Dishes bursting with flavor and heat (if you want it). The handmade potstickers were incredible. The tofu and veggie stir-fry had the perfect grill flavor and comforting heat. Ask for extra spicy and they add Thai chilies. Having lived in Asia, this is the first place that could actually bring the heat. Being vegan, this place is not to be missed while in Palm Springs.

I discovered this restaurant during the pandemic. I would go there for carry out.My go to meal was Pad Thai. The serving in my picture ended up being enough for three meals.My friend who is a vegetarian really enjoyed her meal.Everything is so fresh and staff is a delight.

Really good Pho right in the middle of Palm Springs-Flavourful broth, tenderly cooked chicken and lots of spice is how the Pho is like over here. Really wholesome and exactly what you’d need after a whole day of travel and touring. Prices were very reasonable for the location, and the restaurant itself has a unique and calm ambiance. Would recommend a visit!

Im not sure if they were short staff or not enough staff but service was not the best. The owner/manager was running around like a little mouse. I hope they get more server/buser help. Staff need more empowerment so they can do their job better and well without manager telling them what to do. Good luck to Fuzion Five.

We really enjoyed the food here. I will say that the portions are a bit smaller, but thats perfect for me as I enjoy ordering multiple different dishes to try. I split an order of calamari which was amazing and very different from the typical calamari. It has a very flavorful sweet spicy sauce that was delicious. Then for lunch I had a vegan curry which was good. It was a perfect size for lunch.

The food was pretty good. I got the dragon noodles it was really really really good. I got the combo with the shrimp beef and chicken medium spiciness but next time I got a try the hot spice in this because the medium wasn’t that spicy but it was really good! Just a couple complaints. Their service was not all there for refills and things like that. The server was sitting down, eating a few times, delaying service for us and not washing her hands, which was cross contaminating, and my daughters wings that she ordered took forever. Everyone got the food except her, we were almost all finished with our food until her wings came out from the time we ordered took about 40 minutes for her to get the wings! If anything, the hot wing should’ve been one of the first things come out shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to fry them up unless you guys bake them, but even then 25 at the most!

Khua mee in lao mean stir fried caramel rice noodles servedwith bean sprouts, shredded egg and herbs. This here they used Chinese noodles with some veggies, no flavor or egg. Banh xeo should be cripy and moist in the center, and that is how I had it in Vietnam

Fabulous food. Always come here whenever I’m in Palm Springs for lunch. Classic spring rolls are great. My favorite is the Bo Kho — a braised/stewed short rib with a wonderful meaty Asian sauce. And a baguette to dip in it.

This place is absolutely amazing! You must try it if you are in the area. Their broth for their pho is spectacular! The picture for the banh xeo does not do it justice! It was so filling and packed with shrimp and pork! We loved all the vegetables that came with! Their five dollar margaritas is nothing amazing but it’s only $5...we absolutely love the outdoor seating and the decor! Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful food and service.I had the smoked salmon spring rolls and the curry noodles.Both dishes impressed but I do feel the curry dish could have had a bit more curry bite to it.It was quite spicy for only being medium, but the spice was manageable and as expected.Waiter was friendly and full of smiles and made me feel welcome.All in all Im happy to have experienced this place.Photos of food below.

I love coming here. It’s a special place, Vietnamese & Laos restaurant, don’t think there’s another one like it anywhere close around. Food is delicious & authentic and staff is very friendly & accommodating, never disappointed when I come here and I’ve been often. Not a lot of Vietnamese or Thai restaurants in Palm Springs, and the ones we have then sometimes feel overpriced. This place doesnt. Of course you will pay more for a bowl of pho here then you would in a bigger city like San Francisco. But its absolutely delicious and my go-to when eating there. I particularly loved the experience yesterday when an employee answered our question about the correct way to pronounce pho. It was like a mini language lesson. The servers there are all cordial and pleasant.

Originally was gonna try the other Vietnamese restaurant nearby but the wait was over an hour, so Ive decided to give this restaurant a try instead. Upon walk-in, the place looks decent but wish it could be just a little brighter (personal preference). The service is fine no complains. Ordered the pho with meatball & soft tender, and Bnah Xeo (pan fried Vietnamese style crepe with pork, shrimp, onion, bean sprouts served with lettuce, mint, cilantro and sweet garlic fish sauce) which comes recommended from the waiter. First the Pho: the portion tend to be a bit small both in noodle and soup. The meat ball was good but the soft tender wasnt that great. Its just a bit different from what Ive tasted from other place. The second dish Bnah Xeo (which was recommended by the waiter) wasnt exactly good either. The crepe wrap has lots of bean sprouts but too little or few pork & shrimp.

