I recently dined at Fusion 2 Any 1 Sushi & Roll in Diamond Bar, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. Our server was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, which is why I vowed for 3 stars. I ordered the Udon Soup with California Rolls, and my wife opted for the 3 Rolls Sushi. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment as the sushi was not as fresh as expected. She ate maybe about half and was grossed out. Additionally, the plates on our table were a little dirty, which was off-putting. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.The most concerning part of our visit was that my wife ended up with food poisoning, which we suspect was due to the sushis freshness issue. This was a significant letdown and left us with an overall negative impression of the restaurant. While our servers outstanding service stood out, the hygiene and food quality concerns are major areas that need improvement to make dining at Fusion 2 Any 1 Sushi & Roll a more enjoyable and safe experience.We definitely wont be coming back here.

5/5 stars!!! My husband and I went there tonight and it was a great experience! We were seated immediately and they accommodated us with a high chair. They checked in with us frequently and the food was brought to us pretty fast!The snowcorn and monster roll were delicious! The mixed tempura and miso soup tasted good! We would definitely try more items next time! The service was amazing! Seems like a family business and the owner was so friendly. We had a great time! And there wasnt any loud music so our toddler enjoyed having his snacks while we ate! Highly recommended!!

The food is bomb, bomb. The owner is such a cool guy, and he sometimes gives all the woman flowers on Fridays. All the staff are very nice and attentive. I love this place! I recommend 100%.

This is an amazing sushi restaurant. Larger than most any sushi restaurant Ive ever been in, but the staff is very quick and attentive. They have all you can eat and they have a la carte. Sometimes all-you-can-eat means lower-grade, but that is not the case here. Every roll that came out looked beautiful, tasted fresh and was excellent. There are a lot of happy hour values as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody whos close to it. And if youre far, get it delivered!

Just ordered 4 sushi rolls last night. Very delicious as always. Friendly service when I went to pick up my order. Side salad is very good, I do wish I asked for extra salad dressing. The kids enjoyed the California rolls. My family and I will continue to get our sushi from here.

The restaurant has a lot of seating both at the bar and at the tables. For lunch, this place is not very crowded which works in our favor seeing how we have a one hour lunch. Its $21.95 for lunch, which is a bit more expensive than other AYCE lunch places, BUT the quality makes up for it here at Fusion 2. We ate at the bar and primarily ordered nigiri, dont know how their rolls or appetizers are (besides the calamari rings).This place is able to compete along side the other AYCE Sushi restaurants and in some cases beat them out with their specialty Fushion Sushi offerings.

BEST sushi I’ve found in Southern California. I’ve lived here for almost two years; extensively on the hunt for thee best sushi served in a restaurant and I have to say, to date this place takes the #1 spot. So delicious! Fresh! My coworker and I have been here a few times in the past few months. It seems there may have been a change of ownership. My Korean black bean noodle,( jjajiangmyun) which was not on the menu, was awesome. Great flavors and texture. My coworker got the Korean style chirashi bowl. He was happy too. If you want to smell fried fish for 38 minutes before you get service then this is the place to go to. The owner is the waiter, the cashier, the packer, the busboy, it is a one man show. Attitude is usually a bi product of that. Cutting back on labor expense when slow is understandable but when busy.. it is strange.Food is average. Ambiance is not comforting and poor ventilation. Will not go back again. Plenty of better choices nearby.

First time here and I think this place is pretty good over all. There is plenty of parking in the shared shopping center lot. We were seated quickly and service was fast. They no longer offer all you can eat sushi, via a paper notice on their door(bummer) but for about the same you would spend on all you can eat you still get a good amount and filled up by ordering by the roll. The staff are up beat and friendly and prices are fair. I really enjoyed the diamond bar roll. Id come here again. For sure.

It was really good in every way. Food, drink, price, and service. They were safe as far as Covid-19 which we appreciated. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star is because Im not a huge fan of mayo (or spicy mayo) that they put on a lot of their rolls. I know I could order without but I usually share rolls so I hate to veer from the menu based on my personal tastes. But everyone I have shared their rolls with agrees. So next tim I will definitely ask for no mayo.

