Best ramen in the Richmond! Great prices, large portions, and friendly service from this family-owned shop. Also $1 beer and free ice cream?! Amazing. The chicken karage and Fuku tonkatsu black garlic are favorites.
Ramen was delicious. I had the vegan option. My friends had the Chicken/Pork and they loved it. Great service. I plan to go back more often.
Some people liked the place, but we found it very mediocre. The ramen was very tasteless. I might continue to look for something better.
First time here and noddle was a different taste then what Im custom too. Food was delicious and washed it down with desert.
Highly recommend this ramen shop! The prices are hard to beat. Im vegetarian and sometimes veggie ramens feel like an afterthought, but here the vegan ramen has a lot of flavor and toppings.
Fuku Black Garlic Tonkotsu was great. Not too strong on the garlic flavors, but just enough too add that good funk to the broth. Super good bowl. Happy this place opened in the neighborhood!

Amazing Ramen! Amazing Service! They have taken good care of me and my girlfriend each time weve gone, seating inside once and take-out a few times since, always accommodating and friendly. The spicy garlic was my favorite so far, I think it helped cure a cold I was coming down with! Couldnt recommend enough 🔥
Wonderful ramen restaurant. The ramen is flavorful, good portions and reasonably priced! The owner/waiter is always really friendly and kind as well. Space is large so theres never a wait.

We stopped by here for dinner last week. The place is new and clean and the staff was so nice. We tried all three type of ramens from the menu, and all three have incredibly tasty pork broth! The staff told us that it takes 15 hours to prep the broth! The noodles have nice texture, and we also love the pork sliced just right, melt into the mouth. My kids also enjoyed the chicken karage very much. Price is reasonable compare to other ramen places in Japantown. Well definitely will come back before it gets too popular :).

The space is a little bare still but the food was great and very pleasant service. The Ika Geso Karaage was cooked perfectly. The red garlic ramen was the right amount of spicy. Will definitely come back for a bowl.
New Ramen spot in the Rich. Clean and large table tops for dining in served with warm smiles. The tenkotsu is top notch, and I finally pivoted to the black garlic version which delivered in a big way. Also, the chicken Karaage with the sauce was heroic. I had to order extra sauce. Great spot
We saw this new place on Clement St and loved the idea of a local ramen house. We were warmly greeted and seated. The room is modern and still a bit sparse. Waiting for some art for the walls. The menu was the right size. We got some gyoza for the kid, and two ramen- one classic and one red garlic. The server suggested the Fuku style and my son opted for that. Its the works with all the toppings. Eggs, corn, etc. The broth in the classic was rich and flavorful. Could have been served a bit warmer, but I like to dig right in and didnt mind. The pork slices were tender and tasty. Washed it down with a Japanese Calico soda. We look forward to coming back and recommend you try it soon.

There were already a few tables taken, but still plenty of seating left.The interior is a little dark inside, but the light above the table doesnt make the menu or your food difficult to see. If anything, it makes dining with your party more intimate. They have chill japanese music playing in the background, but its not loud where you need to yell. Lastly, the walls are bare, so hopefully theyll get decor or a mural over time.The menu is very simple and straightforward. We ended up ordering an order of the chicken karage, classic tonkatsu ramen, and the Fuku red garlic tonkatsu ramen.The karage was solid. The chicken was juicy and the dipping sauce had great flavor. My husband wished it was slightly more crispy, but mentioned he would rather have a juicy piece of chicken thats slightly crunchy over a dry extra crunchy piece of chicken.I got the classic tonkatsu ramen while my husband got the Fuku red garlic tonkatsu ramen. The classic represents its name very well. Its a well done simple ramen that will satisfy your ramen craving without having to pay almost $20 for a bowl. My husband said the Fuku red garlic tonkatsu was also really good. The spice was just right - spicy, but not overpowering and had a nice kick. The Fuku not only had the egg, but fungi as well, on top of the original toppings. So youre not just paying for the egg.We eventually found out the owner, DeYung, was the staff that greeted us and took our order. He was very friendly and fun to talk to.Overall, its nice to have a solid, inexpensive ramen restaurant in the Richmond district. Itll definitely satisfy the cravings we get when we dont want to wait at Marufuku or travel to Ramen Nagi. Its also nice to support a small, local business.

Ordered the fuku chicken karaage ramen since it comes with the additional toppings mushroom and soft egg, as well as some gyoza. They’re currently running a promotion at the time of this review for a 1 dollar beer which was a nice addition! Will definitely come back again 😋

A few months ago I was happy to come in to find an expanded menu offering some additional non-ramen goodies to help keep my belly happy! Much love to this place for offering good spicy and non-spicy ramen dishes. I save the spicy for the foggy Richmond nights. Enjoy a cold beer and good eats here at appropriate/affordable prices.
