Fu Restaurant in Walnut

This new restaurant replaced the old Jaspers Cafe with new decorations and revised menu. The food is authentic Taiwanese dishes. Inside looks very clean, food well prepared and waitress (very nice lady) speaks fluent English/ Cantonese. Her Mandarin has an accent but no problem communicating. I definitely recommend those that craves Taiwanese cuisine to eat here.

Came in on a Friday night, food is very authentic.We ordered some fish, chicken and potatoes.Very good to share with friends, the portion of the food is good, the restaurant looks very clean.The service is fast, all the food comes in less than 20 mins.

I love the 酸菜Fish the most! As well as the 番茄炒蛋 and Shanghai Rib. The waitress is super kind and the food is affordable. Will come back again !

Tbh this the most tasteful Taiwanese food I’ve ever had in town! The food is absolutely top-tier! Would definitely recommend House Special Chicken and Beef Stew Noodle.

First time to this restaurant, recommend by a friend, the fish is good and the service is great.

They anticipated my needs without being intrusive, and their friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. The fish-flavored eggplant was a revelation, with perfectly cooked eggplant slices in a flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness and spice. A vegetarian option that even meat lovers like myself cant resist.

The red braised beef noodles brought me back to my youth, with tender meat and rich, savory broth that warmed me from the inside out. A comforting dish thats perfect for a chilly evening.

We had a really good dining experience here, food is tasty with fair price. I would highly recommend ppl to try!
