My wife and I asked for Extra Sause and Instead of the customer always being RIGHT... the guy behind the counter said NO No Ño... really we cannot get extra sauce on our food. Guy told me 5 dollars.. what a joke

Everything is Flavorless. Dry chicken he re heated left over chicken.. 18$ for shrimp and Chicken with no drink. & he doesn’t give you much. The teraki sauce is basically water. No flavor or color. I regret buying and will never come back. Can’t wait to see this one out of business soon.

I think is my last time eating here, after work I came here to eat hoping satisfy my hunger, thats why I get the teriyaki chiken plate double chiken and soda and the portions decreased enormously, is not worth to pay abot 11.50I edit from 5 to 1 stars my review because after the combo special is decreasing in portions and went from 8.50 dlls to 10.25 in few monts. At this rate is better to eat in panda for better portions and free drink refills

This place should be closed by now, all you get is rice and macaroni plate with a little chicken or meat on top. Test horrible, they should close it because the customer service is zero, my wife ordered and they made mistake and instead of fixing the man behind the counter yelled at her, I was with the kids she didn’t say anything until we got home, I said the food is horrible we wasn’t lucky today and she said they made mistake ( she asked for chicken and beef and they made it all chicken and they refused to fix it, terribly rude. I think the man behind the counter is the owner and he is very rude, after I read most of the reviews it seems it is common complaint about that place, I don’t know if I called if I will get real customer service or should I go to city food department, please if you experience same thing write something to let people know how this place is ashamed to be in big mall like that. Try yourself although I wouldn’t recommend order every thing at once, get one plate and see if you like it. I am hundred percent sure you will trash it and they will not refund you.

Kinda sad that a lot of people are giving them a bad reviews but my family and I have been regular on this store. Their teriyaki is rly good as theyre cooked fresh compared to other teriyaki places. I also never heard about them increasing a charge of extra sauce. I do know if you bring your plate and ask them nicely, theyll happily do so. They also expanded their menus as well so its quite an experience for them to grow and add new items on the menu.

Price is a little on the high side but its tasty. From what I know Japanese people have a strong personality. So they come out as strong to make a sale. Maybe thats why they have low ratings. Food is cooked in front of you. Looks organized and clean.

Did not eat here just pointing out for Google. I have heard its good. Growing the maps picture archives.Have since eaten at Fuji Japan.Hence the pics of shrimp and chicken.......its not like Im sneaking up behind people and snagged pics of their food. That would be....... Actually kind of a fun challenge.But no, I did not in this particular situation take a pic of other peoples food. I bought and ate that delicious shrimp and chicken meal teriyaki style. It was pretty good and the staff are warm and friendly. Plus the free samples made me stop and grab some of their food.Any ways the best food Ive had.... AT the Westminster mall so far.

I come here to treat myself after a workout. The food is cooked right in front of me and I love it! They always give me a generous amount too. I see all the negative reviews and I come here anyway because my experience has always been pleasant.They do cook with a lot of oil though, so I dont recommend eating here every day..

They bait you with a delicious free sample, then cook your food fresh right in front of you. Its so good but unlike other places, you actually see how much oil is used. They have a loyalty program but the foods already inexpensive to begin with.

I don’t know why everyone is giving this place such a terrible review! If you enjoy well cooked food and great customer service well then this place is for you! The workers are always so kind to my family and I. They are also very respectful to all of their customers. Don’t let these bad reviews think badly of this food place I have been here lots of times and everything works out great! The food is hot and fresh and the workers are very friendly and welcoming.

They have really good food and better price then everyone else at the mall, but they take 30 min or more to get orders out. Thats too slow for a fast food place, they should put food on the grill after taking a order instead of taking 3 or 4 orders and THEN they put the food on which takes 30 min to cook. Thats not as efficient as they seem to think. So thats the only thing they they need to improve on.

Not worth it!!! Got their Special Combo #4. Nothing Special, spent over 12 bucks for the same meal at Panda Express for 8 bucks. RIPOFF!! ps took to long to get my order it gave me time to look around. They need a serious cleaning, from dust, grease and trash where they store their free sample skrews( pasta noodles). Health inspector would definitely get them if it keeps up.

Consistent over the years that Ive been going - theyve been here over five years, and along with the Mongolian BBQ, Orange Julius, and Charlies Philly Steak, theyre the reliable anchor eats. These are all always the same.The Chinese cooks here have also been here for years as well. You know everything will be made exactly the same way day in and day out because they never change cook staff.I usually go for the chicken+shrimp teriyaki on rice combo. Always delicious - juicy and soft chicken with flavorful sauce, and the shrimp isnt overcooked and equally delicious. The usual side of cabbage/carrot slice/etc is decent in taste. Rice is made well, no complaints. Overall, enough to stuff you for lunch of you try to finish it all, but better to keep some leftovers for later.Decent $8-10 pricing (depending on which combo you order), and in line with the combo pricing at Panda Express here in this food court (starts at $8 for a two item there). They always hand out the free loyalty card, so eat a few times and get one meal free.Except the vegetables, which need time to cook, all of the main meats and such are made to order. None of that silly Panda thing where you know that almost empty bowl of whatever has been sitting there the past hour.One of my favorites for Americanized Asian fast food for this style of combo.They can make Americanized sushi rolls to order. Better than supermarket shelved sushi, obviously not amazing. But decent for mall food.They can be friendly and get to know you - if you speak up, say hi, come a few times like me, the mall cleaning staff, or other regulars. Yes, theyre much more fluent in Chinese, but you can manage with English or some Spanish. Otherwise, they stick to getting the food cooked. Do tell them how much sauce you want - they can adjust and add extra sauce, or even no sauce (meats will still have marinade in them).

Owner is kind of mean. Had the worst shrimp tempura roll, Ive ever had. It was literally just a shrimp tempura wrapped in rice. Ive been to enough sushi places to see that they can do more to that will than just two ingredients. Oh and $6 for four pieces? Yea, not again.

If i had to give this place a negative zero i would. This place is so horrible. Customer service was bad. The cashier man rolled his eyes at me because i couldnt understand him and yelled at me what do you want !! . i went next door instead where customer service was beautiful and the food was also very well delicious. Ive hear bad things about this place. But thankfully i didnt give them my service. Food looked nasty too...

Awesome food and value someone on Yelp mentioned Panda gives more and is a better value WTF did I just hear that Panda is a better value. Panda is overpriced especially for what you get yes the service is slow because they are cooking it on demand so you know its fresh? Wow what a concept.
