Fulton pho is great!Their broth, noodles, and pho is great.Staff were so kind and attentive.
We had the Fulton House Pho and the smoked brisket pho. Both were absolutely delicious. The broth had good flavor, and we had enough for leftovers (we got the large sizes).

Best broth in town. Staff is very nice; seems to be a family owned establishment but dont takemy word for it, thats just the vibe they gave, which eas very warm and welcoming overall. Again though, I just gotta talk about their broth. Its not that same boullion you get at 1000 hoa viet places and down the coast. It has a deliciously smokey umami flavor to it, which was added to by the smoked brisket they offer as a meat (10/10 recommend for bbq lovers) and overall I pick this spot as my current favorite pho in sacramento, no contest.
Lovely new pho place in Arden! Broth was on point, service was quick. Price fair.They seem to take food safety seriously, no rare steak. It seemed like the beansprout garnish were given a quick blanch which I approve of!
Update: Came back to have the vegetarian pho, and it was good! Perfect for a rainy day. No tofu, but appreciated the fresh veggies with veg broth, very clean and tasty. Thank you for keeping your word and adding it to the menu. I updated my review to 4 stars but for whatever reason its not taking. Im leaving the original review to show other restaurants in Sacramento that having vegetarian options is important.Dont like the 3 TVs in the dining area though.Original review:really NO vegetarian pho?!potential customer lost.prices are high compared to literally any other, people can do research.
Very good Pho. Super basic, but they have some exciting beef options. I got the chicken and the Broth was excellent and veggies were super fresh. This will be my new fav spot. The most exciting thing: staff told me Banh Mi is coming next week! Yaaaay! I am so excited that I will be able to get Banh Mi in the north!!!

If youre a real pho lover, you will really appreciate the broth here. Perfectly balanced broth. In addition to the tasty liquid, they serve a healthy serving of meat with the right amount of noodles to compliment. No frills, amazing pho spot. Fulton Pho just gained another regular customer!
Soooo good! Recommend any of the beef pho - broth is clear and delicious! Also the Thai Green iced tea- complex floral yumminess!

This place is VERY delicious... They stick to the basics and they make it with love... They have shrimp egg rolls that are amazing... Their fried shrimp dumplings were so favorable... The pho was delicious... The kids size was perfect for the kids... I had a small seafood combo pho with wontons so good .. hubby had a large beef combo and he devoured it... This place didnt disappoint at all... Stop by and give them a try... EVERYTHING is made with love and we will be back!!!

2024-02-15 21:35:10I had the pleasure of trying out this place today. They have only been open for 3 weeks so I was expecting to run into issues but none were found. I ordered the combo pho which was fantastic. The broth was light with a very fresh aroma that came from it. The broth itself was really good. The meats were tender and delicious. Overall i left full and happy. I will return and try other items next time!

2024-01-30 20:44:00Went to try out this new pho restaurant. My husband ordered the house special (L) and I ordered the dry pho (S) along with a coke and a one coffee latte. The size difference was not very noticeable. Because there was an active food safety inspection I was told my Ube latte will be late. I never received it even after finishing my meal. Lack of condiments for pho and broth was ok. Meat was very tender however. Wouldn’t be my first choice for future pho dining but everyone have their own tastes.

2024-02-11 02:26:54Great pho! Clean and rich tasting broth and meat. P1 comes with a huge beef rib and everything else you could want, a very substantial meal. Dry soup bowl with chicken was tasty too. There is a veg option on the menu. Good condiments, fun assortment of drinks, we will definitely be back.These are super friendly people running a clean restaurant that obviously care. Awesome to have seriously good pho here on the north side of town.

2024-03-08 04:06:35Their pho is excellent and included a large rib bone with the most tasty, delicate meat. The other meats were extremely soft and flavorful. The broth was temperature hot and wonderful. The tables are served with two types of homemade chili sauces. My wife is Vietnamese and said as good as in her home country. 5 star, hands down.