Absolutely five star!He’s pretty nice and the sushi all you can eat was great! For service I have to give five star, we don’t really like the miso soup so we didn’t drink a lot, he asking me for the reason why ? And I told him, it might be too salt for us, for this detail. When I go, the resteraunt usually doesnt have that many customers, so the food comes rather quickly. The server even sometimes remembers you even after just 2 or 3 visits! They take pictures with you as well. The sushi is delicious too, and I ate until I was stuffed. I definitely recommend this to any who wants a quick and delicious meal.

Friendly staff, great environment. Just dont go here for ramen. The ramen was still partially stuck together from its vacuum package. Never encountered this before in any ramen place. Taste was acceptable but nothing really that special. Rest was good. Price...about on par. Only rating down because of the ramen. For better ramen check out Mitsuru or Fukoka ramen.

Food is often very good quality and menu is quite vast. Disappointed to learn that they no longer offer AYCE (all you can eat) sushi. Each sushi platter ranges between $5-$18 depending on whether you order sashimi, nigri, simple rolls, or specialty rolls. You can still order enough rolls to be full and satisfied for $40 or so. Staff is also very friendly. Happy hour specials seem to last all day and vary each day.

Located on the second floor of a shopping plaza, that has plenty of free parking . Not to sure if they have access for someone who is in a wheelchair . It would be best to call the restaurant to check .We came in and decided to order the all you can eat menu . And boy it did not disappoint, they gave a good amount of fish with very minimal rice .I am so glad too, that they offer some rolls that are 4 pieces only . We came in and they had a few tables filled up, so service was a little on the slower side .But food came out in a descent amount of time .The owner Simon came towards the end of our meal and was really nice . I happened to stumble upon this place by chance - I was supposed to meet a friend from out of town who was delayed. I was super hungry and saw that Fusion 2 Any 1 was in the same shopping plaza as the Its A Grind coffee house that was our rendezvous point.This is one of those moments when you feel as if youve found a gem. As a city boy, Im used to higher prices and smaller portions (and lower quality, in some cases). And AYCE sushi always leaves me wary, especially buffet style. However, my expectations were upended in the most awesome way. The lunchtime price of $24 bucks gets you satisfying made-to-order AYCE sushi. With a drink included. And ice cream. !!!My order consisted of a spicy 4-piece Tokyo Roll, an 8-piece Unagi roll, an 8-piece spicy tuna roll, 2 pieces of tuna sushi, and 2 pieces of Unagi sushi. The Tokyo had a nice kick to it though the fish on top was a little dry. The spicy tuna roll was PACKED with fish; the most Id ever seen. The Unagi roll and sushi were tasty and generously sized. Lesser places have eel that tastes off - like dirty water - and drown the eel in sauce. Here, the eel was tender, mild, and just darn good. The tuna sushi was decent, too. A la carte, these items would total about $40.The service was just fall-over-oneself wonderful. Seriously. It was almost too much! The sushi chefs and servers greet everyone as they come in. And two people ended up taking care of me while I was there sitting at the bar. They were so attentive, polite, and professional. Really, everyone was so nice.This review is from an uncrowded weekend lunch experience. But between the solid sushi, extremely polite and welcoming staff, and fantastic AYCE quality-for-the-price that includes a soda and ice cream, a 5-star rating is a no-brainer. Im rarely ever (never?) In San Dimas, but if you find yourself here or are in neighboring areas looking for a good AYCE sushi place, this place is definitely worth trying.

My fiance and I came here last night...last minute.... and we enjoyed every minute of our time here. I was a bit confused about the seating arrangement/rule they have but it worked out just fine in the end. Also, Im not a big seafood eater but my fiance helped with what was too fishy and what wasnt and I must say every roll I ate was very fresh and delish. Sooo much food for such a great deal even after a bottle of hot saki and 4 large bottles of Asahi. We even had a short lesson from Simon (owner) on how to use chopsticks. He was such a FUN guy the whole night and our server was the cutest as she tried to be sooo helpful with the menu with very minimal english she spoke. Was excited to try this place and ordered basic tuna rolls and tuna sushi and a couple teriyaki bowls and the tuna was slimy and the color was not right, wish I would had inspected the food better but it was already packed up for a to go ordered and I just glanced to make sure everything was there .
