I have been going to this place for 3-4 years. I have tried EVERY SINGLE ITEM. Some better then others but i think thats more of my personal taste. At first food was great for the price however the prices have been going up every year, however that cam be said for everywhere in California as it stands now the amount of food is fair for the price. The quality of food is great if i had to nit pick id say there is consistently more vegetables in their dishes then meat but not to the point id complain about. The customer service there is great from the cooks to the cashiers. Best of all the food comes out fresh faster then most places ive been to without a hit to quality which cant be said for other restuarants.
This place was absolutely great! It was made to order food, without a huge wait, and a pretty decent price (especially for what you get). The choice of entrees was great, orange chicken to broccoli beef, they had it all. If Im ever traveling by again, Im gonna try the sushi for sure.
The food here is always great but the service is usually the only thing to complain about. The girls at the register are almost always rude and awful for business. As a manager in the industry, service is always one of the first things I notice about an establishment. The service your customers receive can make or break a business, the way I have always seen it is that there are plenty of people out there looking for the opportunity to be great workers so why waist time, money, and reputation on the unwilling.
I love the fact that everything is made to order except for the rice and lo mein. They also have customizable spice levels. I got spicy pork level 10(I love hot food), level 5 orange chicken, and probably the best sweet and sour pork I have ever had. Love this place.
My wife liked it, personally I believe he needs to take care of this place more ceiling tiles popped up and moved, but good ol #1 complaint he was cooking something in a what I believe to be once a white pot now tan with burnt drippings that have just had like the last 2 years of drizzle left on somehow has an A but you can tell not right will not return out of safety
I love this little place! The people there fix the Chinese/Japanese food exactly how I ask for it! It was so delicious today!I live in Fresno CA but every month or 2, I drive to Bakersfield to take a woman to Teen Challenge on Roberts Lane. I reward my long day by eating at this friendly restaurant!
Stopped by on trip up north today. Decided to follow the good reviews online. Didnt disappoint! Quick, tasty, and extremely well priced food. Above all else, the customer service was impeccable. Highly reccomended establishment.
We have often gone in close to closing and they are always friendly and never say they are out of something or that they cant make something. The girl at the counter is super nice and is always willing to explain dishes and offer advice. Food is always excellent.

Great variety on there menu. 20 different types of sushi rolls. Makes me want to try on the next visit. Didnt see @ 1st, but they have 33 different types of sushi
Food is ok and the service is below average . And there employees are very rude and lazy . Went to to use the restroom there after I had already ordered just to wash my hands before eating and once I was in the restroom havent even finished washing my hands yet before they were pounding in the door unlocked the door came.in and rushed me out because what reason idk but they shouldnt have just walked in like that. Thats is why they wont have any other business from me

I used to eat here all the time. it was excellent. unfortunately since new management took over its not the case. ive tried several times hoping that i might have just caught a bad day, the first time i got food poisoning, the second time the veggies in the bowls are not fresh, the chicken has bones pieces in it and the teriyaki sauce is clumpy. and the third time the orange chicken is soggy and the sauce is more of a gravy than the sweet tangy sauce it used to have. its edible but a far cry from what it used to be.
This place is prettyyyyy good! love coming here! their chinese food is pretty authentic and sushi rolls are great for the price! go to one stop shop! recently under new management and are extremely friendly and nice! stop by if your in the neighborhood!
Never will I come here again!!! They served the food and then took it out and places it in the warmer.. the little girl was touching her hair and face!!! And then getting the food with no gloves.. what was the whole point of even staying 6 feet apart

Sad this place is known for alright sushi, but today it was not happening. Smh uncooked rice, incomplete rolls, very dissatisfied and very disappointed. They really need to change things up at this place, cause the name can take you so far if the food is terrible

If you call ahead, itll be ready for you. Solid Asian fast food. Better than Panda Express, in my opinion.That said, if you order at the counter, it often takes a while to get the order.
The rice for the sushi roll was mushy. The orange chicken was mostly breading and fat. The rest of the food barely had any flavor. Overall it was completely disappointing and not worth the money.

Dawn and I enjoyed the food, very good portions, well prepared. Compared very favorably to other similar cuisines in Missouri, Michigan, and Chinatown in Philadelphia. We will return !

Food was surprisingly good. Only reason I didnt score higher was right when I sat down with my food an employee starts moping the floor. It wouldnt have been so bad but the smell of LAVENDER FABULOSO.

Tons of variety in different types of Asian food. The special of the day is $4.99 and that includes a drink.The chow mein is a little bit odd. The Pepsi machine does have 4 different flavor shots such as vanilla cherry and two others.
Hubby went in and ordered me a beef and broccoli 🥦 bento with the works. When it arrived home, I had to ask wheres the beef? Only 4 small teriyaki pieces. SMH.

I got the 2 item combo and decided to get Teriyaki chicken with it I got a total of seven pieces of small chicken for the teriyaki and no teriyaki sauce on top or on the side The only good thing about the meal was the rice
For an asian like me, i use to like eating here. But for some reason i havent eaten here for quite a while. I was surprise when the food is not as tasty as it used to be. The chowmein is full of hard vegetable extenders. Hard to find the noodles.

I’m so irritated, I got take out lunch for my family and I. I got the wongton soup as always and it’s usually really good but this time I got all soup 2 wontons 1 shrimp and zero veggies not even a small piece of cabbag or carrots…paid $8 for nothing but broth👎👎👎👎

The pizza is pretty consistently good. Sometimes the atmosphere can be a little lacking in warmth, but I usually go there to pick up pizza to go.
The only good thing this place has is that food is make to order, however the food lacks seasoning, I got broccoli beef and Mongolian beef and the meet was not tender at all, I should have known better no place that serves sushi and chinese food is a good combination.

Chowmein is not good. Doesnt look like chowmein. Its more on vegetable extenders. I love veggies but if i am ordering a chowmein i want to see the noodles not vegetable extenders. This is not an asian chowmein!

2022-03-03 03:41:50The worst food we’ve ever eaten. Waste of money, gas and time. Don’t recommend at all. Pork fried rice and pork chow mein. We couldn’t even eat the pork bc it was so hard and rubbery. Very disappointed wish I could get a refund.

2018-12-15 19:16:05We ordered the family meal and some sushi and it was ALL delicious! Great customer service! Lots of food to choose from. The almond chicken and kung pow shrimp was delicious! The place is pretty clean and they do have a restroom there.

I had almond chicken, and shared caterpillar sushi, and a California roll, i was even offered chopsticks. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. They even brought our order to the table, like i said above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Great management, and pride showed through in the food.

Sure it takes a bit longer than fast food places but the food comes out hot and delicious!Workers are very sweet and they were patient with me as I ordered for the first time here. It can be confusing to order from somewhere youve never been but the young lady working the counter explained the combos and let me take my time deciding.I will definitely be back! Thank you for a yummy lunch, Fusion! Next time Ill try the sushi or tempura :)

2019-11-04 15:25:14Very disappointed with this place!! My sweet and sour pork didnt have no sauce it was just dried pieces of pork (more like leather than pork). I also got broccoli beef and was cold an disgusting had so much corn starch in the broccoli beef it was a jelly consistency had no flavor and beef was horrible!! And the noodles taste like they have been sitting there for hours!. But only reason I gave 2 stars because of the customer services. But I definitely will not be coming back here ever again!!
