I really wanted to try the Pho Rito because I had my doubts. After trying, it was better than I expected. The pho bowl came with alot of meat 🥩 and other goodies. As an unprofessional Pho Connoisseur 😅, I felt like the broth was a bit watered down. It didn’t have a filling sensation; it felt kinda thin and wasn’t salty enough. But with that being said I will definitely be returning. 🫡😁 The service was amazing tho!

It looks like a small hole-in-the-wall from the outside but has a great atmosphere on the inside. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was amazing and fairly priced. I recommend it, highly.

Service was really slow and food was not good. Our food was served lukewarm or cold. Dont know what happened with owner, but he used to be on top of everything and service and food was always good. I recommend he gets more involved to make sure better service and food is provided.

Very disappointed. After hearing good things and reading positive reviews I wish we could say the same. Our service was the part that was disappointing. Having to have to get up to find our server several times for refills and to even pay our check. The appetizer was flavorful but the fish and chips were not like they should have been, no tartar sauce even offered or malt vinegar offered and since we had to keep getting up for help I chose to do with out. My boyfriend liked his burger but fries were no different than ones I would cook at home from the freezer. It wasn’t un eatable just not the quality I anticipated. Would I return? I would have to say no. 😢

Plenty to enjoy, the appetizers are fresh and cooked to order, entrees are eclectic and delicious. Our server busted her butt (1 basically covering us) and missed nothing, kept our drinks taken care of and brought our food promptly!Our group was about 15 people and we were well taken care of!

Amazing and friendly staff! Got the Fusion Burger and loved it. I was intrigued at how the restaurant marketed itself as a fusion of classic Asian and American food, but it turns out that it just means that a section of the menu are various Asian dishes and another section is American food (burgers, fries, etc). Would definitely dine here again, that burger was 👌🏼

I love the ramen here! Im addicted to it...lol! Once I tried it the first time I was hooked and I come back at least once a week! Its spicy but I love that! I take mine without the kasoy (ground pork) and just do the pork belly. They serve it with many condiments to add in. My favorite being the pickled jalapenos with some of the pickling juice and a good sprinkle of the tamarind soup powder...that stuff is the bomb! Do try it, I promise youll love it! Ive had the wings here and theyre good too. My hubby loves the pho and the cheese burger. The wings and pho can be found on the happy hour menu for $6.50. BTW the ramen isnt on the menu...its a secret menu....just go on in and order it, theyllknow what your asking for. Slurp slurp....enjoy!! 😋😜Update: I still love their ramen but I need to mention that they seem to be inconsistent with making the soup each time I go in. Which is a bummer. The last time I came in the pork belly was very crunchy and hard instead of soft and tender. It was strange and unappealing. So unfortunately be aware that things may not be always the same when you order this.

I forgot your name (sorry) but you were the one that use to work there that they called in because it was busy. We couldnt be happier with all the food!!! Amazing to-go experience. I had no clue what to order, only a flavor idea, so I asked her to help choose and she did! The food is excellent🤤!! The staff is friendly for a PACKED Friday night. The customers looked happy. The beef noodle salad was not what I was expecting.The menu said there were sweet or spicy options for dressing. The sweet was not sweet at all. The noodles were a bit overdone. The pickled daikon and carrot tasted like they were pickled in full strength ACV, which is not what I am used to at all. I dont know if I was spoiled by the vietnamese cuisine or the fusion options we had available in the bay area, but I do know I wont be back here. I really wanted to like this place. Our server Natalie was the only bright spot in this visit, she was AMAZING.

I like Fusion more every time I visit. Great lineup of a pan-Asian take on American pub food. Huge fan of the fusion shrimp, and love the innovative specials. Order a Cowboy size 25 oz mug of your favorite craft brew - some of it local - while you enjoy a lively atmosphere.

Went to go the ramen here. There is only a couple places in Redding that serve it. It was very good. Just a warning though, it is spicy so if that is not your thing it might not be for you.

Well, the food was all right, the drinks were better. The fusion sunrise in particular was a good drink. But we arrived before the lunch rush and then a bunch of people came in from the courthouse and they served them first. And we waited almost 40 minutes for our food to get here and we arrived before they did. When we talked to the server about it she said that they only have an hour and they always come in and take priority over everyone else. So overall slow service, decent food, and pretty decent mixed drinks. I might consider trying it a second time just to see if the experience is different.

First time visiting. We arrived early to take advantage of happy hour drink prices. After ordering drinks, we found our dinner selections. We ordered and didnt have to wait long for our food to arrive. The food was plated nicely and appropriately, having ordered garlic tots, chicken tacos and ho fun noodles. The food was good. I liked the flavors and the way the items were cooked. I have to say, the food and the service, were excellent. The atmosphere... Well, we just didnt find the overall atmosphere to be very appealing. There was some separation of booth seatbacks from the wall and the paint job wasnt competed well. It was fairly obvious. The food and service will bring us back for another visit.

