Fusion Corner in Stanton

Wasnt sure what to eat for late dinner. Ended up picking this spot to eat with some friends. Atmosphere was fine no problem as it was late. Server came off rude asking questions about the food. Ended up getting Lomo Saltado with garlic noodles. Seasonings were lacking on the beef the tomato was cut in half and didntfeel fully cooked. The Garlic noodles were good. Plenty of flavor with each bite that was taken.

Yelp this place and wanted to try something new! We are glad we did. Every dish was so tasty, and the service was above and beyond. By the way, if you need to use restrooms, there are two keys hanging with empty bottles. We ordered extra food to go.

Was genuinely surprised by this place when try to look for a place to eat late at night. I wandered into this restaurant after considering other fast food options, but I figured why not try a local business? The restaurant is in a well lit area, and there was a decent amount of traffic for a Saturday night. After contemplating the menu I decided to try out their beef lomo saltado, and had low expectations. After a short while the staff brought out a huge plate, about a 12 oz water cup for comparison in the photo. I picked up one of the fries and I found that it had a satisfying crunch with a fluffy center, as all fries should be. Biggest fear out of the way, check. I picked up a chunk of beef, bit half of it surprisingly easy, and found that the center was slightly pink. A perfect medium rare. The flavor is something between a garlicky/salty/sweet and the tomato, red onions, both had a nice char to them from a very hot pan. The garlic noodles felt pretty standard, but that didnt stop me from cleaning off the whole plate. The accompanying sauce- I wasnt sure what it was but perhaps a cilantro crema, paired well with the fries. Needless to say, this place is a solid option any time of day.

I recently dined at Fusion Corner that offered a variety of flavors. The food was delicious. However, the service left something to be desired as it was a bit slow, possibly due to understaffing. The drinks were mid at best. The ambiance was delightful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurants closing time at 1AM allows for late night cravings. Despite the minor service hiccup, the restaurant is worth visiting for its outstanding cuisine, pleasant atmosphere, and accommodating closing hours.

Right off the bat, the cups are dirty all around, and thats a huge turn-off. Thank god I brought my own water bottle.I got the wonton noodles, cold vermicelli noodles (w/ pork, shrimp, & eggroll), Bulgogi fries, and the sea salt black coffee. The best thing was the Bulgogi fries (super delicious), but the rest were just mediocre.One of my biggest problems with the food is the prep of the veggies. The cucumber in the cold noodles and the onions on the fries were sliced way too thick; the mint and cilantro werent even chopped at all. Rather than being distributed evenly and blending well with the other ingredients, these off-sized pieces just stands out too much in each bite.I might return to try more of their fusion items, but their traditional dishes havent been satisfactory.

Great place for a quick bite. Try their fried calamari and fish ball appetizers and thank me later. Dont forget to order their ribs pho too. They are massive and meat so tender. Nice and clean iside also.

A great new place! I didn’t know about this place and I live down the street. Ads kept popping up on IG so I decided to give it a try. The food and drinks were really good! Great quality and taste with a decent portion. We went on a weekday during lunch and the service was phenomenal. The entire staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The food was prepared on a timely manner so we had enough time to enjoy our food and didn’t have to rush back to work. Love the atmosphere as it was very calm, relaxing, and comfortable. Overall, I love everything about the restaurant and I will definitely be back to try different entrees and drinks.

Love the food here, and drinks are yummy. They staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Usually a great place to get pho but last time we visited there was an overwhelming smell of raw sewage hanging over the dining area. 4 stars since this place is usually great, docking one star until their plumbing is fixed. Will be back soon to give them another chance.