This is one terrific restaurant. We visited when they were remodeling one side of their dining room and were apparently short-staffed. We were seated relatively quickly due to our early arrival. Even though they were short-staffed, the service was good. They kept up with demand and the food came out relatively quickly. Due to reduced seating capacity from the renovation, a line began forming at the front door about midway through our meal.They offer domestic and Asian beer, wine, mimosas and a full bar. I had a Singha Thai beer, which hit the spot.Their appetizers are delicious. They have a happy hour menu with drinks and appetizers, which consist of smaller portions and are cheaper than the regular appetizers. We had the happy hour vegetarian lettuce wraps, which were made with fried tofu.I ordered the vegetarian pho for my entree, which came with tofu, rice noodles and many veggies. It was truly delicious. My wife ordered the Lao vegetarian curry noodles. She liked her dish a lot, but wished she ordered the pho after she tried mine.I highly recommend Fuzion Five for a different, yet very high quality Asian experience.

This place is the bees knees! We came in on a weekday, it was somewhat busy, got a seat and our waiter Pete was SO GOOD! We really needed his lively spirit and excellent service. Top it off the food was great, yummy vegetarian options on all the good stuff, we got fried rice and stir fry with tofu and the sauce was so delicious. We also really enjoyed the spring rolls. We really appreciated the experience here, highly recommend!

Call the health inspector this place is incredibly questionable. Long hair in the ice cream with my fried cheese cake, shrimp was still vein in for the firecracker dish so fowl as you can taste the shrimp poop. Also the beef medallions that I got one was super thin and cooked to a perfect med the other was black and blue. Everything ordered that night aside from the fresh squeezed lemonade which now looking back it was limeade…. So many great restaurants in the desert just leave this one alone. The last time I went the server tried to write her own 25% tip in without me to realizing on a Togo order which I was going to tip on had she let me this was a little while ago though that experience left me not wanting to come back and honestly I should’ve went elsewhere.

I went here solo while in Palm Springs and truly enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming and offered suggestion for food and drinks. I started with fried tofu and savored every bite. My entree was Pho with veggies and rice noodles. What flavor in that beef bone broth! Fantastic! I finished with strawberry boba in honor of my granddaughter. Yummy and sweet! I recommend Fuzion Five and will go back!

Ive lived in Idaho for 5 years now with the nearest Vietnamese restaurant 2 hours away, which still doesnt compete with what I grew up on in Utah. So I painstakingly learned to make really good pho. I decided to come to Pho Vu to see how I compare, and found that this place just opened where Pho Vu once stood. So I tried it, and it makes me angry. I spent the last two years perfecting pho, and my soup cant touch this. The soup was well rounded, better than I couldve thought, with good spices that Im still trying to figure out, and the combo was delicious with perfectly cooked meats. It was well worth the visit, though I was a little thrown off when I was given a cup of hoisin sauce instead of a bottle, but you can always ask for more.

I found this place from Google, read all the good reviews. I was so excited to have my family there for lunch today. My daughter ordered the calamari, fried rice for my husband and my niece had salmon. Their food was good, but I ordered a Pad Kee Moew, OMG 😱 I never expected to eat ramen noodles with some red sauce I have never seen before. Who needs to go to a restaurant to eat ramen noodles!? However, there was bean sprout in other dishes. The server lied to us.We tried to ask the manager to reduce the tip because we have a party of 6. However, the manager has terrible attitude and refused to negotiate. He didn’t care about the customers and the service. We said each of us will give 1 star review and he said “yeah that’s fine. Service was really bad. Assuming they are understaffed, still it can be communicated to customers. I ended up not giving tip at all. First, the main server came and got our order after sitting for 10 mins and then I presume that our order was not even placed. When we told to receptionist that 25-30 mins over, then our drinks came, and subsequently all the food together including starter and entree. None came in between to check with us.I believe, they can do a lot better wrt service to customer to gain customer trust.

Ohhh my this place is wonderful!!! The moment my husband and I walked in, we were treated so kindly and the vibe is GREAT here!Menu has variety and the food is very tasteful, especially the Phò. My husband likes his Phò and he just loved this place for that! Top-notch service, intricately spiced dishes, and a nice ambiance made this place a real treat for us. The specialty Lao dishes are great for culinary adventurers. Very happy with my order at Fuzion Five. Their fresh shrimp rolls with peanut sauce are delicious. My Pho with extra vegetables and slice chicken breast was heaven. They put extra sriracha in my to-go order, which was greatly appreciated. Fuzion Five was closed for a week and I was craving their food. So glad the cooler weather is coming and Ill be eating out more often and Fuzion Five will be on my list!