Great gluten free menu! I had the GF rice bowl, and it was fantastic! I came here with a group of 6, and we all loved the food, service and atmosphere. I hope they will add their gluten free menu online, because I didnt see much of anything on the online menu that I could eat and almost missed out on a great new place.

Bad Experience!Come at your own risk if you want slow service and mediocre cold food. Oh and if you want your server to drop the the drinks on you.Anything you could think could go wrong went wrong. Service was really slow, our food was either lukewarm or cold. Wings were brought out naked with the sauce on the side, to which the server admitted she placed order wrong. Wing sauce was lukewarm and tasted watered down. Burgers were served lukewarm with cold fries. The Pho was lukewarm and the meat was flavorless and tough.

Love this place, everything Ive tried has been delicious and scrumptious. Always try to make dates and meetings there lol Called on Valentines Day to order tempura veggies that my husband and I had two years ago, and I spoke with the chef and he was surprised, and asked how I knew he was putting that back on the menu. Fusion food can often be iffy and I can say with confidence that this restaurant has not achieved it. I don’t know what I was expecting but a sports bar atmosphere wasn’t it. I got the curry and my partner got the surf and turf burrito. Super tough meat, unsatisfying flavors, and the cheese in the burrito wasn’t melted. The calamari with fried jalapeño was good! I was just passing through Redding and I think next time I’ll fully drive on past if this is the best food they have to offer.

Cool spot in Redding where you can find a little bit of everything. If youre feeling adventurous there are a lot of menu items that you wont find anywhere else, but also offer traditional American fare (burgers/chicken strips). Weekends can get very rowdy (even earlier in the day), so plan accordingly if that isnt your scene.

I was so excited they had a separate gluten free menu, way easier than guessing off the regular one. The edamame was fantastic the sauce they use with it is good on everything! We had the tots and tacos also and my husband dipped them in the edamame sauce he loved it so much. The tacos and tots were also amazing with their own dipping sauces so dont let the above fool you. The spiked Thai tea drink is dangerous and amazing if you like Thai tea. Downtown parking sucks so just beware you may have to walk.

9/10 overall, I had their Pho noodles with added pork belly. It was quite good, the broth was great and all the ingredients tasted good. I will say that the pork belly was a little bit chewy, but I didnt mind it. I would say of all the Pho Ive had in town, its one of the best. My only gripe is that I really like tripe in my Pho but they dont offer it.

During our six week stay here, Fusion has been a staple for lunch during a trial. Their pha is a great light lunch, and my colleague enjoyed the ramen. Their egg rolls are the best! Olivia and all of their staff remembered our orders almost straight out the gate. I highly recommend Fusion for anybody in a downtown Redding!

Our daughter suggested we eat here following a visit to the Sundial Bridge. Was NOT disappointed at all. Our server was sweet and recommended I try my pan fried ramen with half the spice. She was spot on and I applaud her for it. It was still spicy but not offensive. Daughter had the Phoritto and it was amazing!! Other daughter had some noodle dish but can’t remember now and it was tasty. (Ho Fun Noodles) Wide vermicelli noodles were in it. Husband had the curry. He raved about the rice and how delicious his meal was. Son in law had chicky tenders cause it’s been a minute since he had them. Lol. Overall, great experience. My boyfriend and I went there today for Brunch all excited to try something new and fun in Redding but to our dismay it started with an empty parking lot, which is the first concern of any restaurant. Then we go inside, we’re promptly taken to our table by a very sweet server. We order our food, I order the surf and turf which has a two meat option and I asked for medium rare and got over cooked, fat ridden pieces of meat, it definitely wasn’t worth the 15.00 dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, lacked flavor and happiness.

Went to this restaurant excited for their taco Tuesday and it was probably the worst restaurant Ive been to in a long time. The garlic fries left a puddle on the table from the grease seeping through the basket and the margaritas were so strong that it felt like we were drinking straight bottom shelf tequila. The food took an hour to come out. When we complained about the state of our food, drinks, and time they didnt want to do anything and when we asked to be comped a bit of the check they did it but slammed the check on the table and walked away without saying anything. Overall the food wasnt good, the drinks werent good, and our server was quite rude. I wont be going back!!

My brother suggested this place for my birthday after-party kinda get together. I was not disappointed. I had the pork belly for a starter, and it was more than enough. Shared it with a few people who haven’t tried pork belly. One of my favorites from BBQ places in Vegas. This style is a fusion as the name implies and so it was different, and very tasty. Looking forward to coming back and getting photos… if I don’t eat it first 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Another its fusion because we put Asian stuff in a burrito place. Dont be fooled. The food here is delicious. Ive had the Fusion Burger, which is a deep fried burger patty with toppings that include an eponymous Fusion Sauce. I have no idea what the sauce is, but its tasty.We also had Fusion Fries (with more sauce ofc) and the Spiked Thai Tea. The spiked tea was seriously good, and they have a decent beer selection to boot.Expect a longish wait for the food but also great service. This is a restaurant still undergoing growing pains a bit. Be sure to give them a chance!

