2023-11-19 08:48:07Five stars is not even enough to rate. Period.Their food are amazingly awesome. I highly recommend dining in instead. Their chefs are a real deal. Their ingredients are specifically picked and hand-made in their kitchen.Dont punch me for releasing one of your sercert menu items. 😋 It is called Chocolate powder French toast in Hong Kong style it is a long name btw, but it will give you OMFG surprise. It could be a limited menu item. Make sure to call in to check and/or reserve.I will definitely try everything there.

2023-09-02 04:39:19Great ramen shop. I absolutely love Fujirama ramen shop in Dublin, California! Their ramen is super tasty, and we highly recommend trying the thin noodles. Wonderful and crispy chicken karaage. Their sauce is the boss! Its our go-to spot for delicious ramen in town. 😊🍜

2023-11-11 04:28:52Really enjoyed eating here. Ramen was excellent. Good clean broth. Meat prepared to perfection, each piece charred and melts in your mouth. Just delicious. The service was superb. Thanks for a great experience out. New regular for sure.

2023-07-23 21:40:02As someone who has had Ramen from all around the world, the Ramen served at Fujiwara is very tasty, especially for the East Bay Area. As most good Ramen shops, or most better restaurants for that matter, the menu is focused so that the quality is consistently high. This is not a con, but a choice. Some of the other Ramen chains in the area ... cough cough ... Ramen 101, are just terrible. Fujiawara restored my love of Ramen while living in the East Bay, and highly recommend checking them out. Broth tends to be heavier on the Bonnito, which I love, but be aware. Fantastic :) ... off I go to get a bowl of Shoyu!

2023-05-27 03:57:34I ordered the Fujiwara ramen. This place was so good. I had lowered expectations because of all the franchise ramen places I’ve been to. However, the broth of this ramen was exceptional. I couldn’t taste any msg or other flavor enhancers unlike many other ramen places. The broth was simple and savory. I would definitely visit again.

2023-02-13 18:45:25Delicious Ramen | Super Nice staff | Quick Service | Great PriceWe ordered Spicy Ramen & Black Garlic Ramen - both were delicious, perfect temperature, smooth consistency, and well-cooked!The staff was also super courteous, attentive, quick, and answered all our questions. All this at a great price! This is one of our go-to places for ramen in the East Bay now. Also, we wanted to try their desserts (at just $3.50!) but unfortunately, they were out.

2022-08-31 17:58:37Good ramen where you can choose thin or thick noodle. Karaage is yummy. The tonkotsu soup 🍲 is on the light side. Not very rich. Overall they are good.

2022-05-07 00:17:21The FoodIve found this place, Fujiwara (Ramen) a while back, and have been meaning to try it. Finally got a chance to do so after hiking with a friend. I originally wanted to get their Kuro Tonkotsu (Black Garlic) ramen, but got their Fujiwara instead. Wanted to get the standard ramen to set a baseline, and probably come back for the Kuro Tonkotsu. The ramen comes in a bonito broth, but is tonkotsu style because it is richer. It is a good broth that is not simple bonito broth, but with added flavor. The toppings are pretty standard with cha-shu, tamago, dried nori, etc.. The noodle is the traditional, slightly thick, wavy type of ramen, it was good. We also ordered Chicken Kara-age as an appetizer. I felt the kara-age was only slightly crispy and not very crunchy, but the flavor was not bad.The MiscellaneousFujiwara is inside a shopping plaza, on the first floor, which wasnt too hard to find. There is also a decent amount of parking available within the plaza as well. The interior of the restaurant is interesting. It has a center bar area with seating around the side. The center has a display of sake overhead. They have a good, standard selection of food and drinks on the menu. But it is not overwhelming with too much selection. The prices were reasonable. Their employees are sincere, and provide good service. I would come back and try their other selection if the chance permits. If you are seeking ramen, this is not a bad place to try.

2022-06-14 20:55:00Food was great! Service nice.Negatives:- ”We only have one chicken breast left”!? Middle of the day?! So, had to order something else for the kids.- Raman 101 (Nearby in Pleasanton) has more options like Unagi on Rice.We might go back but the kids might over rule because of the above things.
