chinese food, I would drive myself all the way to Fresh Wok. I have been eating at this place for quite a long time, and for the most part, until I find another Chinese place, this is it. This place is just like your regular Chinese place as the atmosphere goes. The prices are worth the amount of food you receive. Now, lets get down to the food review. Well, I would recommend just about anything on this menu it wont go wrong. My favorite would have to be the 3 plate entrée that consists of steemed rice, teriyaki chicken, BBQ chicken, and mushroom chicken. I used to get the BBQ pork, yet Im not eating pork anymore there for I will get the BBQ chicken.

This is my go Chinese food. We usually do take out. Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, spicy chicken, egg rolls and the chow mein are some of our favorites. Its also a great option for party trays of food

I ordered a one item combo with fried rice and bbq pork. The serving is huge and the taste is just as expected but the pork is not as tender. For the price of $5.99 it is still a deal when you miss some Chinese fastfood. The place has a line inside as usual but people are corteous, wear masks, and maintain social distancing.

Customer service is bad. Ladies are rude, 1 in particular, I asked for her name and she started talking inher language, and ignored what I was trying to ask. And continued being very rude to everyone. I hope the owner is reading these messages. Cstomers are the reason why you are in business ensure your employees are kind and respectful at a minimum professional to their customers regardless of their language barrier you can at least try and pay attention to your customers needs. Customers dont owe you anything were bringing you business never forget that.

Way over priced for the amount and taste of the good. I just wanted to try a different spot. Big mistake the orange chicken was so bland I know chicken inside the shell, I dont know but theres an ingredient that they dont put in it it might be the duck sauce Im not sure. The rice didnt have any egg in it barely any vegetables. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken that was good. And also the jalapeno chicken that was also good. I ordered my kids three bowls of the orange chicken and it came out to about $35. The orange chicken was crunchy I guess and very unsavory. Everything else was okay. The servers were very robotic and constantly speaking theyre native language which is fine but I had a feeling they were talking about me and what I was ordering because I asked to put more vegetables in it and she complained in her own language not cool.

Do not eat from here. I found a egg shell in my shrimp fried rice. My “chicken” didnt taste like chicken at all. Tasted like something else very odd. I regurgitated everything 5-10 minutes later. Again DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE DISGUSTING

Fresh and clean Chinese food express! Average customer service for express. Got a plate white rice, chowmein, spicy orange chicken, jalapeño chicken…. A bowl half rice and chowmein with beef broccoli… 2 egg roll and boba…. Everything was great in addition to get everything for just $24. Will be going again! Definitely recommend! 5/5

Just discovered this gem, best Chinese place Ive found in the city of Fontana. The chow mein isnt overly greasy like in other places & there is a huge selection of entrees. Since this spot is pretty popular you can be rest assured that the food you are eating is fresh it isnt just sitting around for hours on end. Overall great experience here! 😄👍🏻

If I could give this restaurant a negative rating. There is a huge bias when they create their plates for people of color. Huge disparity between between the African American plates that were made and people that were non African American. When it was pointed out all of a sudden none of the staff spoke or understood English. Even a Latin gentleman spoke up. They staff just stood there acting clueless. That is not the way to do business. All customers should be Is treated equally.

This has been my go to place for Chinese food for a number of years now, food is always kept fresh by the cooks, and of course food is so delicious. Servers always give a good serving per plate. Orange chicken is personal fave, but potato chicken, back pepper chicken, BBQ pork, teriyaki chicken are my other faves. Come down and sample their food, you wont be disappointed. Service is fast, whether you fine in or take out, you wont be left hungry.

Ive been here twice ordering through Uber eats and both experiences Ive been given a super bad attitude by the people here, even tho it says my order was ready to pick up through the app I get there and show them my order through the app and theyre barley preparing it after its been already like 20 minutes plus the time it took to get there, but to then be given an attitude like that just makes it that much worse of an experience, food is good but I will not be coming back here because of that

I came here for the first time because I was tired of WabaGrill and wanted to try something different. The people are friendly and nice and the place is clean. Social distancing protocols are followed. The food smelled and looked mouthwatering fantastic. When I got home to eat, I was disappointed at the flavor. Or rather lack thereof. Each dish tasted the same. There was no distinction between one thing and another. Also the noodles had an after taste that was odd. I cant really describe it, but I got tired of eating it after a while and let most of my food go to waste. It may have just been a fluke that day or something.

I thought I was going to a place better than China cooks, based on reviews. The food was fresh but I was unimpressed with their orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and teriyaki chicken. If your looking for flavor go to China cook, their food is actually enjoyable to eat. They have spicy options as well which is probably what I should’ve gotten instead of the regular orange and beef broccoli.

A doordash experience: After waiting for like a 30 minutes My dasher made the mistake of picking up a pizza and not my chinese food(not sure how that happens but whatever lol) I reordered again through the dash app but my order must have been sitting there for what i wanna say a while hour. I wish they wouldve at least exchanged my egg roll and made a fresh thai tea for me. When i got my order finally, my eggroll was not crunchy like usual and my tea felt like it was room temperature. Second time I have been here. First time it was good and cooked perfect, had Teriyaki Chicken and Orange chicken then. This time not so good. Got enough for the family. Teriyaki Chicken, Orange Chicken, sweet and sour pork, bbq pork. Unfortunately I all the meat was way over cooked or had been sitting out too long. It was all tough and chewy and dry. Who orders only meat???Now about the orange chicken... I bought deep fried something?? It looked wonderful. Not one piece had any sign of moisture. This was beyond over cooked. If it werent for the orange sauce, you could not stab it with a fork. They cooked it so dry and crunchy, I had trouble seeing, there were tiny pieces of chicken inside??? Orange chicken was good but not the best ive ever tasted. They forgot to put teriyaki on the teriyaki chicken we ordered.. But I guess i should have asked for some on the side as well. Overall it was okay. I wont be coming back because I have a certain expectation in taste for my Chinese food but Im sure others will like it. &&& they only give sirachi packets not containers to go and they arent good so id recommend taking the sirachi bottle they have and filling up some containers to go.

The worst thing about Chinese food in U.S. is that its usually U.S. version. That is the opposite situation for Fresh Wok. They do not have oily greasy food the way most Chinese restaurants do in California. All ingredients are fresh, my girlfriend and I are vegan and every time so far weve ordered it was rice and fresh veggies with tofu which they make to order and just choose a sauce. Healthy vegan/vegetarian is clearly available and of course meat is around and good according to friends. We have been back many times and will continue to do so. If you hate how most Chinese restaurants are super greasy this place is a rare commodity.

Ive been trying to be somewhat healthy while eatinnlg on my work lunch breaks, so today I got a one item combo bowl. Instead Of rice or chow mein I asked for steamed veggies. The vegetables seemed fresh and cooked to order. There were mushrooms,greenbeans, cabbage, carrots and green peppers. Such a good variety! I also opted for the teriaki chicken with sauce on the side. The chicken isnt greasy or too fatty which was nice. The restauraunt is clean and all of the other entree options looked really good as well. Ive also had the spicy orange chicken which I would also reccommend.