I used to come to this place all of the time before COVID-19 and it was the greatest. I just had the worst experience and we have decided we will not be going back. Service was terrible. We werent checked on even once after we received our meals. The Phò came without bean sprouts, lime & jalapeño. We had to ask for utensils and our drinks ran dry with no question of refills. The worst part was there was a mandatory 20% gratuity imposed upon us and the server insisted that we could add more to it. I always leave good tips especially when I feel Ive had good service. This was uncalled for. Im also assuming its under new management. Food was also sub par compared to what it used to be. To anyone looking for a good dinner experience I would advise against going here. There are a lot of other options around this area. I hope they get it together as this was once an amazing place to eat.

I also ordered am alcoholic beverage but when the bill came the alcoholic drink I ordered was upcharged $6 for premium alcohol that I didnt request and the bartender relayed that he had to use that specific hard liquor because it was the recipe. Paying close to $20 for a super small mixed cocktail is unacceptable. Will NEVER recommend anyone to eat here if they plan to order drinks.

The place is nice from the inside and out. Service was friendly and the prices were fair for the area. I had the combo chicken pad that at medium heat. The spice level was nice and the flavor was very good. I think that there was plenty of meat but it was over taken by onions. The noodles were also a tad dry. I would not hesitate to go back but I will customize my order and try the pho, because it looked delicious.

I love this place. I have been obsessed with the pho. Ive been in many times over the last month because I cannot get enough of that soup. The staff is always very friendly. Without a doubt, the best Vietnamese weve had in a very long time. We had a party of eleven for dinner and they quickly put together some tables to accommodate us. Im not sure where to begin on how great this place is. first we placed an order online and it was a bit of a challenge and we werent sure if our order went through. but I did receive a text saying that my order was placed and then a text saying my order was acknowledged. These people will NOT honor your reservation.I made a reservation to have dinner with them @6:30pm on a Saturday night several weeks ago and was bringing my relatives visiting from Canada. It is after all a lovely restaurant with good food that I’ve visited many times before. To my disappointment, we arrived there @6:30pm and they had just given the last couple of open tables to the guests that walked in before us. I mentioned to our waitress that we have a reservation made for 6:30pm and she soon realized that she messed up (didn’t know that a reservation was made). She apologized and asked us to wait at the bar which we did. She brought the drinks menu and invited us to get a drink if we wanted. I asked her if the drink would be complimentary and she immediately told us that they were not going to be complimentary. We waiting around for approximately 10 minutes and realized that most people really had recently begun their meals so we decided to get up and leave. I asked my waitress to have the manager to come out and talk to me and she told me she was the manager. I was shocked because this person handled the whole mishap in a very poor way to begin with. I expressed my frustration and told her that we were going to just leave. She apologized again for the inconvenience and ask for my name and address and offered to send me a gift card for our inconvenience. After several weeks of not getting anything in the mail I realized that I will never get a gift card from them. It is a shame because I used to frequent that restaurant and they now lost a customer. I felt compelled to finally share my story so others people become aware of their lack of professionalism. A reservation there may likely mean very little to them so beware.

Disappointing. It was a cold evening for Palm Springs and we sat some distance from the door, but still experienced cold blasts every time the door opened. However, the big problem was we received our main course before we got our appetizers. When I complained, the busboy first got the waiter who couldnt handle it and acted like I was the problem before he got the owner/ manager. They took away the main courses and a few minutes later our appetizers arrived. We did get our same meals a few minutes later, which tasted warmed over. But I was not used to eating this dish with sticky, aka sweet, rice. After a couple of bites, I just left out the sticky rice all together. Just my preference.The basil chicken was the other dish we ordered. This one was flavorful; the sauce was tasty. The balance of meat & vegetables were good.For dessert, we ordered the banana wraps with purple sticky rice, drizzled with coconut milk & honey. Since I like coconut milk, I found its amount in this dish insufficient, like so many other similar dishes at other restaurants. The banana wraps were crispy.Overall, I will likely to return to this restaurant again whenever I am in Palm Springs, to try other dishes.

I ate this Veggie Pho 3 times in a 4 day trip if that says anything. The Veggie Banh Mi was delicious as well!