Great food. Clean place to relax. I would love to give this place a 5 star. However, the service was terrible. Had to ask several times and still did not get what we asked for. There was 3 of us. They do not have salt, pepper, or ketchup at the table. When asked for ketchup, they brought 2 small plastic containers. But since there was 3 of us. That was not enough. And we were never able to get a 3rd. Also, it was noisy. Could hardly hear the person next to me. So I would say service is a 1 star. Food is a 5 star.

This establishment is very unique in regards to what they offer, They indeed live up to their name as you start drooling just by reading the menu, and the perfect execution of fused Asian\American cuisines. Also is a great environment to get together with friends or family and have a cold one together or whatever adult beverage your craving. The uhhhh.....The Fusion Shrimp is like...way ahead of our time, I have to have it every time I visit. Try it and youll also see why. :) Hell...You know what, If you order that fusion shrimp and for whatever crazy, head scratching reason you dont like it..Screen shot your receipt to me and tell me why for whatever reason you werent not happy with it and Ill reimburse you for it, no joke, Thats how fire those are...Lastly and most importantly, I gotta Tip my cap to the faction that runs and operates this fine establishment, Its pretty damn rare when the customer service, and I mean each level of them.. Servers,Bartenders and kitchen staff is so phenomenal and welcoming that I found myself starting to feel a little bit guilty... like I didnt deserve such awesome treatment and inviting culture that they have instilled in their lounge, To the point where I wanted to clean my own table and take my dishes back to the kitchen myself since I felt theyve already done enough for me, Ya that probably sounds over the top to most but honestly I cant think of another place that caters to their patrons like they do. I knew right away once they announced that they were relocating from the east side of Redding and taking their talents to the heart of Downtown that they were gonna take over and blow up the scene down here and thats exactly whats happening as I type this as well as new menu items they added to an already stellar line-up of offerings and their food portioning is very generous so bring an appetite. So give them a solid look and you will not be disappointed, I even challenged you with an incentive with the Fusion Shrimp Who does that? Im just a regular customer that wants anybody whos maybe still on the fence about trying this place out or just passing through looking for something new I would strongly suggest not sleeping on this place, They have raised the bar(No pun intended) :p and are without a doubt in a league of their own in pretty much all aspects of operation. Im definitely looking forward to this summer as by then... I hope were as close to Pre-Covid normalcy as possible and that Fusion can finally dispatch a (FULL SEND)on their indoor dining space and rock max capacity once again!! Dont tell me that an amazing and revolutionary Food menu, Plus a Great selection of Domestic and Imported Brew and they actually have our award winning local brewer (Fall River Brewery) on %#π&$π÷ Tap here!!! offering theyre Hexegenia IPA which it doesnt get any better than that and pair all of that with good friends and family, inviting service which is a big understatement and if you want...get down on some organized corn hole tournaments that are set up out back which IMO poses a very fun time all around so I cant wait til that comes back into the fold.Ive never once written a review of a Restaurant or any other establishment before so I apologize if Ive wrote too much lol But I just felt I had too and to let you guys know this place is awesome and that you can experience what I have, These are my honest and genuine thoughts, I hope this review was helpful. Asian - American cuisine, I don’t think there could be a more perfect place to satisfy all my tastebuds at once. The half American & half Asian style food is well thought out. I swear the owner of this place must’ve come to my family gatherings because it is genuine & authentic in bringing out Asian food that Americans would love. They don’t take too much risk in their asian dishes, but they still maintain the most desired flavors. The thai tea is strong. The Pho is their best dish - much more flavor than the Ramen. All they need now is some boba & sriracha strategically placed.

Wrong food brought out, no silverware, no napkins, no sauce, Sprite tasted like carbonated water. We were finally checked on after I finished my food. Check took forever. Different waitresses, all confused and disorganized. Pull it together folks, you can do better. Redding at its finest. How about a nope.

Taco Tuesday! The shrimp tacos were fantastic and reasonably priced. They have great drink specials too. Plus the salsa is actually slightly spicy. Now a days its hard to find restaurants with heat in the salsa.

Really tasty fusion food. Great tacos, my coworkers and I always go for taco Tuesday, in house made sauces and salsa. They also serve beer and hard alcohol, have a pool table, a pay-to-listen music machine. Good environment, chill, can get loud during peak lunch times and happy hour.

The food I got was good and was out pretty quickly but as far as covid concerns, I wont be eating there again until lockdown is entirely lifted. Half the employees werent wearing masks and the few that were either had it underneath their chin or under their nose. The restaurant was also wayy overcrowded. They had every table with people at it, there wasnt any social distancing at all. For a lot of people, covid probably seems silly but I wouldnt recommend eating there until covid is dealt with.

The place sets off of the east part of Redding just down the street from the hen house. Looking for something different than your standard cafe/pub food this is the right place. A blend of Asian and Western food dishes. Fries are tasty, the fusion burger is a must try. Havent tried the Pho yet, heard it was good from friends. They keep mixing up the menu you have something new all the time besides the staples.
